This is the worst Dollar Tree I have ever been to. It’s clean but empty. I went in there for some things that would be found there but walked out with basically nothing.If you’re looking for index cards, they’re not there. If you want safety pins, they’re not there. If you need masking tape, better go somewhere else. I was astonished that most of their shelves were empty. But if you want merchandise that is $5 or less you can find all kinds of things in 1 full aisle.

Quick and easy to pick up a few items. Store not to busy but the parking lot is chaos getting around. Overall a nice store. Would return.

This location has had stock issues for a while. Shelves are looking kind of bare. The staff is always nice and it's a little hard to get in and out of due to parking.

Get a lot of stuff a lot less than other stores & retail shops. From groceries, toiletries, decor, party supplies, crafts, office supplies to cooking utensils, cards & everything in between.

I always love coming here. Not to happy with the selection of toys and party supplies they used to have a selection before they went to dollar tree plus. Went looking for stocking stuffers and came up pretty empty handed. They did get some selection and variety in their crafting part of the store where we can but yarn, needles and hooks as well as a variety of wood and other things to paint

I just love their New Format! It's like Hobby Lobby and Dollar Tree got together! Great crafts for kids at reasonable prices, bigger quantities on some favorite products, and lots of old favorites combined under one roof!! Terrific for those on tight budgets &/or college ones!!

Great service! I needed tablecloths and their shelves were bare because of... you guessed it! Shipping delays. There was an employee who went to the back to dig some out for me from a shipment they had just received. There are some big box stores who could learn a thing or two about customer service from Dollar Tree. I've experienced this kind of service in other stores as well.

I like this store. It's convenient and has tons of items. So many different things that you can pick up here for just a dollar. Be careful because not all things are a good deal just because they're a dollar. I get books, party supplies, auto supplies, kitchen supplies, cleaning items, small toys to use as cake toppers occasionally and seasonal items. You never know what they're going to have seasonally, so that's always fun to find out too! Employees are generally friendly and helpful, and the store is well organized and clean.

Watched an employee chase a paying customer off the sidewalk in front of the store today. He wasn’t near the door or anything, he’d just walked out of the store, stood there in the shade and reached into his bag for something to eat. Because he was carrying a backpack (homeless, she assumed) he was told to leave the property after just spending his money there. Not only was her behavior inappropriate, it was rude and disrespectful.

I like this place. They carry painting supplies, stuff for cleaning your car, loads of socks in all sizes, cleaning supplies, great laundry section-perfect for three to four loads or more(college students). I like going there. Each time I go I discover something new. I love their creating cards, too!

Great place for great deals. A southern tradition for getting things actually worth a dollar. I recommend for any birthday or celebratory occasion.This location in particular is very clean and well stocked. The staff is extremely helpful and polite, they always make you feel welcome.Good job to all of them.

Long wait to check out. Only one cashier on duty. Poor management of personel. Assistant manager on duty did not step up and help the single cashier but instead just complained about lack of employees rather than step up and help cashier. Customers helped cashier by bagging their own purchases. Management needs ATTENTION.

Absolutely love this place. I normally go to the one in algood and I drive from Baxter but I went to the one in Cookeville last time August 2022 and actually found more stuff there then I did at the one in algood.. so please do go check this one out if you haven't in awhile..

Honestly one of the worst dollar trees in the area! Employees are friendly but the store is ALWAYS a mess and hardly never stocked to well. There are Always lines and a long wait bc of only one cash cashier open while, like today another just standing there. It's very frustrating. I will be going to Algood for now on. I would say, this store needs A NEW MANAGER!

Love to shop at the Dollar Tree GREAT buys, but never once have I been in there that you could check out without waiting in a LONG line. Honestly the time I was in the store took longer to check out than to do my up every isle to quickly check out if anything new had come in. They really need to think about the customer on lunch break or mom's on a tight schedule just before pickimg kids up from school or ones like my self run in for a couple items don't want to stand on line for 20 or more mins... Just my opinion.... 😶

They don't stock as good as the other dollar trees. Algood has 1/4 the population and their store has so much more.

The service was okay. We got what we wanted except for one thing that was sold out, but whatever. It wasn't the end of the world. My complaint is about the woman there. She could have been the manager, but I'm not positive. She didn't check us out or anything, but you knew she was there. You could hear her talking to other employees clearly. Oh she talked about getting her mugshot taken and things like that. I don't think Dollar Tree wants their customers to know that one of their employees, possibly a manager, has a mugshot somewhere. I'm not saying their service is bad, but I would watch out for her.

The increase in prices have been a bit of an inconvenience, there are many times the store isn't well stocked but on the bright side they finally have two self checkout registers.

How do you find out who the district manager is of this store. Apparently, a lady in upper management needs more training in how to treat employees.I can't believe this so called assistant manager is even a manager. This so called "manager" does NOT represent dollar tree very well at all. I have emailed dollar tree, left a message on the 1-800 number. I will not let this situation go. Someone needs to be a voice for the little girl that she humiliated and cussed in front of customers and staff.

They're definitely having issues. It looks like the store has been hit by a stampede of people going to a 95% off sale. Complete wreck. The one staff member I saw was friendly that's something.
