While today marked the biggest snowstorm in recent memory, it really wasn't all that bad. I mean, unless you're a WalMart employee. This is prime time to call out, apparently. The store quite literally was only half-open, complete with caution tape effectively dividing the store in half...of course what I came for (rock salt) is on the closed side.What would've made sense is to bring all the hot items down to the front of the store. Things like rock salt, shovels, lock deicer, antifreeze, gloves, hats, etc., but nah. That would make too much sense. To be fair, they usually do a pretty good job over here, so I'll only dock them 1 star.

Love seeing ten million people inside the walls of this mart. I ran in, grabbed my celery and carrots and got out faster than u could blink! I feel bad like I broke in line but the fast paced hustle of the workers made things flow smoothly. They got clothes there too. And tvs and medicine...

Really nice Walmart actually! Every time I've been there it's been very clean and organized! Always seem to have things in stock and a nice atmosphere even amongst the bustle.

My cashier was very courteous and nice asking how may day was going. This means a lot to me, especially knowing someone is interested in how you're doing. Most of the time, they look at you pass by you and say nothing. Another thing I saw a manager correcting an associate out in public. This is unprofessional and embrasses the associate. Especially when the associate is new and says they were not told that. I've worked in a grocery store for 8 years. When I was talked to by a manager, it was always behind closed doors.

Absolute worst service ever. Came for an oil change and tire rotation, parked out front like the last guy and ended up waiting 25 minutes just to get out to walk inside and find their team lead doing nothing. Then I’m told it’s a 2 hour wait when they got the last car right in.

The new parking lot layout is god awful! Half is online order parking the other half is shipping containers. It was fine untill they highjacked half the lot for pickup orders. Employees are generally kind and the only reason im giving 2 instead of 1. Greeters and security need to seriously chill out though. It's walmart, not Fort knox...

This place has turned into a circus, no longer can you go browse and find what you need and check out. The new layout of the store is more like you want it to be target. The double lines for self checkout is ridiculous not to mention the employees that direct the flow are loud, rude and obnoxious

If i could give the Columbia Walmart 0 stars i would... Whoever was the rocket scientist that redesigned the store its the perfect reason to ban common core math because thats basically how the new store is.. It makes no sense i feel bad for the employees that have to work there because of the decisions by leadership... i'll drive else where if i have to go to walmart and avoid going to the columbia location

Clean my only complaint is inventory not on shelves! However, it’s one of the busiest Walmart’s I’ve been to in a while. We customers aren’t letting them stock. Love the service

It's Walmart. I wouldn't recommend pickup, as I've sat here with 12 other cars for 20 minutes and 1 order has been brought out. I could have ran in and grabbed my items and been gone. Serves me right for trying to be fancy.

This checkout remodel really took the idea of asset protection and customer satisfaction for a spin, no wonder everything is behind lock and key at this store.

This is a super Wal martbigger than old one here in town.Alot of merchandise to choose from and pretty fast lines,I use express lane a self checkpoint usually to move along faster and get outGood clean overall store,friendly people I grew up here so I know alot ot staff here.Very nice.It has came along way from the old one I grew up with here.Glad it has grown and has a lot more selections to choose from and cool pick up options as well.

Our home burnt with everything I owned. Wen to Walmart in Columbia Tenn to get wines. Said No I have to have my Driver's license... So I went and got it at the DMV . Would you Believe they still wouldn't sell to me . Takes 2 to 4 weeks to get hard 'copy. This one I had was Legal had my picture....some one tell me why,🚒🚒🔥🏠

I was again reminded why I don't shop here. Shame on me for wasting my time. Per usual, I went to pick something up that someone said was advertised a certain price. They didn't have the item, nor was it the price advertised. I did find another item I was looking for, and was then presented with the self checkout that was not working properly, and no employee available to help. I left the item there and then tackled the mindless drivers of TN in the poorly designed parking lot.This experience should keep me out of there for 3 or 4 months until I once again forget how awful it is there and at stupidly return to once again have another rotten adventure there. My bad.

I shop in here occasionally. No issues ever. Returns went smoothly, Always neat and stocked. A few extra nice experiences with staff that I won't get into. Before Google Fi I went through family mobile for my phone. No issues ever in electronics dealing with that. Walmart app is handy for me because I don't know the layout of the store fully. It navigates me to the items I'm buying. I've bought Dickies here, and dressing rooms are well kept. I've grocery shopped and food is fresh and stocked. That's about all the departments I've used.Also I as I did on this last visit and before Google Fi, in the eavning at closing find a front and center spot and log into Walmart app WiFi. Call it a frendge benefit.

Busy busy store crowded and long line if you can even fined a cashier and yes do your own check out line are open and ready, I just went to the Facebook Walmart Christmas party on line Thursday night as I was at work 2nd shift. It was held by Dads humor app!!!

The knuckleheads from the mechanic department spilled a bunch of oil all over my vehicle's engine and never said a thing, I thought my car was gonna blow up when I saw all that smoke coming out of the hood

No more parking overnight with RV, pretty sad it was a nice place and a huge half empty parking. We used to stop every year and spend sometime over $100, no more overneight, no more shopping. Fortunatly, other walmart will take my money.

The place is always busy! We need a Meijer to compete with Wal-Mart. They have Meijer as far south as Bowling Green , KY and it is a direct competitor with Wal-Mart because they have food, meat, clothes, etc. but all of it (meat, veggies, fruit, deli, bakery, clothing) being better quality with more variety!

They bother you as you are leaving. Then they get mad when you ask if they are detaining you or have a warrant for trying to place you in false arrest or if they are accusing you of stealing.

Pretty busy all the time. I go here for oil changes and new tires. There’s usually a pretty long wait time, but it is the cheapest place around to get your oil changed. They also had issues that they had caused the last two times I’ve gotten it changed there. Luckily, they went to auto zone and paid for the part that they had messed up and fixed it. I was compensated appropriately and was given my oil change for free. As for the shopping center, the check outs are pretty crowded and they usually only have self-check outs open. I haven’t seen a lane with a cashier open in quite some time.

Hate the way they have 2 lines to go through to reach the checkout area and the self checkouts aren't big enough for a family. I'll be looking for a new place to shop.

Last time coming here just too slow amd inefficient. Tooich incompetence. Arrived and was told 1 car in front of me for an oil change st 1230. 1.5 later still nothing happening. 2 pm Finally get pulled in a bay. 10 Minutes later See I a guy under my struck with a hammer? I ask the manager to get over there asap. A hammer is never a tool for an oil change. Should not have to sit here and watch like a hawk. 3 hours lus for an oil change nd tire rotation when you 2nd in line is absurd. No sense of urgency.
