The hours listed on Google are incorrect. They are only closed on Sunday and Mondays they are open on Tuesdays. I normally find good bargains here although I think their furniture could be a little bit cheaper but overall a good second hand thrift store.

Horrible! We placed furniture out for inspection and they broke desk legs & scratched top. Then put to the side to get another pice of furniture to rough handle. WOW! Became belligerent when asked if they were taking desk they broke. Then they left. I have to wonder, is this the punishment for trying to do a good deed?

BUYER BEWARE! They will re-sale items you have paid for and put a sold sign on!!! Not sure if the manager who is doing this is pocketing the money or if the store is. I contacted Restore's Office and spoke with the woman that is the director, she was supposed to check into this, and call me back. 5 days later still nothing. These folks have a could care less attitude. Guess what, this is called theft and charges could be filed if I so desire. From what I understand, this is a frequent occurrence here, the re-selling of items paid for. Still may make a complaint with the State as this is a charitable organization.

In general, I am not a fan of this location. I purchased a bed frame there and was told it was a queen- they measured it. It was NOT. I got it home and put it together and measured it. It was a full size.I recently became very angry DURING a transaction. I was in the process of purchasing a few used doors. While on the phone telling my husband what I was buying, he told me I was buying there wrong size and the doors wouldn't work at all. I immediately told the person ringing me up that I got the wrong size and she told me, "no refunds, only store credit." So, during a transaction, I decided I didn't need what I was purchasing and nothing had left the store, but I was still not going to get my money back.That is absolutely absurd!!I don't even care the cause. The cause is the reason I go there to begin with. I can buy old stuff anywhere. I don't like getting ripped off when I'm trying to support a charity while also trying to get what I need.I will only got back to use my credit. I'm so aggravated that I will not even donate to this location.

Everything is set up so neatly. Love shopping here. Never know what you're going to find. Prices are still great. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff.The Cookeville Habitat for humanity, seems to do better than many in refurbishing donated goods.Prices are unreasonably reasonable!Large selection of home decor items.

I almost always find something interesting and often unusual at Habitat. I prefer buying used goods as a way of recycling. You never know what you might find out the staff are always friendly and helpful.
