They only vegetarian options are the world's saddest looking single slice of cheese pizza and salad. When asked about the spinach and cheese stromboli they just don't have it. Not really feeling dried out cheese pizza especially at what they charge. They do have spaghetti but I saw the meat sauce drip into the non meat sauce and I just couldn't. Still the place is clean and the workers wear proper PPE and hair covers which is a plus. Menu sign was not working which is a huge deterrent in today's economy.

Pretty pricey for what you are getting. They also said it was NY style pizza. I'm thinking two handed slices thick and with cheese, sauce, and toppings. Not so much.It is a convience store restaurant which really is probably the issue.I didn't stay

first visit to a Sbarro; the pizza is already cooked & in a viewing line & you buy by the slice $5 each or a combo with drink & side for $9, and other options too. They have wings as well. Pizza was good ours had a large soft crust edge. We got the bread stick side & it was the size of a hot dog bun. They run your pizza slice through a mini oven to re-heat before serving. I would eat there again.

Went in to get a Stromboli at this location at 5:51pm on Sunday November 27,2023 the girl working behind counter didn’t great us as customers , ask if they had any Stromboli’s she stated no and didn’t offer to make any. The pizza was dried up wasn’t wanting that . Only other thing they had was spaghetti which was definitely a no. So I had to end up at Hardee’s next to them to order and they were happy to take my 100.00 dollars I spent for my family.will not come to this location again.

I absolutely LOVE this pizza. It's exactly like New York, display and all! It may seem expensive to some, but one slice here is probably 2.5 anywhere else in Cookeville. I have never been disappointed & I order here often. 11/10 will be continuing to get my pizza here and probably not anywhere else!Borderline has me wanting to work in there because I love it so much 😂

Stood there for 15 minutes. The kid took the order of the people that came after me. Thankfully they pointed it out. Then they warmed up my two pathetic slices of pizza and they forget about it.Manager was to busy doing? Nothing. Everyone was bickering. And there closing at 4:30 on a Sunday? Not a good start.

I used to have to be in Nashville to enjoy my favorite pizza place. Now that Sbarro is in town I'll get to enjoy their massive xl slices on a regular basis

Stopped by today around 3:30pm. Drove in from Crossville. I tried to order a large cheese pizza and was told from the guys at the counter that no pizza cook was available. There was apparently a girl in the back but she was busy. The others were on vacation I was told. I would have to take a sorry looking slice instead. They looked like they have been sitting there all day. The place just opened about a week ago and although they were well staffed with at least 5 people that I saw, no one knew how to make a pizza. Interesting experience.

It was such a relief to see a Sbarro's return to the area after the one at TTU left years ago.The smells brought a deep nostalgia that was already tickling my taste buds and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. An example of that was apparently processes for a to-go stromboli had changed since the many years of separation between me and this granddaddy of Hot Pockets, as before you would get it in a pan and have a few scoops of sauce added. No surprise it majorly confused me when I was shown the freshly toasted stromboli in a paper sleeve and a small, sealed cup of sauce.I brought my concerns up to the staff this was not what I had expected, however I would take it as is since that is the process. The amazing woman behind the counter inquired what I had expected, listened diligently, and worked with my expectations by slicing the stromboli into pieces that could fit into one of their pasta/salad containers and coat it with that tongue teasing sauce! If that is not service, I don't know what is! Massive thank you to her and her crew as they were all absolutely, genuinely friendly people.
