Cashier was extremely rude and treated me like I was a moron when I the business phone number I’ve been using for 8 years didn’t come up in the system. Tried asking if she had typed it incorrectly and she said no it just doesn’t pull anything up. Gave her my personal number and worked just fine, she finished cashing me out and walked off without saying anything.

Staples has the worst customer service of any store I have been in so I always went to OfficeMax instead. Now that OfficeMax has closed, Staples is the only large office store in town. They don't hire enough employees and it's hard to find someone to help you. They also need to have someone working in the copying dept only, otherwise, good luck in getting someone to help you. OfficeMax was so much better because I could always get someone to help. Usually, someone would ask me if I needed help, and then would take me to what I was looking for. With OfficeMax closing, Staples is going to get a lot more foot traffic. They can do a LOT better.

A nice Staples. The UPS center is convenience, I only wish they were able to accept Amazon packages using the QR code. Just be sure to print your slip off and tape it on first if doing a return. Huge selection of office supplies available.

My fellow classmates and I needed to have posters printed for our huge senior research project. We literally need the poster to graduate. After placing our orders, we were all RUDELY informed that they suddenly couldn’t print our posters on blueprint because it was “too much ink.” This is interesting because we had other classmates get their posters on blueprint, but they also claim that the Staples employee was rude to them about printing the poster. Thankfully, Office Max came through for all of us and is able to print our posters. So all in all, Staples is extremely rude and fake and Office Max will reign forever.

Went in to this staples to grab some printer ink. Upon entering, I headed towards the "printer station" only to find that the ink was on the opposite end of the store. To make my walk a constructive one, I browsed their wares. Not realizing where the checkout was, I walked back to the checkout sign. By the time I was exiting the store a male employee was glaring at me as if I had done something inappropriate. Considering I looked for and purchased products, I can see what I did to offend him other than being brown in his white presence. DO BETTER staples. 0/10. Will not return and I recommend you not go here if you happen to be born a suspicious shade. 🤔

Went to have posters made. Stayed in parking lot for two hours until open. I was the only one there when store opened. Kathy in printing took name and number and made scans and never called back. At 3 pm still no call back. Made several attempts to contact store and each time promised a call back quickly with no such response.

I walk in to get 5 copies of a blueprint and the lady was extremely helpful knowing I was in a hurry …..Until ……. She asked if I wanted to be moved to the front of the line and get my stuff printed right away for $5 extra. I said I’ll wait if other people are ahead of me. So she decided to just sit down and make phone calls which she could of done while the copier was doing it’s job. Your $5 cost you today alone $175 and so much more in the future. Office Max put my print in the copier and when on to finish their online orders. If you have to over charge just do it upfront and take care of your customers. Very disappointed.

The worst, I went in today to local Crossville store to ship a package. The older gentlemen at printing area was working with someone. I waited for around 20 minutes and there where 4 other employees standing around not working with anyone else they would look at me but Never offered to help me. Did not even acknowledge me, so the gentleman at printing area finished with the customer in front of me and while I was still waiting another person came in. The older gentlemen at printing area came to wait on me with my business took my package and placed it on counter. Then he looked at me and said he needed to wait on the customer that came in after I did he ask me to wait a little longer. I waited another 10 minutes and took my package and left. It is so sad that out of 5 employees at this location that only 1 person could help with shipping a package. I know that shipping a package is not a money maker but being so disrespectful to a customer is showing poor management. I am a business owner myself have been in the retail sales business for over 23 years. The customer should be given due respect no matter what type of business transactions is taking place. It seems that customer service is not a importance anymore at this location.

Horrible customer service on returns. They would only give me $2 back on a $9 item with my receipt bc apparently some store somewhere had marked it down. I ended up just keeping the item and will now be a loyal office mart shopper from now on. What happened to actually taking care of the paying customer with their receipt.

After a wayyyy too long conversation with amazon customer support with help returning a defective item I decided to just go to staples and ask them for help on what to do (knowing I was unprepared and might not be able to process that return that night)The assistant manager, Jennefer was AMAZING. She was so kind and enthusiastically helpful to get my item returned on the spot. Within five minutes we had submitted my return, helped me print a label, and repackaged my item... as well as had a pleasant conversation while we did !So thankful for her patience, understanding, and knowledge! Epitome of customer service!

1. Their salesman told me of the features of one of their printers. I bought it, got it home and unpacked it, then saw that he was wrong. I then had to repack it and return it. He caused me 2 hours of work and trouble because he was reckless, as well as too lazy to spend 2 minutes to become familiar with his product.2. Their store hours are posted as being until 8pm. At 7:54pm I phoned them to see if they had a printer cartridge in stock. I then had to put up with a recording telling of their website services, which was a useless, intrusive waste of my time. Finally, another recording came on. It said they were closed--5 minutes early. They are lazy and inconsiderate--cheating their company in addition to inconveniencing customers. I will now order off Amazon.Conclusion: Bad Management. I would have given them only 1 star, but that rating is reserved for crooks.

I came in to print from an email, not receiving a confirmation from their email to print file. Asked the 3 staff members at the copy/print/ups desk. Still not able to print. Attempted several times and it did print a couple blank pages. At other locations if there is an issue, the staff has me send to their email and they print it out. God forbid anyone to come from behind the counter to assist a customer. I would’ve asked the other staff member but he was too busy standing out front smoking. Makes sense why the 4.0 rating and more businesses like this are closing their doors. Only a matter of time.

This place is awesome! Customer service is second to none! I want to thank Jennifer and Jered for their help. I am a disabled person and needed a package boxed and made ready to ship, I told them I needed help to get item out of my car as I am handicapped, without hesitation Jered and Jennifer went out and got it, carried it into the store, they packaged and labeled the item and said they would see that it was shipped. These two individuals are an asset to the Staples organization and should be recognized for their customer service. They are a fine example as to how customer service should be done! Thank you.

I’ve tried to order things here twice and I’ve never had the prints be on time. The staff is very nice and trying their best. This location needs an upgraded printing system. The best advice I can give is call and triple check your stuff is ready BEFORE you go pick it up.

Never had a business tell me they where to busy to help a customer.. need a package sent and a simple 3 page printing job. Guy working the ups counter had to try 3 time before he finally got the address correct. Lazy employee at the print center refused to even get up off his stool and talk to anyone at the counter. Just sat there and called for help. Left for office max. They where awesome. Never going to staples again!!!

I'm sorry I wasn't around to help. For a black and white copy on 28# is $.14 on 24# it's $.13. This is disclosed in the preceding screens before you print. It was 11 on a Saturday. There wasn't a sales associate to be seen except at the checkout. I had one paged. There was a bargain area. There were some bins with no prices on them and no prices on the individual items. When I mentioned this, the response was "Bring what you need to the checkout and we can get the price". I responded, " I don't need anything. If something appeals to me and the price is right, I'll buy it." I asked why there weren't prices on the bins. The response was because different items have different prices. But none of the items had prices on the! The response was "Bring what you need to the checkout and we can get the price". I felt like I was online and not making progress. I asked to see the manager. After five minutes waiting, I left.

This is the second time I've been in this Staples and both times were disappointing. The people at the shipping side of the store are not motivated they're almost outright hostile. I'm not sure where the problem comes from but attitude tends to reflect leadership.

I went in thinking that they would be able to ups my internet modem back to Xfinity but since they didnt have an account it was pretty impossible for me to figure it out but the guy behind the counter went above and beyond to help me out. I am a high strung person with massive anxiety but he kept me calm and collected and literally helped me step by step to get my equiment UPS back to Xfinity. Didnt catch his name but I will definitely be going back if I need help again. Great guy!!!

Only been to this store one time ever and was not pleased with the customer service. I needed to fax a few papers and asked for help. The associate pointed in the general direction of their copiers and fax machine and said there were instructions on the machine and offered no other help. My papers kept double feeding and when I asked for help another associate seemed annoyed to have to tell me that it was because my papers had a slight crease in them. If the original associate had helped me this wouldn't have been an issue. Furthermore, when going to pay the associate seemed like it was a nuisance to have to ring me up. That will be my last trip to Staples.

Was just here to fax some things and the guy working in that part was absolutely no help. I told him I was unsure how to use it, and kept telling me I had to dail 1 before the number. I even showed him the number I was suppose to dail and he said I still had to put a 1 in front of it. Did that several times and it did not will. Final I just left out that extra 1 and it worked.I stood there for at least 5 minutes or more trying to get this faxed with no help from this employee. He made me feel like I was an idiot and I will never return to this store to do any kind of business. The only pleasant thing that happen was the cashier who was very friendly.

Wanted to print something and 2 hours later I still have not left. This is crap like it shouldn't take 2 hours to print one thing. I know its a Sunday but still. Get more employees or more computers/printer. I finally received what I wanted printed and they printed it WRONG. This is one in happy customer that will never be back.

Very Impressed with Jennefer Willard and Jared. Two times now they have gone above & beyond to assist me and to make sure I was a VERY SATISFIED customer !! Back in the fall Jared drove all the way to Crossville to pick up 4 executive chairs for me (I hope he was reimbursed for the gas & time??) Then he and Jennefer assisted in getting those chairs DELIVERED to me in Cookeville.... without a delivery charge and to make me a VERY happy customer. Then this week Jennefer went out of her way to make things "right" for my purchase of another executive chair. She should be recognized for the OUTSTANDING customer service and great positive attitude she gives. It is truly a joy to know that she will always assist us with our business needs. I am a dedicated Staples fan as long as I know I can depend on the two of them. (Sure does make my life easier!)Thank You, Thank You!

Terrible customer service..on 2 seperate visits. On my last visit, I spent over $60. I came face to face with 4 employees. Was never spoken to. And that was my last visit. I will not go back to this location.
