We have been sitting for an hour in the drive through. My child’s meds are at cvs and they had twice as many cars and we made it through in 20 min then came over here to get mine at 5:35 and it’s now 6:28 and we are still not at the window.

Worst experience ever. I was super sick with strep. So I need my antibiotic asap. Stood in line for over 30 minutes inside because they had the drive through closed. My blood pressure was high and I was super dizzy. When I finally reached the front of the line, the girl, literally laughed at me and showed my prescription to the other girl who also laughed and said it would be an hour to fill it. Fine, they were busy but super annoyed at how unprofessional they were. My husband goes back an hour later and they don’t have my prescription. Shocker. Since they were laughing and not acting professional in any manner, they lost it. My husband had to persistently tell them that I gave them my prescription and I DID NOT take it to the Walgreens across town. They finally found it, and my husband had to wait an additional hour due to the lack of professionalism on the part of these people working in the pharmacy. I hope they don’t treat all of their customers this way. Totally unacceptable.

Darren, the pharmacist and Haley, the intake young lady do an exceptional job! Smart, informed, professional, responsive and caring. They are on top of it! I had 3 vaccinations and it was quick and easy. They answered all questions. I highly recommend the experience if you are looking for competent vaccination. Also Darren and Haley deserve top scores on any measure! I even called the Walmart Corporation number to let them know!

Love the staff here! They are quick to refill prescriptions and if there are issues with insurance, doctors, or logistics, they resolve issues quick and effectively. They are open 24x7, and even though the lines are long at times, it is worth the wait. I’ve switched from other Walgreens and go and extra 10 miles outside my way just to use this team! Thank you for the great work!

Waited in line to get medication for a sick kid. When I got to the counter they said they're working on it but we're closing for lunch. You have to come back later.

Rude and absolutely didn’t care at all about helping me. With my insurance switch I can’t use Kroger pharmacy any more and I’ve had nothing but issues with my “controlled” medication… it’s a sleep aid. Walgreens on James Campbell told me to call around other Walgreens to see if they had my medication because they were out and then said that since I got it filled once in Vegas (because I travel with my job) they couldn’t assist. FYI THE WALGREENS ON NASHVILLE HWY got me fixed up in 24 hrs and she was great! Even thanked me for coming to her! Teresa is her name and I’ll be back to see her.

Sept.29 2022, 8am, talk to a pharmacist, explain that i need 3 prescription but the pharmacy i usually go is at the hospital but they close early and i need to see how I can start getting my prescription there and my insurance is expiring the next day, Sept 30, 2022. Asked him if he needed to my to call either the hospital or my doctor to change my pick up here at Walgreens, he said he could do that. He ask me the name of my doctor and gave him the name and he would called them. Went there waited in line for 20 min. And when my turn came nothing. Nothing was done do please pick another pharmacy instead of Walgreens. If you can't handle your job, just don't work there.

Made an appt online for flu shots for my family. Drove 30 mins to get there. Waited 15 mins. Pharmacist rudely told us we should have come during the day when they had more staff and we would have to wait an hour and a half if we stayed. They were extremely rude and acted irritated that we made appointments for flu shots and treated us as if we were stupid for choosing to come in the evening. No apology...just unapologetically rude and uncaring.

Walgreens has been one of the worst out there on getting my meds on time, it's been over a week that it has been called in. When that happens someone just decided to delete it out of the system because they didn't have instead of dealing with it And put it back on the system as Reserve refill. I had to call him to get that fix. Now that it actually comes to getting my medicine filled I am still waiting and the meds are still not in stock. Now it's going on 4 days without my meds.

This specific walgreens is a joke. I only go there because my free birth control has been sent there for years. I litteraly dread coming here just to pick up a simple prescription. The employees have zero tact and are in zero hurry. I do not think they have proper training at all. I can say the gentleman that helped me today was very kind and this was unusual to my normal experience. the lady checking out next to me was understandingly upset and the cashier dealing with her had zero customersservice.

My first initial impression is already skewed due to the lack of common sense from another Walgreens however, I attempted to keep an open mind. The pharmacist I initially spoke with was so sweet and so helpful. Very personable and is the ONLY reason I gave three stars. She tried her very best to assist. However, because of all this glorious transitioning there was once again another issue with our insurance that we've had now for three years. I am asked to wait a moment, that they will have to call our insurance. So I wait. And then go to ask at the window. This time I am greeted with Kelsea M who is incapable of shutting up long enough to listen to the customer speak and tried to tell me my prescription was being worked on and would be $35+. I said no ma'am. It will not I am trying to ask about the issue with the insurance. Again cuts me off, and talks over me to the point that I am ready to go across the counter. So when she finally shuts up long enough and stops interrupting she goes and asks someone and comes back to tell me the new total of $5 and change and that they are working on it. My advice is stay the hell away from Walgreens completely and push them out of business. Ridiculous!!!! Not only is the staff mediocre at best, the whole franchise is ridiculous and not FOR the patient/customers.

Horrible staff! That think everyone with a life issue has a drug problem. Even if your insurance will pay and you need something a day early due to not being ableTo make it there the next day due to work or being outOf town they will still say NO! If my insurance will cover it how do you get the right to refuse it? One day does notMake you an addictive person but asking for your meds a week or so early every month that is an addictive behavior! Freaking crazy how they judge people and treat people too! I avoid this Walgreens at all costs but the one on Nashville hwy is the best! With amazing customer service FYI! Maybe they should take notes from them!

Terrible. Wouldn’t refill my prescription because the caps they use keep falling off and spilling them. Lady on consult is rude and called me by wrong name. Management is slow and their back room is a mess. Switching providers.

I arrived at the pharmacy after my doctors visit. I was told that my wait time would be 15-20 mins. An hour goes by and i ask for an update on my order and they say it would be a few mins. 30 mins goes by again and i ask for another update and i receive the same answer. Finally they tell me to get back in line and maybe my order would be ready by the time i get up there. The pharmacist proceeds to throw my prescription on the counter in front of me. Worst staff I’ve ever experienced before i will not be going back.

I really wish I could do half a star! The pharmacy is by far the worst ever! I called them at 7:22 in the morning to have a prescription transferred from CVS to Walgreens only due to CVS being out of stock in the medicine I needed. Here it is 3:51pm (same day) and my medicine is not ready!! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

Late leaving for a very important trip because the young girl behind the pharmacy counter wouldn't fill a prescription on time. We needed to leave Sunday, went to the pharmacy Saturday because they would be closed the next day. We explained out predicament to the girl, but she refused to be helpful, saying that asking for medicine one day early was "drug seeking behavior." Absolute rubbish.

Finally switching everything to CVS. I’m done with this store. They’re rude, slow and have messed up my medication’s more than once. If you use the drive thru, bring a book because you’ll wait at the least 25 minutes. I gave them chance after chance. There is a reason their ratings are so low. Bye Walgreen’s. It’s been a miserable experience

Don't waste your time, money, or prescriptions at this Walgreens. Over and over they have "lost" prescriptions, and blamed me for it. They are all rude af. They have messed up my husband's prescriptions every time. They will say something isn't in stock then after 5 hrs and 4 different employees looking, surprise they have it!!

Walgreens is awesome. I love the mywalgreens rewards program. Everyone is friendly and the biggest bonus is that they're open 24hours and for me that's important because I'm a night owl and I love going out late at night. Its quiet and nothing will ever be crowded. So...yay Walgreens!

I have been going here for my prescriptions for years and used to never have an issue slowly the customer service has gotten worse first it started with lines being longer, wait times longer through the drive-through and when you attempted to call. They used to have two drive through drop off and pick up lines but because of constant issues with the Farlane they have shut it down it is only for drop off now which makes the line even longer. All of those issues were fine I could've dealt with them but last night after my husband got off work I had told him to drop our sons prescription off to get it filled I did not think to say anything to him about it until this morning and I said where is the new prescription and he said they would not give it to me until the 18th and I said why it's a new strength he said I don't know that's just what they told me so I called the store to find out and I was told by a pharmacy technician that the pharmacist did not want to fill it because "he was afraid I would mix the doses up" so my sons medication was not Filled due to insurance but because this Particular pharmacist felt he needed to Measure my competence!!! I am the one that took my son back to the doctor because I wanted the dosage LOWERED due to how he was struggling with it. If this particular pharmacist would have taken a few extra minutes to review my son's medication history he would have seen how inconsistent the fillings were due to the fact that my son does not take his medicine over the summer at all so we keep his medicine for longer periods of time because of this. we never fill it at the same time simply because we always have more than we need. I'm completely aware that this is a controlled substance that my son takes and I feel like we were wrongly judged and it had nothing to do with whether or not we were competent enough to give him the correct dosage but more so whether or not he thought we were being trustworthy with the medication. I Also feel that if I am competent enough to take my son to the doctor and take it upon myself to raise up my concerns with his current dosage and request that it be lowered that I would be competent enough to make sure I gave him the correct dosage after my request for a lower one was granted. I also find it funny that after our question all of this suddenly now they will fill the prescription?!?! Does anybody else see anything wrong with this picture?

They always have my script in five days early but yet it is never in stock when it's due and I even call the day before it's due to be sure they have it and I guess they lie and say yes we have it but the next day they say it's out of stock sorry!!!I'm sick of my meds being late every month even after I called corporate to complain I guess they don't care either!! God I miss Freds Pharmacy!!

It’s great that the pharmacy is open 24/7, but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! I’m here in the drive through at 9:45pm and it is literally taking 20 minutes per car! They need to hire more staff and improve the wait time! I will definitely be trying the CVS once it opens!

Scheduled a covid 19 test to travel. Got the confirmation email and read it over completely to make sure we didn't miss any details. Pulled up to drive through and the line was backed up all the wall through the parking lot. Waiting for AN HOUR AN A HALF to get to the window only to told told .. "oh you have to go through lane 1 for covid tests, you'll have to pull around and get back in line" we double and triple checked the email does NOT say anything about lane 1. FIX YOUR COVID TEST EMAILS.

When I say I will NEVER go to this pharmacy again I do mean NEVER!!!! Normally I go to the one on Nashville Hwy and always get excellent customer service....I was leaving the hospital late last night stop at this one because the one I normally go to was closed...The pharmacist was by far one of the rudest i don't care about you individuals that I have ever came in contact with in his field...I had some trouble with my insurance so I called back and spoke with him on if there may be a way I could get a discount on my prescription....This man acted as if he had no type of knowledge on this and really let me know he could care less about what I had going on....The guy was so rude that I went all the way back to Walgreens picked up my prescriptions waited to the other Walgreens opened today and went there....The pharmacist at the other Walgreens was so Awesome he helped me and found out I had prescription coverage and I got a 67 dollar prescription for 3 dollars!!!! I will Never understand what would make a person in this field be so rude,hateful,ugly and uncaring for others....I will NEVER deal with this store again strictly because of the pharmacist awful behavior!!!Find another job please!!!I will definitely be calling corporate!!!

Got a call 2 hours ago saying my girlfriends prescriptions were ready I show up at 5 they said give them 5 minutes it's not ready yet waited 30 minutes and left. Will definitely be changing drug stores

One of the worst pharmacies. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. God awful. Slow inside and out, clueless techs with bad attitudes, nasty. Definitely done with this place.Tip for potential customers- I’ve found that CVS pharmacy down the street is a better choice! 😊
