I’ve never met such incapable rude people in all my life. They are absolutely miserable and will do nothing more than they have to. If you call you’re definitely an inconvenience. It’s pretty said I would rather drive out of my way than have to deal with anyone at this pharmacy. The women huff and puff when you call. They never have anything in stock. Do yourself a favor and go to the halls location where they actually somewhat enjoy their jobs.

The pharmacy has been closed almost all week this is so irresponsible, considering people needing their meds, also eve to y business around Corrynton & Blaine is open. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy to be closed so much

Electricity was out in the entire area periodically on 12/24/22. The staff was very nice and very informative about the process of being able to get medications and photos once electricity restored. There were some very rude customers- the staff was very kind and professional to the VERY RUDE people when I was there. Thank you Walgreens staff for being so patient and nice to everyone.

Went to pick up my medication and was told I needed a prior authorization. Got the prior authorization the next business day, only for Walgreens to tell me they still had not received it and were waiting on my insurance.That wasn't true, the forms were sent and i had an approval letter in hand. Only after I asked to run the proir authorization again is when they saw it was approved. I was made to wait 2 weeks by Walgreens for my medications. This this is poor patient care.

Honestly, 1 star seems too generous in regards to my experience at this store…. I walk in and immediately the lady at the front register (an older lady) is just staring at me, my son and baby daughter the entire time. I go to pay and she’s eyeing my son. Dirty looks. She goes “is he grinding his teeth?” I say “yes he has autism and repetitive behaviors is a part of it” she proceeds to say “I knew something wasn’t right but oh he’s beautiful “ lady, I’m here to buy 1 Ingredient and get out. What I’m not here for is for you to insult my 3 year old developmentally disabled son. Shame on you. I will honestly never go back in here.

This review is for the pharmacy only, their personnel their attitude, and their discrimination against me. Today was not the first time that I went to pick up my medication and was made to wait two and a half hours because the pharmacist and the staff are prejudice against me because of a medication that I take they are constantly causing me grief, being unprofessional, while they enjoy being cruel to me by singling me out, making me wait long periods of time that aren't necessary, & make no effort to be nice. I know they would never admit to this but they purposely do this to me taking up hours of my time. I don't drive so I have to pay someone to take me and how much do you think it cost for me to wait hours to get my prescription after they told me it would be ready? I have spent thousands of dollars at this store in the past year. I don't deserve this treatment and I will be taking my business somewhere else. And whoever manages these people need to train them in sensitivity. The only nice thing I have to say about the store is there is one manager in the store that was very kind to me, he saw that I was upset after waiting hours, he spoke to me & asked me if he could get me something to drink, which he purchased with his own money, I wish I knew his name because he's the only person there that was kind to me which made him stand out.

Was in a hurry to pick up my prescription today that wasn't ready, but the lady had it to me and I was out the door in 5 minutes. She was very friendly wish I knew her name but awesome to get it fast when needed!!

Went to get my daughters prescription for a ear infection. The pharmacist refused to fill it because there was only 5 mins until closing. Then lied and said we could go to the Walgreens in Halls tn. That there cumputer systems are joined together and that the Halls location would fill the prescription. Which was a lie. So my daughter can't get the meds she needs because of the neglect from the pharmacist. I would recommend people stop using this corrupt location.

Dustin the pharmacy manager was very helpful and kind. We had a bad situation happen with our medication and he quickly handled the situation and will be taking proper action. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail with his concern and the problem. Not only does he take care of his customers he was dressed extremely professional and so was the other gentleman on staff. Tammy in the pharmacy is always kind and helpful. I'm giving Dustin the pharmacy manager 5 stars!!! But because of our situation the store is receiving a 3 star rating. From now on, always check medication and be kind and calm during all bad situations. There is no reason to act like a complete crazy person towards anyone, instead stay calm and handle any situation calmly.Thank you again Dustin for rocking at your job.

Just horrible. We switched pharmacies because it's closer and more convenient! They had trouble getting a medicine, for my son, billed to the insurance and needemid a P.A. I was told they called and faxed his office for the P.A. Well they lied and didn't so my son has been without this medicine and we've been waiting to find out nothing has been done. I didn't mind one bit to call the office if you all didn't want to. Well after the office called and tried to fix thing for us, I went out there, and their way of fixing it was for me to go BACK to our original pharmacy! I guess because we were too much trouble? What if we lived in a different state and had to switch to you all? So my son just goes without his medicine? I strongly suggest not to go here!

Shopping at this Walgreens never disappoints. The photo department is always friendly, along with the cashiers. I'm pleased with this location.

Women that are in the pharmacy are idiot's and are rude . I stopped using them in the past and decided to try again because its near the house . Same thing this time as last the last time .They look hateful and act hateful so i will just go back to cvs
