This is my first experience with Invisible Fence and I can’t rave enough about how amazing this company is! We have an extremely animal aggressive dog and was unsure if the fence would keep him contained. Believe it or not, it works like a charm!! Jeff was so professional and even took his time with me and our dog Titan, making sure he understood where the boundary was. I never write reviews but I had to when it came to this company. I would 100% recommend this company!!!Update: Fast forward 5 months... if I could give another 5 star rating, I would!! My husband accidentally cut the line in our yard while cutting wood. Jeff came right out and repaired it for FREE!!! I was not expecting this as we were expecting to pay for the repair since it was our fault. But once again, Jeff and Invisible Fence exceeded ALL expectations!

Similar to the service call review. I have received nothing but bad customer service from this location. I should have known, from the weeks it took to initially get it installed, that I should have taken a different route. The installer refused to bury the line like I was quoted, and did not even secure the wire to the fence. Instead he just draped it between posts. After finally getting it installed my dogs were not even phased by the collar, and when I inquired about it I was told it was my fault. Although the collars had to be adjusted 4 times. I was told about the trip charge, they also told me that they probably couldn’t fix it in one trip. Basically I was told it is going to take multiple trips. I purchased a roll of wire for a fraction of the cost of a service call and have ran a new line myself. Although it takes a little time it is easy to install yourself. I would do some research online and purchase a kit and self install.

I have used Invisible Fence Memphis since 1995 . I have a big yard and for years the service was great. However, an employee , Jeff came to my house to fix a broken place in my line . He informed me I had to get a complete new lay out and two new panels because , even though its still working , it has to be replaced . Each panel is 850.00 I was told , then all labor to run new wiring. We are talking several thousand dollars . I said the fence is working , why would I do that. He then told me if I did not they would not service my fence anymore ! I have 7 very expensive collars that are now worthless. They have left my animals unprotected . I would never recommend them . Also , Jeff disparaged the former owner who installed my fence saying he did a poor job. Very unprofessional, especially since it has worked fine all these years .

This is the first time using invisible fence and I can’t say enough on how professional and knowledgeable the whole office and staff were. From making my appointment to employee Jeff who installed and explained all to me. Jeff also helped me with an install unit inside to help me keep my dog from going into the formal area of my home. Highly recommend this company.

Invisible Fence is absolutely outstanding! Slightly over a year and a half ago, we purchased their indoor system for our two dogs, and it is truly some of the best money we have ever spent. From the installation of the system to the present day, the entire staff I have met and worked with have been nothing but professional and full of helpful tips. I did my research, talked to 12 people with fences. Those with Invisible fence were pleased with the results, those with other brands were not. I've had my fence for 8+ years, 3 dogs, two large (70 lbs) one small (40 lbs). Neither have been out of the yard (4+ acres) except when I take them for a ride in my truck. A conventional fence would have cost a fortune, plus constant worries about them digging underneath it. We have deer, rabbits, squirrels, even deer, which my dogs chase until they get to the boundary, then they always stop. They are so conditioned, even when I accidentally cut the fence planting flowers, or forget to change the batteries, they stay in the yard. If you train your dogs correctly. they will stay in your yard. Also, the fence is NOT cruel. They know where the boundaries are and don't challenge it. They have not been shocked since I had the system installed. - I love my dogs, the Invisible Fence brand system is worth every penny.

This is a great product I had for a while. Recently I had an issue with a charge for service I received. I called and talked with the owner and although she thought the charge was justified she listened to me, she was never rude in explaining her opinion. In the end she did not agree with my thoughts on the charge but she reveresed the charge as a courtesy. I can appreciate her stance but even more I appreciate her great customer service. In the end her courteous conversation made me want to use them for my future needs. Thx you!!!

Invisible Fence of Memphis is what I would call a ‘peace of mind’ company. We have had their system for several years & every single day since installation we have truly had peace of mind. It is beneficial not only for us but for our pets as well. Our dogs are safely contained in the yard but have the great freedom to roam three acres. We are comfortable knowing that not only are they safe but they are also able to stay on ‘patrol’ & continuously guard our home. Plus, I’m fairly sure that our neighbors are grateful that they don’t have to contend with someone’s pet perusing through their yards, shrubs, gardens, etc. Plus, you couldn’t ask for better service than what the people of Invisible Fence of Memphis have given over the years. It is more than excellent (as noted by my five star rating). They are customer friendly (pets included) at its best. The office staff is always helpful & friendly. The rare occasions that it has been necessary to request a service call due to a disruption of service (let me state here that it has never been from faulty equipment but from external sources, e.g. a line severed by a lawnmower) they always work our emergency situation into their extremely busy schedule. I could go on & on lauding this company but I will say if anyone is shopping for a pet containment system you just cannot go wrong with Invisible Fence of Memphis.

Recently moved to a new home and the new owner nick came by and helped us with the planning of our new layout. We were able to get an upgrade to their new system that allows our dog geo more access to our yard. This product is a must have for anyone looking to be able to relax and know their dogs are contained and safe. They also got us set up with the indoor system to keep Geo out of our formal dining room. Will refer!

Wow! I have had an invisible fence for about a year now, no problems at all with the fence. However, recently the box outside of the house began beeping. I called the office and asked what that meant. I was told that it meant that I had a break in the line and I would need to schedule a service call. I agreed to schedule a service call at $89.00/hour plus any additional for materials needed to repair it. So, the sweet guy goes to my house and says that he simply unplugged it and plugged it back in because he found no breaks so it must have had a power surge. Amount due: $121.00. Huh? I called the office immediately asking why this was not suggested to me when I called. I certainly can unplug a plug and plug it back in myself had I known this was an option. And $121.00??? for what??? I regretfully agreed that I would pay the $89.00 for the service call since I DID schedule it and since the guy did drive all the way to my house; however what was the extra? Oh, that was the mileage fee. What? That is not included a service call? I was never told about a mileage fee? Simply disgusted right now. I am not in the invisible fence business, but those who are and have been for many years should offer the suggestion that perhaps you just need to unplug it and plug it back in. I paid $89 and explained that I would not be paying for a "mileage fee" when the service call was almost $100. Truly disappointed, and after I have referred so many people to their company. Sad.

Watch out for expensive service calls that don't solve the problem! Our fence was giving us an alarm. Had a service guy come 'fix' the problem and the fix didn't last 24 hours. Now I'm told I have to pay for another service call to fix it again! So if they don't fix it this time I get another call and another charge? When does it end? Just want my fence to work.

Invisible Fence of Memphis installed out fence in 2011, and we haven’t been disappointed! We have Anatolian Shepherds and 8 acres of fence. If a problem arises they get out to our location in a timely manner. It’s peace of mind, best money spent!!!!!
