Dakota is so patient and gentle with Balboa. He is great at communication. I am always very comfortable and relaxed releasing Balboa to Dakota. The entire staff I have had contact with is always warm, welcoming and maintains eye contact when speaking and listening. That is super important to me.Thank you!!

I took my German shepherd in for grooming. A nice bath and her nails clipped. When I picked her up she smelled so good and her nails looked wonderful. I was very satisfied with the grooming department. They did an excellent job.

I got a dog and my poodle-owning mother said to get him groomed at Petco. They needed a rabies shot record but that’s all. They gave me a bag of treats and a report card that said Mordecai was a good boy. Definitely gave me what I wanted when I asked for a complete shave.

The girls enjoyed their spa day... Only issue we had was they hang the harness I had too close and the strap got chewed but, they set things right & gave me a whole new harness. Staff is always friendly too!

I have been bringing my dog here for 2 years for a shave and nail trimming. He is about 18 pounds, I have never been quoted more than 2 hours and that length of time was due to him getting a break halfway through for his anxiety. I was perfectly happy with my services until today.I had a scheduled appointment at 10 am, when I went to drop off my dog (on time), the staff member (Bella H from my confirmation email) stated that she had another dog in front of him that would take "at least an hour and a half" and therefore my dog wouldn't be ready until 12:30 "at the earliest."They definitely have his anxiety documented as it's been mentioned in the past, and she intended to stick him in a kennel for nearly 2 hours before even touching him, not to mention the break he normally gets. How can you justify a 2 hour wait after a SCHEDULED appointment before beginning? You can't, there is no excuse - if you were short staffed you should have reached out before the appointment time. My husband informed her we would need to reschedule as I wouldn't be available to pick him up that late, and she proceeded to give him attitude saying we should plan for "at least 3 hours."We will not be back after this, and I always tipped 20-30% - great job losing business Bella. I hope next time you have a scheduled appointment they make you sit in a smelly lobby for 2 hours.

They were very kind and did and amazing job on my dog. She was matted and dirty from digging in the dirt and when she was finished at the groomers she looked wonderful. I could not recommend these groomers enough!

We had a wonderful experience at Petco grooming! Amber S. Was so friendly and did exactly what we asked! Nova G was well taken care of and we will definitely be back! Nova loved her experience so much she gave Amber a kiss before we left! I felt a little uneasy about sending her to a new groomer, but I know it was a good experience based on how Nova acted when we picked her up!

My 1.5 year old half cocker spaniel, half mini Aussie, is very timid and wary of strangers. And his breed requires a specific cut. I’ve been to other groomers in the area and PetCo gave my dog not only the best cut and bath he’s had, but also provided such a calming and reassuring experience for both him and me. The groomer met with me when I arrived and we discussed what he needed, and she was immediately sensitive to his timid nature and assured me that they would go easy with him and stop if he got too overwhelmed. The appointment only took an hour which shocked me (considering it was a Saturday afternoon) and when I came to pick him back up, he was all ready to go. Best value (significantly less $ than competition) and best experience I’ve had with my dog. I will be using PetCo anytime he needs a trim!

My dog has always had difficulty with nail trims. She HATES them! Amber cut her nails and my dog was quiet and composed during the whole 10 minutes! Amber is da bomb!

I took my dog there for a nail trimming and buffing service and Michelle did an amazing job. Her nails are so much better now, she was very sweet, patient, and compassionate and I will definitely be going back next time she needs her nails done.

My Bella and I love Michelle. She is so great with Bella as far as bathing, showing affection and when Bella needs it she will do extra. Like when Bella was having skin issues, Michelle recommended a shampoo that y'all sell and she used it while it was needed. Everyone in the grooming are great. I have gone from petco grooming in Lebanon Tn. To Cookeville Tn because the groomers have all been fantastic.

I have an issue with being told one thing and getting another. I made an appointment with them over the phone. Told them that I have a dog badly matted. They said they would take care of her. I drove over 30 minutes to be told that they wont do it with the matted fur. I know this pet has matted fur. I know it needs done more often. I'm disabled and can't always make it to the groomer and for anyone that says don't get them if you can't take care of them, this happened after I took her in. She is in perfect health the only issue is her fur. You would think if a groomer said that they can take her, that they would do just that. I WILL NOT be back to Petco for ANY pet grooming or pet supplies. I will go elsewhere

Amber - this is hard to believe - remembered Roxie when we walked in. With all the dogs she sees every day, and she remembers one dog who comes in for a nail trim - its wonderful! And she does such a good job!

Good to feel your pet is being cared for while being groomed. My little dog has not liked being droomed, but they said she did fine and she didn't seem stressed when picked up from your store.

We had used another groomer in town and was not satisfied with thier service or thier prices. Decided to try Petco and we are very satisfied with everything. They did an excellent job on the grooming and the price of thier services were alot more reasonable. Gave us some advice on a better food for our dog. We will be coming back. Very clean facilities. Very friendly and informative. Good job Amber.
