This is a great place to stock up on snack foods. Name brands, too. Got a 2-pack family size box of Lucky Charms for $5. Most other cereals run about $2.80 a box here. Great deals on PopTarts, snack bars and bagged chips. Really good selection of chocolate and candy also. Was surprised to see these throwback candies still available to kids.

Big Lots was very bare. I've been here many times in the past and to find it looking so "empty" was unusual. It makes me wonder if they plan on going out of business. Many items were on clearance and some items were left open of shelves, spilled, or broken. It makes me wonder what's going on. 🤷‍♀️

Big lots is a really interesting store. I like to mingle and see what catches my eye. There is a lot of furniture, snacks, electronic wires and Halloween stuff to decorate your yard.

I have failed to visit our Cookeville Tennessee store for several years. My loss completely. The store has been remodeled since I went last. I was overjoyed to go into a clean, spacious and pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of room to shop around without hitting items haphazardly. Such a great selection. Very reasonably priced. Any type of home products or decor you might want can be found easily.The sales attendant was so very helpful and thorough. Made sure I had the best shopping experience. Thank you Big Lots. Will be back very soon.

First time in Big Lots in years. I was surprised to see they've revamped the entire store; it's looks like a brand new place. While they appear to have less stock than before, it's definitely a cleaner, brighter and fresher look. Plus it's easier to navigate through the store. There was a decent selection of some very nice looking furniture.

I am disappointed that they have scaled down their electronics area and replaced it with furniture! Apparently, furniture is selling better than USB thumb drives. There was not a whole lot to choose from in the area of school supplies. The cashier up front, upon entering the store, was very friendly.

Always a good bargain here. Nice furniture section inside, which you don't find at many of the Big Lots stores. Couches, sectionals, loungers and more. Good prices, selection varies, and they do offer delivery, but depend on a contractor that has a set schedule. Staff has always been friendly.

We went into the store which is located 44 miles from my home to pick up a few items. We arrived at 4:10p.m.. long story, shortened, went to the check out because an employee told us there site was closing. Well, our few items turned out to be $386.98 and two shopping carts full of merchandise. Thank You for making necessary household items affordable, we arrived back home at 10:40p.m. and we're pleasantly surprised to unload ALL the merchandise we chose to purchase. The employees were very helpful and they went out of their way to find any items we requested, I guess that's why we were happy to spend our hard earned money here. This store has more than earned my Five Star (*****) rating for customer service, overall cleanliness, and helpfulness with a genuine smile. Thank You Very Much!!!

This location was fine. They need more folks to check out. But that's usually the case at big lots. Selection is as robust as some locations. I went and looking for some fleece blankets and struggled. Price is also seemed just a little high for somewhere like a big lots. But overall the store was clean and stocked.

The store is improving so much. Well organized and very clean. Items on shelves organized and prices clearly displayed. Only down side was not enough employees were working the day I was there. Need to make sure there are enough staff on hand to attend to the customer. I cashier and one in the furniture. Poor guy there was working very hard to help load trucks while customers were needing his help in the store. He was still very polite and kept apologizing to the 3 people waiting food him. He handled if like a champ.

Will never get anything from big lots again. Bought a couch, it was in storage. It just went over the 30 day return. They wouldn't budge. We waisted GAS for nothing. Bad customer service. Done with big lots. I give them a no star...

First time in here since they remodeled. Have to say it is a big improvement. The store looks a lot fresher & cleaner. They have expanded their furniture selection. They have also added a refrigerated section along the back wall. Will have to relearn the layout, totally changed.

This place seems to be hit or miss lately. Sometimes I walk in and want to buy everything in the store, other times I walk in and have to remember where I am because it doesn't seem like it's Big Lots!

Came in about 2-3 weeks ago and waited around 2 hours to be helped by an employee once I decided what I needed. Then once I paid (a good amount of money) they told me it would be no more than a week for it to all be ready. I'm on week 3, and have called to check on it multiple times only to be shooed away by various employees saying, "the truck should be here Saturday". I call on Saturday and get, "the truck should be here Monday." So I call on Monday and of course they said, "the truck will be here on Wednesday." Here it is Wednesday of week 3 and still getting the runaround. Apparently now the truck will be there Friday. Needless to say it's very unprofessional the way the employees just spit out a random day to tell you, just to get you to go away. The employees were so incredibly rude to me when I came to check in person as well. Will never set foot in this big lots again after I receive what I paid for. (if I ever do!)

First time we have been in since the remodel. I like that everything isn't all cramed together. The isles are great, but it was hard to find stuff. Other than that it's great place to shop.
