Update: Putnam plumbing cares! They immediately reached out and made sure I got a receipt, which I mentioned below as being a small negative. Awesome business, please use them!Putnam Plumbing gave amazing service. They projected to be at my house on April 4th but were able to get here a day sooner which was highly appreciated. Pricing was reasonable. We do wish that we got some sort of receipt for our payment, other than that everything was great.

Kevin and Putnam Plumbing struck again with amazing work and service. This time we called to get on the schedule to have a new dishwasher installed. We were scheduled for Friday but they had a cancellation and called to see if they could get out job done today. Yes we could have paid Lowes to do it but we would not have received the service or attention to detail that we receive from Kevin and Putnam Plumbing. Not only was the dishwasher installed but Kevin found a problem with the drainage system that had not been installed properly. The drainage pipes that were used prior to Kevin's work were very, very, loose, installed improperly, and on the verge of coming apart thereby causing a flood in my kitchen. Kevin saw this problem, pointed it out to us and explained what was done incorrectly, then proceeded to fix the drainage problem thereby saving us a disaster and possibly a lot of money in floor and cabinet repairs. Kevin proceeded to run a test on the dishwasher, pick up all the trash from the installation, put everything back the way it was when he arrived (including a table I moved out of his way), and hauled off the old dishwasher. Amazing work! Love my new dishwasher! Great people, and my only choice for a plumber.
