We stopped in our our road trip to the Smokies and are so glad we did!! The coffee was fantastic (loves the cold brew waiting for me!), selection of books impressive, and some very cute gifts throughout the store. The lady working there when we stopped on Saturday was so helpful and gave me some thoughtful recommendations for my next read(s)! THANK YOU!! Our place is a must stop on the roadtrip if you enjoy a good book and cup of coffee.

My favorite used book shops are always the slightly chaotic ones. Our Place falls right into that category. Books fill the walls and pile onto the floor which just makes looking for books feel like a treasure hunt. All your standard genres are here and there's a good variety in newer vs older books. There's all sorts of gifts like mugs, children's games, blankets, etc scattered about so you can find something for everyone here. This is the kind of place you can get lost in and really spend some time browsing. It's a must visit if you're a book lover in the area!

This place is amazing! If your looking for a fun place to shop for books or grab a cup of coffee this is it! I can’t tell you how much I regret not stopping when we have passed by all these years. It will definitely be a stop on our way into Gatlinburg from now on. You could look all day and not see all the amazing book titles they carry. Easy parking and easy access to the main highway.

absolutely adorable locally owned shop filled to the brim with any book you could want. tons of knick knacks (also some made by other local artists in the area), cute earrings, patches, stickers, bags, t shirts, crystals, etc. but this isn’t like the typical tourist shops you see downtown, you can tell the owners have put their love into this place. don’t overlook this beautiful shop, it’s a lovely atmosphere with friendly people.

Wonderful and interesting place to shop, for sure! Stop in and see the amazing rock carvings outside which are very fairly priced and inside enjoy an amazing amount of books, games, trinkets, and coffee!

I gave four stars just because of the great experience from last time we came. We came here last year and I couldn’t wait to come back this year because they had an enormous and wonderful selection of used books. However, if you are coming in these few months during their remodel, don’t bother. You can’t walk through the store to browse and get to the books you want. The have STACKS upon stacks of books in each walkway and you can’t even get in the back section (pictures provided). They should have closed so they can get done what needs to be done. Come back when they’re done and it will be worth it.

Nice and unique place , and we got there after we saw some very good coffee reviews, but the coffee althogh grained in place was a much less than the expectations compare to a high quality coffee shops.In addition It took very long to make it but the place is very cozy so we didn't mind waiting. For a coffee shop we would expect more professional coffee machine and efficiency...nevertheless worth a visit.

Best book store I've been to! They have so many books it's almost overwhelming. I found books here I read when I was younger that I'd completely forgotten I loved and the books are a great price. I didn't have a chance to try the coffee but it smelled amazing! The only complaint I have is that it's located about 3 hours from where I live lol but I'd consider driving the 3 hours just to visit this place again!

Great variety of books and other collectibles. Friendly and helpful staff. In addition to books there are t-shirts, hoodies and other clothing. There are many varieties of coffee mugs, stones and postcards/magnets. There are music CD's also but not in the volume of books. Coffee and tea shop is another draw to visit... cappuccinos and lattes are on the menu.

Cute little off the beaten path shop with a variety of things to find. Coffee served. I'm not a coffee drinker but I've been twice and purchased more than several items. I felt like the owner was possibly annoyed my recent trip because I didn't order coffee. Who knows. Cute spot. Check it out.

My wife and I stopped in to browse around. Very good iced coffee and more books than you can shake a stick at! I found a novel from my favorite author that I didn't even know existed in perfect condition (back from 1990).As I bought the book and coffee, I was asking the store keeper about what it was like living in the Cocke Cty area. She said: "You need to google that question, there is just too much to say on that topic." So I took her advice, and Googled "Crooked Newport TN". Holy Cow! I had no idea what I was in for on that topic. Cocke County has a sordid history to say the least. It is quite a reputation.

So much to see in a small place. I don't know if I could find something I was specifically looking for, but finding surprises I wasn't looking for is so much better. The coffee was great and the atmosphere made it worth the visit all on it's own. Loved it!

I absolutely LOVE this place! The coffee is great and it's packed with so many books, art, souvenirs and more! There is definitely something for everyone in this store. I ordered a cappuccino, and enjoyed sipping it while browsing and wandering through the isle of books. If your in the area, you will not want to miss the opportunity to visit!

Such a great little coffee shop. My fiancé and I stayed at an AirBNb in Cosby, and there is NOTHING around here that offers iced coffee. I finally came to this place on my last day here in TN. And it was perfect. The lady right away makes it to your liking. When I come back to TN I’ll have a coffee place I can finally go to.And they have a great selection of books.
