Took our Australian Shepherd today. She had never been professionally groomed, and she was a hot mess! The staff was so sweet and did an incredible job. They also took time to answer questions about some of their products and provided excellent service. We will definitely be going back!

The ppl here are sooooooooooooo incredibly kind and willing to help! They offer such a pure variety of food for dogs vs the box stores. My pit terrier has so many allergies and they've helped so much trying to find the best food for her. Their goat milk is like a drug for my puppy, lol! It's gone as soon as I put down her food bowl (I mix the two).

Argumentative and condescending over the phone when I called for a quote; told me they'd have to see the dog first and wouldn't even give me a ballpark figure. Who wants to take a dog all the way over there only to find out it's too much?They also implied that I was a bad owner because I stated she had some matting, stating "usually those dogs are kept up"i (my gog is a mixed breed, not some show dog).The impression I was given was that they didn't want my business and that you should probably have a good amount of money to bring your dog there.

I had my Charlie in less month ago his hair wasn't like long and was change $110 this be last time I be back his hair last month was over three months since he had hair cut and it was $95 dollars

I took my 13-year-old 60 pound mixed dog to get a nail trim and they were awesome! The staff were so friendly and nice. The store is very clean and has lots of cute things. It only cost $11 to get her nails trimmed and they got my dog right in! Would highly recommend!

Cumberland Pet Essentials is an amazing business. They do such a wonderful job grooming my dog. They stay busy, but are always willing to try to accommodate my schedule. I tried 2 other grooming businesses before trying Cumberland Pet Essentials and they do not come close to giving the service and quality for my money.

best place in town for grooming. the staff is beyond kind, and the business as a whole gives off a personal/home-like feel.for christmas 2021 year my dog was gifted a variety (products & treats) goodie bag, and 2022 a little personalized ornament after her baths. this was so thoughtful, it said her name and her little fur was inside a tiny clear ball with glitter. the staff often asks if i’d like my dog to be taken to the potty before getting in our car.they have the cutest collars/leashes, bakery-style treats behind a clear display, pet odor eliminator candles, adorable magnets, etc.additionally, the prices are much better than other pet stores i’ve been to. highly recommend!

They fit us in when my old groomer's business moved an hour away, and hired a very rude female who is clearly not a people person! Loved Cynthia at Southern Paws to death, but there is no love lost on her new worker for finding a new groomer! Cumberland Pet charges a little more, but you get a show quality cut. Kudos for being flexible and friendly, unlike the witch working with Cynthia!

The best Place in town to have your fur baby loved and groomed. Extremely knowledgeable staff who are always learning the best ways to care for your furry family members. Always has the best food for your pet, and does an outstanding job each and every time. They cater to all Sizes of dogs and can even help you with your little felines. Always showing dogs at contests and always looking out for the customer. You always get what you pay for, and here you pay for excellence!

You cannot take your pets to a better groomer! I have 3 large dogs and last week, though it felt like I was taking my circus to town, Karen and her entire staff treat my babies like their own! They are beautifully cleaned, trimmed and pampered during their “spa” day. We have been going to Cumberland Pet Grooming over 2 years and I will not be changing! They do not disappoint. Carol G

They did an excellent job on my two cocker spaniels! This is by far one of the best if not the best groomer we’ve been to. (We drive otr and have been to many groomers) I also groomed for about 2 years. I’m glad we have a great place to take our dogs when we are home. We will definitely be back!

I've been taking my girls here for a couple years now and I won't take them anywhere else. They know exactly how to cut my baby's hair and they're always friendly. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Looked at the website and it looked awesome! However this is not the place to go if you own a large dog. The owner/ main dog groomer used to work with teeny tiny little rat show dogs and is good with working with little dogs. However there is nothing for dogs over 20 lbs in the shop/ boutique. My 81 lbs Labrador Retriever got the "full" package that includes the de-shedding ($10 extra) however he is still shedding significantly. I understand more that ANYONE how much hair this dog sheds, however I think I'll stick to taking my dog to a self service dog washing station the next time. This place is good for little dogs, but not for big dogs.

I called for pricing for a nail trim and bath for my dog. She told me it would depend on how long it took and how well behaved my dog was. Somewhere between $60-$90.
