On Christmas, you would think Customer Service would be lacking from busy-ness and working on the Holiday - but our cashier, Josh, was sweet as can be and so very nice! He made us feel welcomed and appreciated! It’s insane how wonderful he was! The other cashier there, I didn’t catch her name, was doing the same exact thing to her guest! I have never seen such stunning customer service 🎄

Have never had issues till recently. No one except maybe 2 people seem happy or eager to help. I understand this is an incredibly hectic job dealing with the public but last several times we have spoken with someone either on the phone or at the counter they seemed so unhappy and gave the least amount of information and would seem frustrated when you asked more questions. I hope we are just catching them at the worst times but we are changing pharmacies due to delays and customer service with lack of any information. Been with them probably most of my lifetime so this is a unfortunate experience

Pharmacy is responsive via phone and normally no line or a limited wait. FedEx shipping is reasonably easy, with most employees able to do it at checkout. Checkout is takes average length of time depending on periods of the day. Overall, well above average experience in various departments.

Mr. Samuel, Borronus (Sorry is spelling is wrong), and Charles were beyond helpful. They went above and beyond to get our situation resolved. People do not take the time out to give compliments anymore due to our busy schedules, but this is a group that I felt I needed to make sure everyone knew how great they were. Terrible experience. Jumped through hoops to make sure my fiancé wasn’t accused of doctor shopping while both doctors are well aware of each other. Now I’m two weeks out without my anxiety meds during the week of my wedding. Kroger refused to let me cancel a prescription, forced me to fill it, I told both doctors, now Walgreens is questioning me like I’m doctor shopping when my doctor has already discussed this with them. I will call my doctor in the morning to have it corrected, but the attitude and disrespect received from this particular pharmacy won’t be forgotten as easily as forgiven. I will never have another script sent there again since they wanna play hot potato with the different pharmacist and medications. Walgreens needs to re-evaluate their staff as well as their record keeping.

I was ready to give up on Walgreens until Teresa went above and beyond. Today she even thanked me for calling her! The Walgreens on James Campbell was a nightmare to deal with and they truly didn’t care at all about helping me. Thank you Teresa for a wonderful experience and making me feel like you made the world stop to help me. You made a difference and I know you’re busy! I’ll be back to see you and your team for sure. Always a 50/50 chance of whether or not you're going to get your prescription. Male pharmacist is great. Female pharmacist is an ego filled power hungry person who will find any reason in the world not to fill your prescriptions even if they have filled the same script from the same doctor multiple times. She always has to "advise" you of every medication before you leave even if you've taken it every day for years. Spring Hill Walgreens fills my prescriptions no problem now. My legitimate life saving medications from my LOCAL DOCTOR. Save yourself the trouble of this wishy washy place and her ego.

I've intermittently visited this Walgreens for prescriptions over the past year. 3 different pharmacists (not technicians) have been extremely rude just because I ask more questions than most people about my medications and COVID testing. They've treated me like I'm a burden and I'm wasting their time just because I exercise my right to that health information.

I have been here so many years. I keep telling myself to stay, and not go somewhere else. I did once, and it was horrible there, and now I'm back to Walgreens. They seem to know all my info quiet well on picking up and such. Well this morning I seen the line was long, so I decided to go in. Worst mistake! Everytime I go in their just as rude. I understand theirs a new guy working/training. All I was trying to do was use a discount card in which I'm welcomed to use. From my understanding I was told from both the new and old worker that Pretty much I cant use the card because theirs so many people in line. If I want to use it then I can wait in line. This is ridiculous. Why do I have to wait in line to use a discount card. When I'm already in line. This would've been my first time using one too, and they ruined it. They do not care what so ever. Their only concerned for their well being. They should be on top of things so this doesnt happen. It doesn't take long to scan a card good grief. I sew things going down hill since this new worker started.I also have issues with them saying the medicine is ready. I even call, and when I go it's not ready. Thats it's going to be 30 to hour wait. Yes, I have multiple prescript to pick up, me and my kids, and they seriously look at me like they have a issue with me picking this up. I say if they dislike their job so much then don't stay and keep being rude to people.

Very poor customer service. I bought 2 hair products for my curly hair 2 days ago. They are 8.99 each, when I bought them they are on sale for 2 for 12 dollars. Came in today to exchange one of them I didnt like for the other I did like so I can have 2 of the one I like. DONT EVER EXCHANGE 1 THING ON SALE AT THIS WALGREENS. The very rude manager Christy came to help the nice and great cashier charles bc when he is doing the exchange the machine says I have to pay 3.28 which is not accurate since its tthe same product on sale. I had 3 other things to buy today as well. Well instead of seeing the silliness of me paying 3.28 and overriding it. She wanted me to pay it. I told her im not doing that when its an even exchange. She said bc i wasnt buying another in the same transaction i had to pay the difference. Even though the sale is advertised still right now. I left with my 1 and came back 10 min later and returned both of them. I will buy my 2 I want for any price from another company. Money aint the issue here. Its the principle of taking care of customers. Especially when I come here alot. I will never be back since the customer service from this manager Christy is so terrible. She has a poor attitude, customer service skills, and professionalism. Better off to go to s.james Campbell walgreens.

HORRIBLE. The James Campbell location is a hell of a lot more efficient and timely. I have NEVER had an issue at that location. Only picked this location because it’s closer to home. Silly me. My script was suppose to be ready hours ago and I went in at the time that the app stated it would be ready and there were three people inside and two cars in the drive thru. Still awaiting my blood pressure medicine.

I've been to the pharmacy twice. They were rude both times. When I asked if the wait for a covis shot would be over 30 minutes the pharmacist said "We don't know. We're not flipping burgers here."

Walgreens is awesome! I love the fact that they're still open 24 hours when these days that's almost unheard of. I'm a night owl and sometimes I wanna run somewhere at 2am for some snacks or whatever. Walgreens has got me lol. Friendly staff, clean store. A little disorganized but I can still find what I need.

Every time you walk in they greet you. Convenient shopping at its best. I fill my prescriptions here and the only problem I have is that I feel like a different price every time I pick up the same medication. Still a great store though!

Friendly staff. Sometimes you do have to wait a while on your prescription, but at least you can shop while you do it. Convenient drive-thru. Rewards program. Good selection of greeting cards. If you use the app, you can save some money with coupons that come off at the register. No paper to deal with!

The pharmacy here is insanely awful. I went 2 different times in the same day to pick up my boyfriend's prescription - which they told him over the phone they had ready 2 different times - the first time I was told they had "misplaced it" and they would have to order more. 2nd time I was told that there was a "misunderstanding" and they didn't get the correct thing and would have to order it again... all the while the tech is telling him on the phone that it's ready to be picked up ??? I've never been so dumbfounded before. So unorganized! Spent almost 20 minutes in line 2 different times only to leave empty-handed and confused. Ridiculous!

Waited at pharmacy drive thru window 10 minutes. 5 people working . Pushed call button and honked horn. Still no service. Was on hold with store before someone noticed. Took majority of my lunch break and I was the only one in line. At one point, two of the techs were waiting on the same inside customer. Ridiculous!!

Don’t waste your time getting a simple prescription filled here. Was told estimated time would be 30 minutes. Came back an hour later to be told it would be another 30 minutes. I ended up getting prescription back to take my business elsewhere.

If a raincheck can not be accepted at any location, then it should not say that it can be used at any location. Secondly, if there is a limit to how many a raincheck can be made for, then all employees should know that. Stopped here yesterday, but the product was STILL sold out, was informed to come back today bc it was on the truck. I got the quantity specified on my raincheck, but Leesa said that she could not honor it bc it was not written there. Then she says she will let me get 3. So my question is, do you honor rainchecks written at other locations or not......
