We bought a couch here . The owner said it was made of a very expensive leather and would last us the rest of our lives. We've only had it a year and it's already torn on the underside of it, and very worn looking. It's just my husband and me, so not caused by kids mistreating it. I highly recommend you go somewhere else to get your furniture.

Absolutely love my new couch set. The Furniture place is my new favorite place to shop for Furniture. They have so many options and they are all great quality. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions. The delivery boys were very professional and did a great job.

My husband and I were looking for outdoor furniture. We stopped at Ashley in Cookeville TN to no avail. The sales lady recommended"The Furniture Place" and off we go. We were quite impressed with this place. The owner was quite an interesting person and very accommodating as well as other staff members. This was the only furniture store in Cookeville that a person aproched me and, asked if they could help me. I told him what I was looking for. My husband is tall, with neck problems and, needs to be pet friendly. He did not waist my time, he showed me what he had. Me and my husband came back the next day, the same man was very helpful, he gave us a good price on the furniture we need to fit our family. I will return to this store if I need anything else.Loved this store

If I could rate this place a zero I would! I am not sure if he was a employee or owner but me and my friend parked in his parking lot to go in and he immediately came out and started yelling at us, when we stepped out of the vehicle, to move our cars assuming that we were not coming in. I am sorry but there are other ways of handling this and he should have waited for us to come in to realize that we were customers. After this I will never come back!

Very nice people, gave me alot of info on the furniture I was looking at. They have good prices also . I love their bed room sets . I've been to a lot of furniture stores and theirs was better in price and quality, not to mention the service. Cant wait to get my new living room furniture delivered. They made sure I was happy with the furniture I was buying. Basically went over and beyond to make sure my experience buying in their store was the best. It was great! I highly recommend them for your next furniture needs.

Would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone! The owner worked with me to help me find a couch that would fit in my apartment, and they delivered it 10 minutes after I bought it. They had to disassemble it to fit it up my stairs and reassembled it for no extra cost. Everyone I worked with was extremely kind and helpful, and I never felt any pressure to buy anything. Definitely check this place out!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I have been shopping around for a while and visited several furniture stores in Cookeville. I went back to The Furniture Place 3 separate times and for good reason. They treated me with respect and curiosity. Unlike the other stores where I felt discriminated against. Ronnie and Karen were kind and sweet, esp. to my kids. They worked with our budget and offered options that would work for me. The entire experience was wonderful! Even the delivery guys were great! They helped me move my livingroom around where the furniture placement worked to my liking. Shop local and support your community and you will find the community will support you in return. Very friendly people, Ronnie and his Wife are the only people we will buy furniture from anymore. Delivery was within the hour. They had a huge selection to choose from and prices couldn’t be beat. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for inside or outside furniture

I love this place! We went a few places before I came across it online and It only took a second for us to realize that this is where we would be purchasing everything. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. You really just can't beat the kindness of these folks or their deals! We even had our wild boys with us and they didn't mind it a bit. Amazing place and I know where I'll go next time I need anything.

I stopped in their parking lot to answer an important text from my husband he is sick. I was on my way to Algood. The guy came out and yelled at me that I was blocking his parking. Plenty of spaces left. Very rude behavior for a business . I never see a car parked there. Drive by everytime I pick up groceries at Walmart or make a quick run to IGA. I am almost 70. He scared me to death. I would never go do business with someone like that.

Bought a new leather sofa and recliner. Was told that it was real leather. Had the set for 6 months and it is already tearing in large amounts. It is NOT leather! I paid for leather but did not get what I paid for. I will never go there again!

Very rude salesman. I offered a cash price $50 less than the price he quoted me. The reply I recieved was the salesman waving his hand at me, laughing, and walking away from the conversation. I would pay double somewhere else before I bought anything from this place.

Great store with wide selection. The furniture place that is located at 399 E. 12th street in Cookeville tn I would definitely recommend. I now have all new furniture through out my whole house thanks to the guys who run that store.
