A little disappointed as a traveling patron. We always stop here for food and coffee. Also as a restroom pit stop, but when they are open and the dining area/ restrooms are closed, it forces us to take our business elsewhere. My opinion is that if you're open for business, I shouldn't have to guess if you are fully staffed...end result is people stop counting on your business as a good place to stop and you eventually have no customers. Hardee's franchise is struggling as it is now why encourage your patrons to go somewhere else.

People are so quick to point out the negativeand rarely bring positive attention when they have experienced it. But that it what I am doing. I arrived at the Hardee's in Ducktown TN around 8:30ish. Even though closing is at 9:00, nobody ever really wants the stragglers coming in late (me included). John and David waited on me at the drive thru. They were super nice and friendly. They made sure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed. I have dealt with John several times and he has always been positive.This location used to be top notch. It was always clean and well stocked. Something happened....new owners, new manager, etc. and the place went down hill FAST. I stopped going for years for this reason. Recently, my situation required me to stop by and grab something on the way home. I waa quite skeptical at first but ended up pleasantly surprised with the service I received and the quality of the food.Kudos to whomever spearheaded these changes. It is almost like the "Hardee's of Old".Thank you,Lindsey McDonald

Great place to grab a bite before or after playing in the river.Always great service as well as hot food.Great location and the employee's there always move the line fast.Might be a little slower during breakfast time but that is because they are making your food fresh.Thank you!

One of the best Hardee's I've ate at! The staff is always fun, polite, kind and helpful. The order is always presented quickly, correctly and the quality us always on point! The staff makes sure the facility and grounds are clean and well maintained! Our Ducktown Hardee's is a local favorite!

Great food always comes out with fresh Greens on it no ends of tomatoes so the best part fresh fries no cold ones and I am sorry the shakes we know they are a treat so glad they are in ducktown best Hardee's around.

I have to give credit to this Hardee’s. I don’t expect much from a fast food place normally, and they have me beyond impressed. The burger is the most beautiful fast food burger I’ve ever seen, the fries are hot and fresh, and the service was so nice. Thank you Hardee’s for showing up any other location I’ve been to, and thank you to the people who work there for feeding me.

Decided to go to Hardee's since it was the closest thing to a pumpkin patch we visited in Copperhill TN. The girl who took our order was great, we got our food quickly. Unfortunately I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was obviously older than 30 mins at least since being cooked. I took it back to the counter and kindly indicated that this chicken was older and if I could get a fresh one. Within two minutes I was bright another sandwich, and yes this one was hot, but it was almost burnt completely, and if I had to guess was an older piece of chicken from the same batch as my original which was placed into the frier for a minute to reheat it, but unfortunately it being already dry it dries it out more and instead of golden brown, it was charred black. Would not recommend, or at least when not during peak hours because they won't prepare you fresh food.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available, also kids menu and toys.

Due to slow service on the inside of the restaurant, I have to give it 4 out of 5 stars. The breakfast sandwiches were unbelievable. In fact, they said to be the best biscuits I've ever eaten from Hardee's in my life. This is a lot about all the other locations I've ever gotten any Hardee's biscuit from. I tried to brand new Friday and double sausage biscuit, absolutely fantastic.Parking: Considering it's The only restaurant in ducktown Tennessee, it was packed beyond my wildest imagination.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to get in and out of the restaurant

This has to be the friendliest and happiest crew at any fast food place. The single Daves burger was delicious, no doubt because of the crew having such a positive attitude with customers! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Ordered 2 separate orders. Got to window, they rang as one, no one inside knew how to correct it, one from inside mosied outside to walk across the parking lot apparently for help. We told them to forget it. Then after sitting at window more than 10 minutes we were ask to pull forward, when asked what was taking so long, they said the onions. I ask if burgers would be warm. Pilled forward, waited more...food come out, chicken sandwich was so cool that the cheese wasn't even melted.However onion rings were fresh. They need to up their care and game.

Used the app to verify some allergy information, nobody knew about food allergies. 1 burger was dry, the other 3 were good. Not very friendly. I didn't know they were done with me until they just turned and walked away, no letting me know about the rest of the order or a thank you. And the bathroom was disgusting. So sad because I love Hardee's! And for some reason, they kept locking the doors, I saw 2 other groups of people trying to leave and not being able to because doors were locked at 530pm. I didn't understand why they would do that.

We just get frosties sometimes, how can you go wrong with frosties???!!! Delicious 😎 Also they've fixed their drive thru times tremendously since they've opened
