I never have a bad experience at this Kroger. I shop here more than any other store. I try to pick out a sad plant that is on clearance and get him better. Doesn't always work but it is a few dollars to try to be sweet. I'm silly. This guy whom I've yet to name was $2 and only had four dry leaves. He's doing great!

Went there to grab a quick lunch. We got chicken tenders they were so gross. They looked fine in the case but one bit and I was done. Tasted like they boiled in a then micro waved. And very bland. The prices are only posted for meals nothing else. Plus sitting there for 5 mins with nobody noticing we were there. 5 chicken tenders for $9 at that quality no thank you.

I mean it's a Kroger today is Valentine's Day so it's incredibly packed at the florist section I think spending $55 on flowers for anyone for Valentine's Day is ridiculous. However I support the happiness of anybody. You do you. Otherwise this is just a normal Kroger. The parking here sucks everybody knows that. Overall four stars.

This grocery chain has the worst website ever. It is ridiculous and when I use the auto location it has me in zipcode 60606. Problem is I’m in Cookeville so it only shows me products it can ship and there’s not even a Kroger in that area.Oh and Also I don’t want to get your stupid app. I don’t want to start getting a barrage of spam emails and robo calls because you sold my name. You can shove those digital deals right up your corporate 🍑 and stick your worthless IT department in there too.

i bought three different yogurts in the span of 2 days and they were all rotten. two didn’t expire till november, yet looked just like chunky milk. like it was as think as cheese and would break off…that’s not yogurt. i brought one to their customer service counter and the lady said it looked and smelled fine…it literally looked like a block of wet cheese and smelled horrific. i had to buy another from a different store just to compare it. i think there’s a issue in production or in kroger that’s rotting them.

Typically have everything a grocery store could need, they also have a fresh produce,deli and bakery that's never disappointing. The best way to shop here is with coupons as it is a little more pricey but you pay for quality over quantity.

I had a rude cashier tonight. I rarely shop at Kroger, but I did so tonight for gift cards. My cashier’s name was Kim. I was purchasing an airline gift card for a reasonable amount, to which she responded “what will this get you, luggage?” Which was incredibly rude. Because I was loading it for the amount I could afford.

Moved here from Birmingham AL where we only had Kroger delivery from a warehouse available. So it’s nice going into an actual Kroger grocery store. It’s so big and clean. The prices are decent. I like the fact that I can use the points I accumulated from delivery towards an actual Kroger gas station. I like the fact it’s so close to where I live.

Absolutely Amazing! ✨ They have a sushi bar and a deli. Both sell fresh and delicious food! There prices are never to expensive, even if the products look or taste like they would be expensive. 💗They also sell cleaning supplies, summer supplies, animal food, LOTS of stuffed animals, wine & beer, hygiene products, and SO MUCH MORE! ⭐

Cookeville store has the worst produce. Bought strawberries yesterday, today about 5 bites not rotten out of two cartons!! Happens with all produce. Fancy lighting makes it look good!!! Also pickup service gets my order wrong, and order app is very hard to use. Not a lot of reasons to keep going there.

Kroger has historically been my favorite grocery store however that is changing rapidly. They no longer have adequate cashiers or baggers during busy times and when doing major shopping I don’t want to do self checkout nor does the self checkout area accommodate large orders. In addition, the Crossville TN store must believe in only hiring rude associates. I will no longer shop at this location and have changed to Food Coty which has better selection, more cashiers, and seemingly happier employees.

Good selection and prices but mostly I LOVE KROGERS FLORAL DEPT.!!!!! They have the best selection in town as far as I'm concerned,with a ton of different crazy new flowers and in case you haven't heard,they Also have quite a big choice of beautiful flowers on clearance every day , like mixed bouquets,and dozen rose bouquets priced anywhere between .99 cents to 14.99.mostly roses are like 3.99-599 a dz.and evey day roses generally between$ 7-12$ a dz.CHECK EM OUT !

The absolute WORST grocery store in Cookeville and maybe the whole state! The employees are very nice, but the aisles are always crowded, the floor looks unclean, there is ALWAYS an odor of seafood at the meat/seafood counter and the smell of bleach which does not cover up the unpleasant odor and the parking is just a nightmare., The oranges frequently have a rotten one in the bag and the lettuce doesn't keep well.

Kroger is my go to grocery store. The sales are phenomenal and boars Hess meat is the way to go! The people in the deli are always a little uptight ans bothered by having to assist customer's but aside from that I have no complaints.

Robert in seafood was very helpful and respectful. I showed up before he was fully set up, and he took the time to write down everything I needed in order to go to produce to get all the necessary things to complete my order. It is hard to find good help, and I hope Kroger understands the treasure the have in this position. The fish was fantastic, BTW.

Done with Kroger........watch your bill on pick ups!!!I have been using kroger pick up and delivering since I moved here last year. I began to notice they were charging me for items not received. The final time I ordered $200 worth of groceries. Their app fell short and omitted about 10 items. They still charged me for the full amount. They were going to let me pick up the missed items then called me back and said they could not and to call corporate. I have tried to call corporate regarding this issue and other over charges. They keep disconnecting me.DONE! Horrible customer service locally and at their corporate office!!!
