I've been going here ever since they opened at the trinity location. Everyone is genuinely nice and gives helpful tips when taking care of your fur babies. Since they moved, I don't have to travel far since they're now walking distance from my home and job.Diva, my dog, is never scared or comes home with any scarring or FLEAS. Pricing is honest and affordable. I love it here and I hope they never close. 💚

Woofgang is the BEST! Sabrina has groomed Marlo for 4 years and I have zero complaints. Neither does Marlo! Tammy (the owner) greets me with a smile every time I come in, and she is a wealth of information about our pets. She genuinely cares about their health, comfort and happiness and it shows. Sabrina goes above and beyond to make sure Marlo is beautifully groomed as well as happy and calm while she is away from us. I love this store & their staff! The owner, Tammy, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful & compassionate with the health & well being of her customers! I had been dealing with serious skin issues over past 2 yrs with my 12 yr old dog - I only wish I’d gone to her store then. She recommended a saliva allergy test to show sensitivities which cost 1/4 of our vets office & I’ve made necessary changes to my dogs diet & her skin has amazingly cleared up & even helped with her anxiety! What a blessing Tammy & her store WOOF GANG BAKERY & GROOMING are! Thank you for being such a huge asset to our community because of your sincere love & care for animals!

Erin did a fantastic job on my Schnoodle. He looked great and I strongly suspect he felt 100% better. Highly recommend Woof Gang for grooming with Erin - I've only dealt with her so I can't speak for any of the other groomers, but she's super!

Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming is AWESOME!!! I choose to support the local small businesses in the community and not shop at the big stores. I wish more people would do the same. I not only get my fur babies groomed at Woof Gang.... I also shop there. The only way to support your local small business is to buy products from its business... not just get grooming. The people here are amazing and I can tell right away they care about my pets. The owner is very informative about natural food and products to help my pets stay healthy. She really knows her stuff. Now they have Doggie Daycare which is very awesome. Now I can leave Cruzer for play dates while I am at work or any other time I need. I will never go anywhere else. We love Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in Cordova TN. We’ve been customers since they opened. The grooming is the best! Sabrina & her team are the best! Our Bentley doesn’t want to go anywhere else. The store owner loves what she does & has a well stocked store. The personal customer service is tops! It’s saved me several Vet visits by suggesting a change in diet, food, shampoo, etc. Knowledgeable & caring folks!

My baby girl, Sunny, is celebrating her 1st Birthday TODAY & I ordered her cake from Woof Gang Bakery & not only was the cake custom, but they included the cutest bandana with her name!!!! Both my dogs LOVED the cake & are still enjoying it as I sit & write this review! PERFECT from ordering, to picking up, to our dogs enjoying it! I wanted to include pictures but not sure how to do that. THANK YOU though!

This store is amazing if you are looking for those one of a kind treats for your dog or a special leash and collar. I noticed the other day they sports teams as well as leashes and collars for the Super Hero fans out there. They carry some fantastic food and Tammy knows very much about all of them.The Groomers there are fantastic for our Newfoundland puppies. They are always nice and there are always a few little dogs roaming around to greet you as well!!

My sweet dog is terrified of baths and nail trims at home. Here, he shows no anxiety whatsoever and is always happy going in and coming back out. I don't know what you ladies do back there, but it's some kinda dog grooming magic. As far as I'm concerned, you're all treasures and I'm so grateful to have found people who seem to love my dog as their own. Thank you for all you do, Woofgang!!

Oh my goodness....I absolutely love this place! I originally came to Woof Gang because of Erin. She is an absolutely awesome groomer....like a for real Dog Whisperer. I have a long-haired German Shepherd named Maximus (Max to his friends) and he loves his little sister Skittles, loves certain people, but hates all other animals and some people. I have tried to have him groomed at 2 different grooming stores and 2 vets offices but all have failed. Someone told me to never bring him back because he was moving the cages trying to get at the other dogs, some wanted me to be there to hold him, and others offered to sedate him (Really??) to groom him.Well, Erin not only earned his trust within 30 seconds and have him eating out of her hand, she groomed him from head to bottom, got his undercoat under control, and even trimmed him (something no one else has been able to do).We will follow her wherever she grooms, and she has made her home at Woof Gang. Woof Gang is the cutest little shop with a cozy atmosphere. The staff is unbelievably nice! They also have great accessories for dogs and yummy baked goodies (I am assuming they are yummy...I have never tried them myself). Most of all, they love on my Max!

Groomers nice and cuts come out great. Some healthy better foods for your dogs.we change to one hard food few months ago and our 2 year old terrier mix loves each flavor shes tried.Much better ingredients than most. Eveyone there,nice and friendly also.

I just love this store! Everyone is so friendly, and the groomer with the purple hair did a great job on my baby. You can tell she really loves animals! After visiting other grooming salons, Woof Gang Bakery is the only place I'll take my baby.

I went a couple of weeks ago and bought two items and I asked the cashier about making my pet a cake for his birthday and she said it was too early and to call back a week before. I called yesterday and was told that she would call me back and never called me. I then called again and left a message and still no return call. Also when me and my pet went the first time I got his nails trimmed and I asked could they also be filed down and the groomer said “yeah only if he doesn’t act crazy cause if he does then I won’t” first of all I’m not paying for you to half do the job and if this is your profession then you should be able to file his nails. I will never spend any time or money at this place again.

It is absolutely impossible to reach them to make an appointment. They never pick up the phone, but what is worse they don't call you back regardless of how many messages you leave them. Than the groomer I had (I will not mention her name) refused to provide service for my dog because as she stated "I always complained", which actually is not true. Oh, and you cannot get to another groomer, because they are all booked with their reoccurring clients. So, the message is clear - if you are not happy with the way they groom your dog, do not complain. They will not make it right, they will just refuse to provide service. Like it or leave it.

In April of this year, I went here for pet grooming. I was told that due to my puppy being 8 weeks old they were unable to cut her hair. I was told that she could come back in August because she was too young for grooming. Two weeks ago, I called to get an appointment, and was scheduled for today. My husband takes the dog in today and I was told when speaking with the groomer, her only option was to shave my dog. I was horrified. She was completely insensitive and cold heart-ed. She spoke to me as if I deliberately did something to hurt my pet. Then she said, well do you just want me to give her back to him. I was appalled at this lack of customer/human and canine decency. Never, ever trust your loved one with this company.

9/19 Update: Changed my rating to 4 stars BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT THE GROOMING! They called me again to check on my pup and offer services. The lady was very nice and appreciated my feedback and I appreciated her honesty about the groomer. It was someone new and I was not the only complaint. You can't ask for better follow up! I may give them another whirl in the future! FYI my furbaby is doing fine the cut is healing and no signs of infection. I feel they mean well. We just got someone who needs more training.9/18 This place was recommended by people on another site and had great google reviews which fuels my disappointment in the service my furbaby received. He was nicked on the inside of one of his hind legs and I was not informed. His haircut is not shaped, blended,and very uneven. I showed them a picture of a previous cut he had gotten and they didn't achieve anything remotely similar. I will say that when I called the gentleman offered to get him back in, but this is like a child of mine and I cannot take him back there. Also, to fix this would probably mean cutting him lower and I don't want him looking any worse. I hope others after me have a better experience and please inspect your furbaby!

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I took my puppy here when he was about 3 months old and I will never in life take him again. The employees are mean and I’m honestly not sure if they even like pets, when I handed my puppy over the groomer held him out dangling in the air like you do a toy. She also did an absolutely terrible job with the haircut, and then complained to me that my dog was biting. HE IS A PUPPY!! She was scaring him and he was trying to protect hisself! Overall terrible experience!! I asked the young girl at the counter if they give out free treats, she told me no, so I bought My puppy some and then I notice treats in a jar and I said what are these, and she proceeded to tell me free treats! Absolutely ridiculous! I also tried calling the store multiple times because I was so upset and no one even attempted to call me back, but conveniently they did when I called to schedule an appointment! NEVER AGAIN! so disappointed in this place!

I can't say enough about this business. I LOVE IT! They carry a large assortment of pet products including clothing, leashes, collars, food, etc.. I'm very picky about my Yorkie, Diesel's, hair esp his Mohawk and had searched and searched for a groomer when I found Sabrina here. Of course Diesel flips out every time I leave him, due to separation anxiety, but she does everything she can to calm him. She's even sent me pics of him napping after his grooming to give me peace of mind. She treats Diesel like she would her own and I'm very glad we found her and this business.

I was looking for a groomer for my toy yorkie and my shepherd mix. My vet always seemed to have added fees and my shepherd mix didn't look brushed or smell real clean. I have to say that Woof Gang did a superb job on my dogs. They seemed less stress than going to a vet for grooming. Their prices were comparable. My shepherd looked like he was brushed and didn't have hair flying everywhere in my car. My yorkie's cut was awesome. Both actually smelled great and not like chemical shampoo. We will be back!!!

I have been bringing my dog here for 5 years. He is well taken care of by Ms. Naomi. The partners and workers talk well to the dogs and give them hugs when they are overwhelmed. They also lit bandanas on my dog after his haircut
