Not sure what happened after the remodel. Little to no assistance at checkout. Used to be a very nice place to shop. And they no longer have Copn snuff.

The young lady working Sunday afternoon 4/11/2021 was incredibly kind and helpful. I had come in looking for bandages and disinfectant to clean a dog bite wound. She immediately guided me to the correct location and made sure i was ok and didn't require any help or other services before letting me leave.I was very impressed with how neat and well stocked this location was for how off the beaten path it is.

Great Location! I am so glad this is here! This store has almost everything I need.The employees care and are super friendly and helpful.The store is always clean and well stocked.I buy most of my food here too..If they had fresh veggies and meat I would not go anywhere else! When my arm was broken they found an employee to help me carry my dogfood out for my mom on Oxygen..It was a great replacement for our little family Market. ..

I love DG. The store is ok. Not very clean compared to any of the others around here. The manager of THIS store is the worst. Always feel like I’m bothering her. Any question asked is a burden to her. I always feel like I’m not welcome there. I’ll drive to White House now even though it’s twice as far. She is the worst.

The employees are always so helpful helping me find what I'm looking for, plus, an extra bargain of the day! I can move along through the store with ease. I'm always getting grocery items there and household needs without breaking the bank!

I love this store & the employees, so much that I'm there almost every day! The sales & clearance aisles are the best ever! Always great conversation & good prices! Walmart sure lost a bunch of money when Cottontown got a Dollar General & put it 1 mile from my house!

They have a varoety to choose from at this location. And the store manager is good at her job for sure.she has & knows the spot for every little thing. The only down side to this one it closes an hour earlier than all the rest for some reason.

I would give it 5 stars just because the workers are so kind and helpful but its miles to nowhere and doesnt have everything we need. It should be a market. I am forced to shop elsewhere and only pick up little things I run out of because there is no fresh foods or meats.

I love this store it's my favorite dollar general in all of Portland or Gallatin .The employees r really nice too they all hard workers .Ms.Helen she's the lady that works nights most of the time she's the short 1 with dark hair & dark completion .She's a very hard worker & a sweetheart .She deserves a raise actually they all do .All of them except 1 & I think her name is Heather she needs to be replaced badly always on phone with her husband or outside with her husband .She's the only bad apple as they say in all of them .

Even though they remodeled this place and it was suppose to help with customer service, it still takes em forever to check u out. There is always a line of people just waiting to be checked out every time I go in!
