They have wonderful service, very healthy looking pets with a nice selection, fish look very healthy, the tanks look well maintained. None if the animals look like they were in distress. They looked all well taking care of. They offer grooming and pet training. They offer outfits for your pets as well as holiday costumes. They gave handicap parking and they have curved side pick up, they have a pet cleanup station outside for little accidents, they have bathrooms with handicap accessibility, and they are also very clean bathrooms.

For today only I give them a rating of three stars. The inventory of fish was low.. Other supplies in the store were plentiful and so many more selections than the store near my home. Maybe next time I'll get lucky in the fish I'm looking for will be available. The staff was friendly and informative. Overall this was a pleasant shopping experience and I would recommend this store to anyone shopping for pets and pet supplies.

If you want to buy fish, this is not the place. We told the lady selling them. We wanted 2 fish, she began to ask us about our fish tank. After giving those details to her she would not sell us two fish( we fit in the parameters to buy 2 fish based on the details she was giving us). She would only sell us one. It took us calling the manager to the front to get two fish. This is craziest thing I have ever seen. I will not buy anything else from this store. Will drive 2 times the distance to spend my money else where. It’s not pet smarts job to tell me how many fish I can fit in my tank or how many fish I can buy. All I wanted is two fish I should be able to get two fish. China must own this pet smart, trying to tel us how many fish I can buy in American. lol No kidding though one of the most crazy experiences at a pet store ever. Don’t go here unless you want to call the manager and argue with employees to buy stuff from the store. If you read a few reviews down someone had the same experience I’m sure it was the same lady. Pet smart better get this problem fixed or they will become a aquarium instead of a fish store because their employee won’t sell anyone fish.

The two women who were working the front counter at closing on Sunday, April 21st were inattentive. This store was absolutely lacking in customer service. We had been waiting for at least 40 minutes until they decided to close the store. Wasn't allowed to purchase

went into petsmart to do a meet and greet with one of the cats there. Employee kacy did our meet and greet and was very rude. We called last night and spoke to manager about this and they stated it would be resolved. Looking at some of these other reviews, it seems like the same exact person. Hopefully they take care of this.

Loved associate helped the wife adopt a wonderful little cat and was super helpful throughout the process. They even give you a booklet with coupons to help you save on the needs for your new pet which I thought was amazing. Will definitely shop here for all his needs because of her.

I would probably leave negative stars if possible. I dealt with a young woman in the fish department who refused to sell me a fish for my tank. She stated the tank was too small meanwhile they had about 20 of the same fish living in a tank there smaller than the one I have at home. She was very rude and ending up in a yelling match with my husband and ultimately told my son he wasn't getting the fish and he started crying so we left. Horrible customer service this trip. Most of the other trips have been good.

I love coming here for the deals on their treats, I think they can be a little over priced but my dog is pampered and likes her blueberry and pumpkin spice greenies. They usually have a buy 2 get 1 50% of deal on their dental treats. They have a really cute selection of clothes too that are cheaper than petco.

We absolutely loved taking our Pembroke Welsh corgi to beginner and intermediate lessons at PetSmart. Victoria was a talented, knowledgeable, and friendly trainer. She was always happy to help with anything related to class or other behaviors. SHE WILL BE MISSED. GOOD LUCK. Her replacement has some big ole shoes to fill.Also they pricematch chewy!

Story is very organized, staff is extremely friendly. Had my dog groomed there by the nicest, most professional guy named Steve and I will be bringing him back again and again. You can tell he really cares about the animals he's taking care of.

Showed up to adopt a cat, tried to find an employee for 20 minutes then asked someone to come back there and help us so they sent someone but we sat there and waited for another 15 minutes for them to show up just when 2 girls walked up as well. Needless to say the employee showed up and helped the girls before us and they adopted the cat we were planning on getting. Very poor customer service, how do you not have a single employee on the floor. Honestly just pretty lazy individuals.

They have a large variety of pet supplies, which is nice, but their prices are extremely high now, so I didn't get the main thing I went there for.I needed a small pet carrier that wasn't cloth. I couldn't find one for less than $70! I will order one from Chewy instead.I bought 4 small cans & 4 tiny packets of cat food and a tube of $16 nutritional gel for my senior cat and it was over $40. It's just way too expensive there.It also makes me sad to see a bird in a glass cage living all alone. There is also a bunny being kept in a cage alone. They are living all by themselves. I really don't like to see that.

Prices are marked clearly. There are lots of pet items to choose from for my dog. Aquarium supplies are easy to find. Trying to find an employee to help is impossible. When you find someone they say "hold on let me find the person for this area." Or the less nice " this isn't my area, ( insert employee name) should be around here somewhere. There are other places in the area to buy supplies, I stop here because it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
