I like the new set up they've got there now for cashiers. No more heading all the way to the back just to make an Amazon Return. Plus, it gives them more space to put out more clothes, knickknacks, and jewelry for us to peruse through! Way to go Kohls!!

Struggling with box to return to Amazon and using Walker. Two women at counter and no other customers. No offer to assist me and immediately turned away as though didn't see me. I stood at counter waiting, with their backs to me, in a conversation. Finally, one turned and acted surprised to see me. Return simple, was going to shop, but decided against it, after their rudeness! The store was spotless, very pretty but ruined by their, "could care less" attitude. Don't think I'll return. What a disappointment!

Do NOT use this kohl’s location for Amazon returns.I have dropped off several Amazon returns, received “confirmation”, however then get recharged by Amazon who informs me the service I used to return (khols) isn’t properly returning the items. User beware.

Employees efficient and store well stocked. Didn’t not get to use our 30% off coupon because everything was excluded. Never been a problem before. Very disappointing and felt deceived. Do not like this new policy. We are not local so we don’t get to shop in person very often. Seems like everything in the store is now excluded.

I love going to Kohl's. The vary of items and prices are very reasonable. Very clean store and the cashiers and others are so helpful and polite. Will go back over and over. Love this store.

Went in for one thing for my husband ... and left with many. My husband found the men's clearance racks and made out like a bandit. He's happy; I'm happy.The only issues were:-Trying to find someone to price check something he'd found on the clearance rack that I felt a customer had just stuck there (I was correct, but he liked it, and we bought it).-Clearance was supposed to be 50%off the last marked price ... but it didn't ring up that way. Had to really watch the prices as things were scanned. Also, it takes a manager to change the price to that 50% off ... on every item, one-at-a-time. Don't be in a hurry if you're buying off those racks.

Didn't have any variety of shoes like they used to. The prices are getting more expensive than they already were. These big box stores made a killing in the past 3 years and have the nerve to keep raising their prices. This practice will never stop unless we the customer stop buying and buying.Totally insane

Today, a friend and I went to the Kohls store in Cookeville,TN. After I completed my shopping and had checked out, I sat in one of the chairs near the exit to wait for my friend to finish her shopping. The cashier closest to where I was seated wore a name tag that identified her as “Debbie.”During the thirty minutes or so that I sat there, I observed and listened as Debbie checked out a steady line of customers. It was the most professional, efficient, kind and pleasant customer service I have ever witnessed. When an elderly lady had to hunt through everything in her handbag in an unsuccessful (and painfully SLOW) effort to locate her Kohl's card, Debbie very kindly told the lady, “it’s ok and advised her of another way they could charge the transaction to the customers Kohl’s card and walked the customer through the procedure with the patience of Job! Each and every customer that came through Debbie’s line was greeted in a kind, courteous and friendly manner. When an elderly gentleman pushing an elderly female in a wheel chair finished their check out transaction, Debbie said to them, “Let me get the door for you”. I was so impressed with this employee and as I sat there watching her perform her job, I thought to myself, “I wonder if Kohl’s knows what a valuable employee they have in this lady” ? She is the epitome of excellent customer service and it is my pleasure to give kudos to her!

The biggest issue with this Kohl's is that the check out attendant will not mention Kohl's cash or coupons active in your account. Most other Kohl's will let you know what is available for credit card holders but the associates at this store seem to either not know the system, not know how to check, or are instructed to not encourage use. This has been an issue multiple times with different associates over a year span.I think for this particular store it would be more beneficial for the customer to shop online with store coupons and schedule pick up. However I was told that the pick up fulfillment could take anywhere from 3 hours to 3 days for customer service.The store is clean and the staff are friendly enough. My only suggestion would be to be prepared to closely watch your transactions or again to shop online and pick up in store.

As with most Kohl stores, I walked in with Kohl's cash in hand and knew what I wanted & even asked for assistance! This same exact thing happens to me in Pa! They advertise and then never carry my size. I am not that difficult, really!! I was then suggested to try ordering online. I feel that I waste my time going to these Kohl's stores. What a disappointment. 👎

I like that I can find good quality items for the whole family and that I can save so much money. They are becoming a bit overwhelming though with carts in the aisles full of items. Hard to maneuver around sometimes. It's not quite as pleasant to go into the store and shop as it once was.

Not so kids friendly I like kohls but today one of the persons at front was rude to my kids ...I think her name its barb or Barbara I couldn't see her tag good she was holding it all the time, my kids are 10 and 11 we were waiting in like to pay, and my kids were touching the chains that separate the lines, and she comes and yelled" No No No" so my kids move and then she make a sound to that like she was mad... and grab the chains really hard and fixed them it was not that bad adult move that to cross over sometime, I think it's a way to talk to kids and that was not a way I work in a restaurant I know about customers service and that was not the way to tell them... it was more kids around and I didn't see her talking to them like this ... my kids got in trouble for touching thing they're no supposed to but it was no way for her to talk to them like that... I don't know if she is the manager or not... I But it seems she was the one .... I don't know... I was really mad for her reaction I dint said anything.... I didn't want to be rude ...

As with most Kohl's stores I have shopped at from CA, New Mexico and now TN. The product selection is pretty good. The customer service is always good except for at this location. It wasn't bad but not like other locations I have shopped at.

Kohl's is fine for mid-tier clothing. Can have some really good deals. The employees at this specific Kohls are friendly and helpful.
