I'm switching where I go to shop for good. I have to do pickup orders because I have sensory problems and a fear of crowds. In one pickup order, I got an expired cheesecake. I still kept going because I assumed it was a minor mistake. Today I did a pickup order which included a bleach based shower cleaner. I got home and I opened the bag. There was bleach spilling out of the bottle and into the bag, and it covered the bottle itself. I cleaned off the bottle, but a few drops of bleach got on one of my favorite shirts.This is a chemical hazard. Someone could have easily gotten hurt. If they noticed that the bottle was leaking, they should have gotten another one. It's not that hard.

You have plenty of staff inside the building. When I walked in, there were no carts available. Weekend Supervisor needs to be supervised on something so simple as “Carts.” Oh & that trash can needs to be emptied out. Ridiculous.

My husband and I both used the vision center to get our glasses. The ladies who work in this department are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating to the customer's wants and needs.

This Walmart is okay, but I totally recommend the 5 minute drive to Allgood because that Walmart is WAAAAAY BETTER! I had a TERRIBLE experience with an employee in the toy section at the Walmart in Cookville and after that I will not be back!! He was belligerent, rude and beyond unfriendly! He used foul language that was directed AT ME IN FRONT OF THE CHILD I WAS WITH!! I am absolutely shocked that he is allowed to work there and to be in the toy section...disgusting!!

The store is dirty. The selection is poor. The prices are bad. You have to work as an unpaid employee of the Walmart corporation just to get out of the door. And to add insult to injury, they hound you to fill out a survey and rate them on Google. They need to decide whether they are going to serve the customer or whether the customer is there to serve Walmart. I know what their attitude is now.

Typical Walmart but I hate spending 200 plus in this store with no cashier!! And the watchers? Are not friendly always watching everyone like we're all a bunch of organized criminals trying to take what we're buying. I understand walmart is taking a hit from peoplesuch as these but their customer service is suffering because it appears that everyone is stealing until they actually put their money in the atomized teller. And that not even mentioning the secret shoppers following people around . I had a stalker once , and he didn't have jack on walmarts secret shopper. Wow!

Have been trying to call for three days to get tire prices. No department in this store answers the phone: not even the option for the stores operator. I will happily be taking my business elsewhere since no one at this location cares to work

Walmart employees were very pleasant and helpful. And they all spoke English which was nice because we live in Florida and everywhere we go everyone speaks Spanish, even the music is English in Tennessee. It's nice

This store is dirty, understocked, the prices on the shelves are not what they ring up for when you check out, and the staff is rude and that's even if they talk to you at all. Literally no one in this store ever has any sense of personal space and walk up on you and even bump you to get you to move. This whole town is awful and this store is the epitome of trashy stores. It's convenient sometimes......thats about it.

Unbeatable variety, especially the produce. The pickup center is amazing, has its own money center amongst the cashiers. Two self checkouts at each end and I’ve never seen a line there.

Walmart has almost everything you are looking for at a shopping center, just name it.They are constantly improving so if you didn't enjoy their service this time. You will get a better next time.The staff are also helpful and friendly.I only wish there was somewhere to hangout, sit inside or within its premises.

My family and I always shop here at this particular Walmart because they are the biggest store near us . They offer a bigger variety of all products. We can always get in and out when we are in a hurry.

Cookeville TN Walmart is the best. Always has new and different stuff than at home. Love to visit this store every year when we go to hidden hollow for the Christmas lights.

Watch out for the old fat lady who sits in a chair she checks receipts and she treats you like a criminal. We stopped there because of her. Now we go to Kroger or Walmart in Algood where you get treated like a customer instead of a criminal… Cookeville is going down hill

Too lazy and cheap to open their garden center doors ...Too cheap to add a self checkout on that end I guess ... they still heat it ... but you have to walk all the way around the store to access that merchandise..Ill just use Amazon from now on and not bother

When you have to wait 1-2 hours for propane is a little freaking ridiculous, workers standing everywhere but none could get us propane under an hour… I hate Walmart

Always have tons of hard to find stuff, convenient, not overly crowded. But the door checkers always want to look at my bag (must be the tattoos)? It's illegal to touch stuff I own after I bought it technically. If they wanted to see they should've checked me out themselves.

Employee moral needs some uplifting. Why are these employees always looking so miserable? Management needs to address this and do better. The cleanliness of the ladies bathroom is always bad. But that seems to be at all Walmarts tbh. They're are always well stocked. Things are easy to find and they always have a good selection of products. Now I will say that customer service in electronics has always been great, especially at this location.
