Great dog wash and thanks for excellent customer service!- Dog wash was temporarily closed due to towel/shampoo supply deficit, but I had brought my own medicated shampoo and had my own towel so the staff allowed my to get my itchy pooch bathed!!Very happy customer! (And skin soothed pooch!)

I needed some information to contact a company regarding a guarantee. Jessica was the gal that helped me so much at the Cookeville store. She was patient, friendly, amazing and did not give up until I got the information I needed. I contacted Josh the boss and let him know how wonderful she is. We need more Jessica's. I am being generous with the 3. I called to see if they had propane. I was told yes. I asked what time they closed and was told 9pm. I arrived at about 8:35 and was told that they wasn't filling propane tank at this time , they shut it down to clean up at 8:30. That would have been good info when I called. Instead I had to go to a gas station and do a swap out for about double.

"Tractor Supply Co.", that's the name and yet only ONE half stocked isle for tractor parts. The rest of the store is fully stocked if you're looking for clearances on cheap Chinese tools or toys. What a joke!

Every time I come in I'm always welcomed warmly and kindly even on busy days. The staff are always working hard and helping when necessary. The managers here run a great store with amazing employees. The last time I came in the cashier up front, I believe her name was Brittany, was very kind and helped me find everything I was looking for while keeping up with her other duties. I am very impressed and always happy to come in.

I love it I can make one stop and get almost anything I need from socks to propane. Not to mention landscaping my yard and mowing it. Or plowing my garden and planting it. Plus feed for all my animals. Great place to shop!!!

Tractor supply is a great place to shop. I see they have Cub cadet riding lawn mowers and I need to buy one if I'm able to. I will have to finance if I can so I'll see if they will finance it for me. If so I will give them a top review. Right now I didn't give them a five-star because of an experience I had in the past buying a truck box it was not favorable. But overall they are a very good store.

I was at tractor supply in Cookeville Tn today 2/2/23 I really like the store and shop there a good little bit but this evening I took my propane tank to get it filled I got there 10 minutes before closing and even though it’s 32 degrees here they wouldn’t fill my tank said they didn’t want to unlock the gate ( that was locked with a padlock) they had enough time to fill my tank what happened to good employees taking care of customers.

Cheyenne went above and beyond to help my husband find a tire for our utility trailer. She even checked one to see if it would hold air since the rim was bent. She was so great!!!!

I love this store. Only place I can get my German Shepherds good dog food locally but if your not buying dog food, expect to pay 30 to 45 % more for items you can get so much cheaper at Walmart or Amazon. Tooooo expensive!!

This is where I get my dog food and other stuff. They used to be really fantastic. But now, you stand in line FOREVER. No cashiers and no one to help you in the store. So disappointed. It used to be great.I am actually thinking of going to Petco or somewhere else. I tried to get a BBQ tank filled and waited 45 minutes. So ridiculous.

The staff is very friendly and helpful all the time. Like everywhere else they do have a supply shortage but they are very nice about it unlike other places. Love going here for all my life out there needs like feed, gardening, tools and more! The manager is awesome and helpful

Great place to get lots of things for the home if you live in a more rural setting. I always get my cat's flea medicine here as well. They're usually pretty good to help you when you need it. Friendly workers for the most part and a clean store. I love going in here and finding things that I didn't even know I needed, lol!

I love Tractor Supply. They always have what I need and their employees are great. The only problem I have is there is only one "manned" checkout lane next to the self checkout lane. My husband and I stopped here the other day and the "manned" checkout lane had very long line. Only 2 or 3 people used the self checkout lane. I wish they would open another "manned" checkout lane. We like the personal touch.

I love this TSC store. They are always helpful and friendly. (It doesn't hurt matters that they love my dog and ask about him when he isn't with me.) Excellent customer service! Easy to maneuver inside and always in and out quickly.

The young men who loaded our tub really had NO idea how to load it. We had to stop at a bank hear by, thank goodness we stopped. The tub had scratched the paint below me split back window. I had a pillow to stop the scraping of the paint. We traveled 45 miles to get home..we didn't loose it,but it was interesting

After being a steady customer for over 2 years, Jesse, Rachel and Anna make it worth the extra mile every time. They've become like family helping to care for our animals and our farming vehicles. Love our TSC!UPDATE: Was always a great experience until recently when they put some little short smartmouthed Olivia named girl in the store. Really? Poor excuse for good customer service experience.

The store in general is very clean and has a lot of items . BUT we were in yesterday and wanted to buy a couple of things and one item took batteries and we wanted to make sure it worked before buying the product. When we asked to see if they had triple A batteries to check , the one lady in the back said go up front, so we went to the front register and asked. It felt like a inconvenience for the clerk to open or get 3 little batties(which can be for store use and write it off) to help out. We were looking to buy numerous items , but when we were treated like that , we just said we are out of here. We have been to other TSC in different areas AND NEVER been treated like that.

Decent selection as always, but didn't have quite what I needed, which is a rarity. The staff was helpful and the shelves were well stocked, so I'm sure if I wasn't looking for a specialty part, I'd be able to easily find it.
