I truly love this Animal Clinic and the staff!They genuinely care about your fur child and they offer such quality & good care to them.They took care of our Bella girl for a very long time and in her sickest of days they offered great care and love to her .Our Bella passed away recently and they helped us through that decision making and process . 10/10 we took our doggie copper today with much anxiety and fear because we have been wronged and treated like dirty with a vet in blain when we lost our lab. This vet office was friendly understood our fearful baby and helped us find out what was wrong or possibilities on what could be wrong his isn’t 100 percent yet but we’re getting there! absolutely recommend anywhere you go is extremely expensive now a days but they aren’t to bad and the way they treat you and your fur babies is more than enough ❤️

15 Stars if i could. GO. Plz. Do not hesitate or look no further. After 2 visits and hundreds of dollars, about $525, I had enough and looked online for another Vet for our Very Sick Kitty. She would have been 10 yrs old this yr. Their reviews brought us to them. Dr Parks and the staff were the light in the middle of a long dark road. Unfortunately our Miss Kiki didn't make it but we could Not have gone through this without them. Commpassion the min we walked through the door. Dr Parks stayed and waited on us although we were running 30 min late. And we were a new patient. I could only imagine how their established patients feel. She examined her and knew immediately what was wrong. Although she suggested a biopsy to proven the case and not just guessing. She wanted us to feel sure and left all decisions with options on the table. She handled her with such care. They all did. Once home I googled the symtons and Feline Cancer popped up Immediately. Kinda get the feeling our old Vet wanted another jacked up bill or needs to go back to school. Very Icy Cold Place to take pets anyway. We thought we had no other options. By now if ur reading the reviews just take ur pet here. Don't wait. I have never seen a more welcoming place and we are still hearing from them. They gave us Momentums of her unexpectedly and they are treasures to us. We have her little nose, mouth, and paw print to always keep. Our grandaughters, 2 & 3 yrs old, touch them and say its Miss Kiki. Weeks later we received this over the weekend. A beautiful card signed by the staff and Flowers to plant for her. Who does this but them??? They went above and beyond for us. And way much cheaper. But we could Not have made it through all this without them. I tell our story to anyone that will listen. Thank you, Dr Parks and your staff so very much. We are forever in your debt.....The Hatfield's

My Yorkiepoo max was feeling under the weather and I called the vet and they got him in that afternoon. They did a through exam and he had hurt his back. The vet gave me multiple treatment options for Max and came up with a plan for his care that didn’t break the bank, but helped him to come home and feel better! Very caring staff and they truly care for each fur baby that comes in.

First time visiting Tazewell Pk Animal Clinic - we went for a second opinion on a possible CCL tear that our dog suffered. Everyone was extremely friendly and Dr. Joanne took a lot of time with us and made sure we understood our options. We will be using Tazewell Pk Animal Clinic for our other two dogs now; I would highly recommend giving them a try.

The staff at Tazewell Pike Animal Clinic are absolutely amazing. Saturday I had spent hours searching for a vet that could see my daughter's cat Osca for an emergency visit. She had been injured and couldn't put weight on her back right leg. Even the big emergency hospital was full and wouldn't see her. When I called Tazewell Pike Animal clinic they let me know that they didn't have any openings. However, sympathetic to our kitty, said they would fit me in. We had to wait a little while to be seen, but they stayed past closing time to care for Osca. What amazing people. They truly care for the animals in their care. On top of the amazing and loving care, the cost was really affordable. Thank you for helping Osca.

Dr Hibbs is the most caring vet we have ever had. We have been with her over 15 years. She is caring, & compassionate. When my dog was dying, she came out to meet me during an ice storm, when her office was closed.She loves animals. I would not go anywhere else.

I'll never take my dog back to this vet! They're more expensive than other vets in the surrounding area. The girl at the front is very rude and condescending. They also like to play dumb about problems they caused and when you call back to explain what's now going on with your animal after receiving treatment from them they then schedule you to come in when there's not even a doctor available to see your dog...pure craziness. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend!

Great staff that truly loves your pet as much as you do. None of the abrasive upselling on things you don’t need. They just provide honest services and provide you with options and if the option they have is cheaper somewhere else they will go the extra mile to present it to you.

Wow! What a fantastic experience!Dr Weiss and her team were so gracious to work us in on a Saturday a.m for an emergency visit.They discussed treatment options and gave advice on what to do over weekend.Our regular vet would not see us,even though we are patients of record and in good standing.So goodbye Crossings…. Hello Tazewell.Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️3/25/2024We have been “WOWed” again! Our senior dogs have become regular patients.Our 16 yo lab was suffering and we had to have her euthanized. First off let me say the one star is not for everyone at the office only one of the vets not sure if her name but it's not Dr Parks,we have seen the so called vet that I am talking about a few times and each time she has a attitude even with her staff she rushes you and only has dollar signs on her mind not the well being of your fur babies ,we try at all cost to avoid her and request to see Dr Parks if any way possible,to be rushed when trying to let her know everything going on and to be rude non the less and to see how she treated her staff said a lot very disrespectful and at this point I believe we will look for another vet because if you cants take the time to listen to our concerns and be more respectful to us and your staff and truly care about what's going on with our fur babies then I don't think you are in the right business because from what I have seen and others have said this one sov only cares about money and it's a shame because the other vet Dr Parks and staff are wonderful and caring , I have a lot ❤️ f family and friends that go here and also concerned and say the same thing so I believe we are all going to look for another place and maybe Dr Parks will have her own place soon .

Been here about a half dozen times All the staff is super friendly everything is clean they have good hours making availability much easier than many other places. Pricing is fair but most importantly each time my pupper has gotten great care

I was pleasantly taken aback by the amount of love these fine folks showed a complete stranger. My 13 yr old cat had a scary emergency. It was handled with ease, grace, professionalism and was completely devoid of the usual greed we're all used to feeling the sting of these days. The diagnosis was spot on, the treatment was swift. My sick kitty was their number 1 priority. Period. I was highly impressed with everything from the initial call to the check out process. Dr Michelle Hicks was so nice! She had on the time to personally call, and message me regarding my puppy’s spay procedure. She was very approachable and compassionate. Really appreciate everything she’s done!
