This was the second time I’ve taken my baby Petco. The first time he only got a sanitary cut because he was only a few month old. This time they shaved low spots in his rear on both sides and front leg. His testicles were so red and scarred. He is so miserable. Just WOW!

It was my first time going to Petco and I was hopeful. I let the employee know that she was matted but that because she was a girl to leave hair on her head for bows and on her paws if possible. I picked her up and all of her hair was very low all over!!!! Her hair wasn't matted up top so why did they disregard my request. They could atleast called to inform me because I came up there and was upset.

I have been using this location for my dog’s grooming since he was born! I used to work with Kelly and once he left I thought I was done but Ms. Timika stepped in! She is super nice and good at her job! I plan to keep taking my dogs there everytime they need! They love it too!
