We eat here weekly. The ladies and gents working there have been there a long time, and we appreciate them all . The food is delicious and consistent!!! I have tried everything on the menu, and EVERYTHING has been delicious. We take our family of 5 here andcome out cheaper than fast food ! Copper grill has a permanent weekly spot (sometimes two), haha ..

Really delicious food at a great value! Little known locals place. Don't pass this little place by. Not the biggest or fanciest place. Don't judge this book by its cover. The burgers are outta this world good. The fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks are also very delicious. I ordered the catfish and oh my how good it was. This will become a favorite little spot.

Has potential to be an amazing food stop. Bathrooms weren't very clean at all. We got there around 11:15am on a Sunday. Not a lot of seating at all. The most interaction we got from staff was to tell us to stand outside with the door closed while waiting in line so it doesn't get hot inside...😏 understandable since the heat index that day was 100+ but.... Maybe try suggesting the line wrap around the inside of the store so your customers don't fall out waiting on the 1 register that's open? Didn't even get a thank you from the cashier. So it really wouldn't have mattered how good the food was. It's not worth the cranky atmosphere in my opinion.Parking: Limited street parkingKid-friendliness: Family like atmosphere but not much room for high chairs when there's a crowd.

If you want food that doesn’t take long and is affordable, this is your spot. Everyone was nice and food tasted good. The bathrooms had a long line with only two single use bathrooms. Would definitely eat here again if I’m town. It was super busy and crowded but food came out fast and tables turned quickly. Porch area is about usable still if raining.

My mom and I visited The Copper Grill last month while riding the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. When the train emptied there was a sea of people rushing to different restaurants to try to have time to eat & shop before getting back on the train. We rushed down the street to The Copper Grill & patiently waited outside to go in & place our order. A waitress came out & made a loud & angry sounding announcement for everyone to keep the door to the restaurant closed while waiting so as not to let the cool air out & flies in (smart thinking but maybe could have said it nicer). Once I made it inside to order the cashier was very nice and answered all my questions while ordering. I sent my mom to scope us out a table since you must seat yourself. We ended up sitting outside since the entire restaurant was packed. During lunch I witnessed a waitress come outside and move a younger woman’s drink & car keys from an empty table and informed the young girl that she could not sit at an entire table by herself since they had a family with small children waiting inside to sit down. The young girl got upset and she left with the group of guys she was with (who had already finished eating at the table next to hers & were literally just taking up space at that point). I was both shocked and impressed by this waitress for making sure the family with children who actually ordered food already had a place to sit. The food came out FAST and was HOT and delicious. These hard working folks definitely know how to run a business during a lunch rush. We had the fried catfish with fries, coleslaw and fried onion petals. I would definitely stop by again if in the area.

We stopped in this little joint on a family getaway and had the best experience! The walk-up order counter introduces the restaurant’s friendly and family-centric, laid back atmosphere. Food was reasonably priced, and ordering/receiving our food was quick.Everything we ordered was awesome . . . only crumbs left. The bourbon burger was recommended to us, and it did not disappoint. My husband and I considered the Philly cheesesteak better than those we’ve ordered in Philadelphia! Their signature catfish nuggets were lightly fried and delicious (we were told they usually run out quickly). For gluten-sensitive diners, the chopped steak received an “A++” from my sister-in-law! Seasoned fries with homemade ranch rounded off the meals.This place is perfect for a quick stop and casual enough to visit after rafting or tubing in the Ocoee River!

This is WALK-UP service - not seated service. After waiting in line and viewing the listing of items on the menu board, we approached the order taker who was grouchy and rude. We asked what a 'Racheal' sandwich was and she pulled out a menu and just pointed at the description. Asked if an item came with coleslaw and she didn't know so she had to find someone to ask. The food was fine but the place was kind of dirty. Disappointed with the surly order taker and and having to serve ourselves so we won't be going back.

We were on a local rafting tour and our guide told us about Copper Grill. That is where all the guide crews go on Thursdays (after 4pm) because they run wing specials, bones for $.50/wing and bone-in for $.75/wing. I wasn't expecting much because sometimes restaurants serve the second rate wings when they run specials. Boy was I wrong! The wings were huge and fried to perfection. And the French fries were seasoned really well.Definitely recommend Copper Grill if you are just finishing up on the rapids and have a hearty appetite.

If you're looking for service with a smile when you walk in, this is not the place for you.The gruff and sour attitude of the woman working the cash register almost made us turn around, but we didn't want to have to search for another place.Food wasn't bad, we had chicken tenders and a burger, but it wasn't exceptionally great either.Overall, the whole experience was mediocre.

What a GREAT place! Pictured is what our family had. Burger, Philly Cheesesteak, and incredibly delicious catfish. Would also like to add, the potato salad is VERY unique and we would argue it's the best we have ever had. Kudos to all involved with this operation! We WILL return. 🙌

Ate lunch here while visiting from taking the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. The burgers and chicken sandwich were all SO good!!! Also loved the seasoned fries! On top of how delicious it was, it didn’t break the bank, came out quickly and service was excellent!I will say if you plan on eating here make it a priority to get off the train quickly and to the restaurant in a hurry! The line will form out the door and you won’t be able to get a table if you don’t move fast!! Enjoy!! It’s worth it!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available!! Typical kid fares: cheeseburger, corn dog, hot dog, etc! I did appreciate the option of yogurt over fries!
