Expired food on shelves. Food items still on the shelves that have already expired or the used by date has passed, I found at least 5 food items that expired last month (March). I won’t be visiting this location anymore. This is the second time. I’ve taken meat back after purchasing and the next day it’s brown and rotten, but the expiration date is a week out. I’m not sure what this store is doing, but it’s clearly not checking for expired foods and keep the shelves stocked with fresh items.

This is it my usual Kroger location by I'm probably drive a little farther to go here occasionally. It was much better stocked and organized than 3 other closer locations. I used Kroger app to make a list and shop by aisle so I had no problem finding my items in a new location. Took less than 10 minutes to check out. Plenty of parking available. They also had small baskets available which is a plus for me.

I miss my Summer Ave store so bad.Darlene in customer service shame on you,hun CUSTOMER SERVICE is your job.Smile and be friendly at least once a month.If you don't want to work it doesn't have to be everyone's problem,you are toxic.All right cashiers please be careful with the following items BANANAS they bruise very easy, CARBONATED DRINKS, no one wants white caps then flat drinks.EGGS, they break.BREAD, no one wants smashed bread.CHIPS ,They also break and then no good for dipping Frustrating.

Today is my LAST time coming into this Kroger. I’m going to start going to the one in Collierville or the Dexter location.I’ve gotten home to discover food that was within the expiration date was spoiled. I’ve purchased expired food. Didn’t realize I needed to check my expiration date for a store that’s so busy.One day, I was in the meat section. Half the chicken was bad. The packaging had started bubbling up. I found the store manager and when I showed him the meat, he had all of it pulledAnd WHY is there always just ONE person in customer service. You need two because the customer service line is ALWAYS long.I call this Kroger the HOOD Kroger and that’s sad because it’s not in the hood.

This location is no longer one of the best in town. Aesthetic improvements have been made and new workers have been hired, but the standards are lower now it seems.Paying extra for good service only works when the service is good. Otherwise the total experience becomes a rip off. Expiration dates mean nothing here because refrigerated and frozen goods are routinely left out to thaw before being refrozen. I refuse to buy a 10-pound bag of one large chunk of refrozen chicken breast. Buying milk here is like rolling dice whether it spoils a week before the expiration date or earlier. Other locations can have more varied selections but here they mostly stock Kroger brand products. The service and product quality just dosen't match the prices. The Dexter location is better serviced and is right down the street.

Keep that stick on your hip and stay alert when you visit this place. It seems the robbers haven't gotten the memo that not everyone carries cash. Once inside, make sure to check the dates on your food. And always watch your back when leaving.

This is a lovely place to shop. It is always well stocked. The staff is super friendly. However, today I bought some crawfish from the seafood counter and was extremely disappointed. They used to allow me to taste one so that I could check out the seasoning. Apparently they don't do that anymore. I bought a a couple of pounds of tasteless food. I was so sad (I know, first world problems).

Went to the deli counter and couldn’t believe the number of flies swarming around the deli slicing equipment and other areas. There were 7-10 flies lined up on the counter at any give time. I’m not embellishing. It was as bad a wet market. This is unacceptable and management should immediately rectify it. I refused the order the lady made for me.

Francis deserves a raise. Things seemed to get a little hectic at the self check out. She remained calm and was empathetic. There seems to be an issue with some of the alcoholic beverages scanning which calls a slight back up in the line. Francis understood the issue and had a sense of urgency with making sure everyone gets kicked out properly. She is a great employee.

Today my birthday, bough a huge ballon , went home ,the air from ballon is 50% out, it’s so annoy, so expensive and bad quality, can even have a ballon last for hour, and this is the second time it happen like that ,this is not fair, ridiculous!!!!!!!

I'm not going to lie. This location is highly recommended for me. I don't like the other locations because I don't feel comfortable with others. This location is clean, fresh, has the best employees, and services the carts are never empty and well organized. Plus, there is not much trash or debree all around the parking lot. I love it. This location is #1 on my list.

Frances for the self checkout area, is a rockstar. There seems to have been a system issue where a few of the self scanning registers were stuck. She worked quickly to resolve the issue and make sure everyone was taken care of. Frances is a shining example of why I continue to make this store my first choice.

My neighborhood grocer where I'm typically pleased w my shopping experience. However, the decision for customers to hunt for and fetch shopping carts from the parking lot is a poorly thought out decision.Last night while toting a 17-pound of dog food from one end of the store to the other because carts are no longer housed in-store or even directly outdoors near the entrance areas screamed, "we don't want or value you as our customer!"I hear you loudly and clearly, Kroger Management; I'm shopping elsewhere until it's made convenient for me to patronize your establishment again!

Every time I go to the pharmacy, it is always a pleasant experience. The techs and pharmacists are always very caring and quick to answer questions as well as check me out if I have a few non produce items. Amber in particular helped me greatly with my last visit.

Came by here yesterday and they wouldn't allow anyone to shop. I understand you're closing early due to the holidays, but it was 25 mins until 6! That's ridiculous! I've NEVER seen a black manager standing at the door telling people we're closed 25 mins early....like is that how you run the business? Totally unacceptable!

Called a specific department and asked if they had product in stock, they informed me that they don't. I asked when they get the product in stock, the reply I got was "I don't know". I have asked multiple employees here when they get the product in stock and am always told "I don't know". They don't ever offer to go ask someone and find out, either.

11/12/22; 1/7/23 Explain to me how the prices keep going up but you don't use human cashiers? Then you have 2 people monitoring self checkout? I'm paying for a service that you no longer provide. I'll go elsewhere. Cashsavers still has live cashiers.1/7/23- came back. Made it to check out at 8:45pm, no live cashiers for checking. I left my week worth of groceries ($200.00) right there and walked out.

There is a young lady named Jon at the Starbucks inside of Kroger. She treated me and the other customers I saw with such courtesy. I will from now on go to the Kroger Starbucks ☕ on trinity and Germantown Pkwy other than the other ones because of the professional and wonderful service I was given by Jon. Perhaps forego Walmart for my shopping needs. Great service is better than better prices.All employees should behave like Jon!

I'm big on customer service. As long as the customer service is excellent, people don't mind spending more, at least I don't. Today I spent more than I thought I would. I wouldn't have been bothered by it if the customer service was on point. When I arrived at Lane #8, I said hello, how are you doing. This is my standard opener. I received no response. So I said oook, moving on then. The cashier, Laila, started ringing up my items. She then rung up an item twice. I said excuse me, you rung that up twice. She said I know ma'am. She removed the extra item. But as she rung up the rest of my items, she continues to during up my items more than once. I said excuse me, you're charging me twice for those items, are you removing them? She says ma'am I'm going to remove it. My thing is why are you doing it in the 1st place. After she finished removing the extra items and I paid, she flyng my receipt at me. That upset me. I caught it mid-air. I looked over that receipt 3 times before I left that store. Kroger really needs to speak with this cashier because she was rude and her behavior was uncalled for. Instead of shopping at this kroger, I'll just travel a little further out to another Kroger, where their attitudes are more pleasant

On 11-08-2023 at approximately 10:00am I arrived at this store and parked in a empty space designated for employee of the month. I was yelled at twice by an employee in the parking lot. This is the third time this year I've been yelled at by employees at this store. I've shopped here since 1993 but I will never spend another cent here! Hello Walmart!
