Cam is a great assistant and I love how she treats my little puppy. I've been coming for 2 years now, and Dr. Opp and staff do a great job every time I visit. I also come monthly for nail trims, and he's always taken well care of. Even when my buddy got sick, they swiftly checked him out and made some excellent recommendations that lead to a speedier recovery. Great front desk staff and really goes above and beyond to make pets feel comfortable. Thank you, Cam, for being awesome and so nice!

Dr. Opp and staff are incredible. I was out of town for the week and my kitten grew up and he needed to be neutered. I spoke with staff over the phone and they really knew their stuff and were very helpful. They booked an appointment for him as soon as possible and really took care of him. You can tell they care about animals. My dad brought him in to be neutered and said Dr. Opp and her staff were the sweetest and were amazing. A blessing to have them in our community. It's been about day 4 since neuter and he is doing very well!

I’ve always had a good experience at The Pet Hospitals but this location is top tier. The staff is amazing. They offered help wherever they could. Dr. Opp is the sweetest and definitely knows her animals. She gave great advice on my cat’s weight loss journey and called back promptly to give me results on their blood tests. The receptionist was so kind as well. I know working in any medical field can be frustrating, but they were all were very professional. Thanks guys!

We first took our puppy here for his shots and we loved Dr. Opp and staff. One of my other dogs needed quick care for an allergic reaction. I made an appointment online in less that 2 minutes for the next day. They called to confirm. I brought her in to be seen. Staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable. She is not too sure of new people and she loved Taylor and the front desk staff. They even clipped her nails for me. We have another dog as well. We will be sticking with The Pet Hospitals Houston Levee & Macon for all 3. Thank you to all the staff for being amazing!!!

When we adopted this little cutie, we new The Pet Hospitals was where we were going. A couple of years back they saved our other dog when he had to have emergency. The staff at the Houston Levee / Macon location were great, both with our 4.5 pound puppy to our 70 pound lap dog. They offer top notch care that is affordable and convenient due to their many locations.

My little love, Gisele, a 2 year old poodle, was very Ill with diarrhea and vomiting. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The staff took us right into an exam room, handling Gisele with loving care. The Veterinarian, Dr. Morris, assessed the situation, did necessary tests, provided the medication needed, instructions for me, and follow-up phone support. I’m happy to report that she is recovering, her normal sassy self, and I’m very grateful for the care provided to her by The Pet Hospital on Houston Levee.

I can't say enough great things about this staff. I have been to this location for many years but since March, I had to put my 17 year old poodle Beanie to sleep and then my 17 year old cat Oreo to sleep as well. Dr. Morris is precious! She was so loving with both of them. Justin is usually there and was very comforting to me as well. They are all very professional but also compassionate. I will always take my animals there.

So, I finally got my red and white Cavapoo puppy this week. The very next day I took him-Kingston- to The Pet Hospital to see Dr. Morris and her staff. Because I am a first time fur baby mom, I had a lot of concerns and questions. They were so patient with me and they really took excellent care of Kingston. I feel confident that Kingston will get the very best care each visit. I highly recommend Dr. Morris and her staff at this The Pet Hospital….

My dog had so many complications going on and she made a us a priority and I’m not playing when I say she went ABOVE and BEYOND because she cares! It wasn’t just a get her in and out thing . Approach grooming and nail trim services with caution! This location is losing experienced staff and replacing with beginners. We have large breed dogs and it’s very critical that they have good experiences with grooming as a pup. The groomer who had been helping us wasn’t there any longer and went with someone new which turned out to be a bad nail trim experience. Thankfully, I was monitoring and stopped the situation early. I would recommend if you use them, that you observe the service until you trust the individual.

Very reasonably priced. Our basset hound swallowed a rock and they truly made him a priority, without overcharging us. He was 100% back to himself after surgery. The vet and staff were amazing! I would highly recommend them!

My dog was having some GI upset, & it was last minute I called and they were able to get him in. Which I’m thankful for. I told them I kinda had a budget & they worked within that limit perfectly! His first vet visit was free due to him being recently adopted so I’m very grateful for that as well. He seemed to really like the techs and doctor. Definitely found his new primary vet. A delightful experience from the appointment booking process to the follow up. The staff is friendly and efficient, and I appreciated their safety protocols in light of the pandemic. Dr. Sarah Morris is simply exceptional. The detail in her explanations during the appointment and the follow up after the lab results were returned was incredibly thorough without being overwhelming. I felt reassured that my pups had received a truly thorough exam and excellent care. On top of all this, the cost was incredibly reasonable as well. I wholeheartedly recommend!

I have taken my many fur babies in the past to Germantown, Collierville, Houston-Levee and Lakeland locations. In each one my pups and I have had an excellent experience. Everyone there is very professional and very caring. You can tell they love animals and are dedicated to taking the very best care of them possible. I would never go anywhere else.

I just moved to town from out of state and drove past this place and decided to look into it as a new vet for my 2.5 year old goldendoodle. They made me an appointment for just a few days later (and the first exam was free!) to establish care and resolved an allergy issue that my pup had been struggling with since she was a baby. I was very nervous about taking her somewhere new, but had no reason to be with how kind and helpful everyone here was! Everyone from the receptionist and tech to Dr. Morris was incredibly kind to me and loved on my pup like she was their own.Additionally, our last vet loved doing all kinds of “extra” small things that would wind up costing us hundreds of dollars and were not always necessary— this didn’t happen here. Before doing anything that would be an additional cost I was asked if it was okay and given the price up front. I greatly appreciated this transparency in pricing!We’re thrilled to have found such a great vet clinic so easily after moving and will definitely be returning!

From the moment I walked through the door, my new pup and I felt like long lost family. For starters, the receptionist held my puppy while I filled out paperwork. The vet tech was knowledgeable and answered my MANY questions. The groomer even came by to chat after I randomly asked the tech about my pups coat. The vet explained everything she was about to do and why. I would advise any pet owner, especially a new owner like myself, to come to The Pet Hospitals, Cordova location!

We absolutely love the pet hospitals! We have used several locations and each location has always been super helpful and loving with our babies! We just recently started grooming with our old English sheepdog and were thrilled with the results! Ashley, our groomer, listened to what we wanted and our Lola came back to us looking beautiful! I didn’t have to worry about her beautiful coat being messed up. Lola also seemed to be happy with her experience, she was not afraid at all and did not act fearful when she was picked up. My other dog is a master escape artist and there has been several times that the pet hospitals has taken care of our Abby when someone has brought her in from one of her runaways.We have used the boarding several times and never once had to worry about the care our babies were getting.They know exactly who my pups are when I call to make appointments or have questions. The Pet Hospitals are truly my pets home away from home. I would recommend any of the locations to anyone looking for someone to care for their fur babies!

When we got our rescue dog she was so nervous and scared of everything. I was so worried about taking her to a vet. But the staff at this pet hospital was excellent. They made me more at ease and they treated our new dog so so kindly. She loved it there. I don't think she was traumatized at all. We will continue using these people because they really made us comfortable and did everything they could to put our mind at ease. great great staff

We have had the best experience with The Pet Hospitals! They have been taking care of our pets for multiple years now, and we are always greeted with a smile for us and our pets. They know our pets names, and everyone loves to see them. These are animal lovers, people!We recently had to put down our dog of 10 years, and Dr. Morris was so gentle and kind about the situation. Multiple people in the office were crying when we had to put our sweet dog down, and we felt so cared for. We recently got a new rescue pup who is anxious around new people because of his past and they were so great with him - and our dog loved them! We highly recommend them and Dr. Morris!

My family loves Houston Levee Animal Hospital! We have been going to them since I was a toddler. We have had a total of 6 dogs, and been loyal to this veterinarian. We just recently adopted our first puppy and we were kind of clueless about a few things until we went in for our first appointment with Dr. Morris. She was so thorough and kind and patient. I had several questions and she answered each of them for me in detail. I love the whole staff and the way they take care of the pets there (we have a kitty patient there already).

I adopted my dog from the animal shelter, and the Pet Hospitals were amazing to work with for his first vet visit. They offered my dog and I all of our options about vaccines and heart worm prevention, and they even gave recommendations regarding diet and training. After the visit, I received an email with coupons/discounts for doggy daycare and grooming for my dog if I ever want it in the future. Will for sure keep going here!

The staff and Doctors are friendly, thorough, and will update you before doing anything with your pet. The clinic is clean, not overcrowded, and has good hours. The groomer does a good job. Highly recommend.

We have only been to this vet twice, but I have been so pleased with their service. They are truly the best people to take care of fur babies. It’s clear that they are passionate about their job. When my fur baby was sick they did everything to help him. They even checked on him several times after to make sure he really was okay. I won’t trust anyone else with my babies. The Pet Hospitals have been diligent and helpful in making sure that my cat’s plan for surgery was proceeding as planned. They checked in after the surgery and communicated well about what to keep in mind during the healing process. I’d highly recommend!

These are the nicest people I have ever felt with....every one of them!!!Doctor takes time to explain things...doesn't rush you off to one of the techs, but they are super nice too, but my point is she is great!!My dog is a hand full...and they know exactly how to handle her. The only doctor that tried to get my pet well!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!

I'm new to the area and had to find a vet to take care of my dog, who is reactive to men and can be reactive/afraid of strangers too which often times makes vet visits difficult. The Pet Hospital in Cordova was truly amazing and understood exactly how to interact with my dog in order to not cause him stress and took their time with him. They listened to all my concerns, questions, and gave amazing advice in order to help my dog. The process was not rushed at all, and my dog remained calm the entire time, thanks to the Dr. Morris and Jordan! I can't say enough good things about the entire team.
