So I stopped at this Lenny's location (this is not the location I usually go to). I only stopped because it was on my way home. I ordered a green power bowl. So if you look at the photo, this is what was buried under what was supposed to be the "good vegetables". I had to pick ALL over this salad š” There was hardly any fresh leafy vegetables. It was mostly tomatoes and onions. It was supposed to have green peppers on it, but I had zero. Will never order from this Lenny's again.Vegetarian options: They offer salads.

The service was great around 2:30 pm on the 25th Anniversary( I think) with a medium crowd (5 people before me).I waited in line for maybe 7 minutes and was able to order and I got my correct order in about 10 minutes.Great discount and the food is always fresh and made to order.They had run out of sweet tea, but that was good for my health. I got unsweetened tea and lemonade, a little healthier.

This was the first time that I visited this location and the 1st time I had a Lenny's sub that wasn't juicy and delicious. The bacon was undercooked and so were the veggies for the Philly. I'll stick to the East Memphis location.Customer service was great. The gentleman did offer a remake, but I had an appointment.

This location seems to be very incompetent when it comes to reading orders, understanding them and making the sandwiches. The only time I go to this location is if I donāt make it to the 6300 Poplar Ave by the time they close early at like 4:30 or 5. Iāve had multiple issues with the Cordova location. Our sandwiches were poorly made, we ordered a turkey and American club. We had old lettuce on our sandwich that was a mixture of brown and green, disgusting. Didnāt get pickles on the turkey sandwich, didnāt get extra onions. There was very little onions. For the American club, didnāt get extra onions either and received very little, lettuce was old and brown. Mustard was missing and I asked for extra vinegar and oil, didnāt receive it. There wasnāt any vinegar and oil on it. I asked for extra mayo packets and didnāt get that. The overall quality was very underwhelming, it didnāt taste fresh at all. Just very poorly made. I suggest that the owner has all employees go through more training on how to read online orders correctly, thereās no excuse as to why the orders were made poorly. Itās funny how this location canāt understand how to make orders correctly but theyāll definitely take your money and give you whatever. Definitely will not be going back to this location. Will not continue to pay money for poor quality. Oh and donāt bother going here over the weekend, the weekend crew are worse! Itās like they have no experience at all!

I go during lunch time. The wait time is usually 5-10 minutes give or take. I order the mile high turkey on wheat, Lenny's way. My sandwich always tastes fresh. Delicious! I'm so happy I found them near my job. Repeat customer for sure.

The past couple of visits have not been good. Todayās was enough to keep me from going back. Ordered off the app and got a mile high for me and a deluxe club for my husband. My āmile highā had more veggies then turkey and the amount of oil, mayo, and vinegar was ridiculous. There was so much that it saturated the entire sandwich making it impossible to eat. My husbandās was also problematic. The roast beef was rancid. Not worth the money at all.

I have ordered delivery from this location twice and twice items were left out of the order and the sandwiches were not made as ordered. The first time customer service was great. They rectified immediately by refunding missing items. I know things happen so I tried them again. This time, it was a very unpleasant interaction. The employee on the phone argued that they included the items, even after I reiterated that they were not recieved. They were unhelpful in a way that made me feel like a thief and it ended with no resolution. They've kept my money and I have no product. This will be the LAST time patronizing this establishment.

Ordered a large Philly steak and cheese sub and there was hardly any meat in it. I expected more meat than a small or medium Philly steak sandwich so was very disappointed.Parking: Tough to find a parking spot at dinner time.

They make your subs to order and are fairly timely about it. The prices for the size/toppings is more than fair and they have seating to accommodate groups of all sizes (including extra long booths for those with more than just a few more folks in their crew!). Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Great place to eat in at or grab a sandwich to go from.

Staff and management not professional.A customer walked in the door after me and was taken care of before me. Actually, the manager did not look up to greet me when I walked in, but quickly snapped where the āLennyās Wayā toppings were when I was placing my order and didnāt see it initially. Front cashier seemed lost and the drink fountain needed attending. When I asked about the drinks being out I was simply told, āsorryā by the manager as she proceeded to clean, restock, do whatever was more important than tending to the customer.

I have been a customer of Lenny's for more than 25 years. The service and food has always been exceptional.Not today.I walked into the restuarant on Germantown Rd. at 2:06 today 10/12/2019. There was a couple leaving with their order, a lady at the register ordering, and myself. No other customers. After standing in line behind the lady for 15 minutes, I got tired and sat in a chair at the table right behind her.Ten minutes later another customer walked in and stood between the lady who was ordering and myself. After 10 minutes he grabbed a seat at the table adjacent to me. A few minutes later he approached the counter and another Lenny's employee asked him if he's wanted to order.As I walked out of the store at 2:41, the lady was still at the register ordering. I felt bad for the cashier, but management was non-existent.This will certainly be my last visit to this Lenny's.

I ordered a curbside order but when I got there the app would not let me select the "Im here" option so I tried calling multiple times and never got an answer. I had to physically go in and pick up my order which was something I wasn't prepared for. This was a big inconvenience. The curbside was my main reason for driving all the way to this location, other than that I would have went to the location near my home. Lennys need to let people know the stores that no longer offer curbside. This was a second incident.

Yall are awesome!I work at the GameStop next door so this is super convenient for me to get food for the day. Before work, I've ordered online to have it ready at 11:45 and when I get there its ready and waiting for me! The online ordering is super easy. I get a custom Mile High Turkey and omg its so good and refreshing and really gives me a lunch to look forward to.Thank you all so much for making my food before a long day!

I will start out by saying that this use to be our go to place. We have been noticing over the past few months that things have changed. First there is never a member of management or anyone in charge. The new colors look great however the tables are set up in a crazy order. One bench you can not even sit in because the it is pushed up against the front window. One booth that you would be able to sit in always has boxes on it like it is the staging area for catering orders. I understand that you take away the trash cans to have staff clean the tables. But you have to clean the tables so customers have a place to sit. Today at lunch of the 13 tables that are in the restaurant 5 still had trash on them. Customers were just pushing the empty baskets to the side then eat next to someone elseās trash. The straw that broke the camels back 12:20 on Friday you run out of white bread at a deli? I am sorry to have to write this review but someone needs to know.I have returned to this location a couple of times since my review and the have improved the service. However they still have done nothing with the useless bench against the window.

I wish I could upgrade my review, but sorry, they have only gotten worse. I was in today and counted again 8 employees front and back and still slow. I even called in my order 20 mins ahead for p/u and it was actually ready, but took forever for someone to actually ring it up for me. Also, they continually forget the oil and vinegar on the side which is clearly printed on my ticket. Lenny's Corp. needs to investigate this franchise.SLOW SLOW SLOW! This location used to hustle but now they have only lazy, slow people working here. I was there during the work week at 12:23pm (lunch hour) and the place was dead. However, I counted 8 employees (front and back), but only 1 person making sandwiches!!!! There was only one person in front of me waiting for their sandwich, and one person dining in which already had their food. Yet it took almost 20 mins for me to get my sandwich! They were cutting up on the line and talking. There were two employees taking orders, one bagging the orders, three that I weren't sure what they were doing, and 1 cutting meat and only one dressing the sandwiches. Ridiculous! I used to go in here and the line would be to the outer door during the lunch hour, but now its just dead because they are sooooo slow. No one has that much time to burn on their lunch hour to get a mediocre sandwich. I won't be back

Let my start by saying I LOVE lenny's. I don't know if the Germantown parkway location is cutting back or what but the I ordered the philly cheese steak wrap and it was smaller than a loaded griller from taco bell. Mind you it is still the same price as a regular sandwich. I was so disappointed. But the taste was excellent as ever. I just won't be ordering the wrap again.

Fast service. Greeted when I first entered. Yummy subs to choose from. My favorites are the mile high turkey and also the chicken salad. Friendly staff. Clean environment. I would definitely recommend this place. Come check them out.
