I like the Tractor Supply. While on a recent visit to the Columbia TN TSC, my son saw a cold weather jacket. It looked well made, and with 15 percent off, the price seems right. He is happy with his purchase. A number of associates encountered during my visit would ask if i needed help with anything. I think that is a good customer service program.

The pet wash is a great concept but I ran into a few issues using it. No towels were in the station, the nail clippers are rusted and extremely difficult to use, and one side was missing a dryer which became an issue when multiple people are using the pet wash at once. I'll likely be returning but will bringing things from home which is inconvenient when the sole purpose of it is providing all the items needed

We went to try the dog wash, first problem they said they were out of towels which no one told me when I called about the dog wash. Second bigger problem is their blower was basically just a hair dryer... We have huskies that require a very good blower. You guys need to rethink a dog wash for it to actually be usable for your customers.

This may be a little unorthodox, sending in a review of the store that I work at. I want customers to know a little bit about the team that serves you. I’m still a newcomer to the retail business, and have plenty to learn, but the one thing I have learned and feel fortunate enough to be part of, is how special this team of crew members really are. This past week leading up to Christmas was extremely busy, and on top of that we were hit with an incredible cold snap. The amount of propane pumped to help keep our customers warm was unimaginable, sometimes with as many as 30 customers waiting their turn to be served. Although we all had our turns to pump propane and serve our customers, sometimes in the worst weather Mother Nature could deliver, in my eyes one member really stood out this week. Doug Jett stood pumping propane for almost 11 hours one day, and only took a couple breaks to thaw out. He didn’t want his other team mates to stand in the frigid weather, fearing they were not properly dressed to fight off the cold. He continued to state to the rest of the crew “ stay inside and take care of the customers, I will call if I need anything “‘ the entire crew continually check on Doug’s well being and needs throughout the day. Like a sentry at his post, Doug stood his. I want to say , it is a privilege that I get to work with a crew that not only cares about the customers, but also each other. Hats off to you Doug .

I highly recommend this location. We bought a zero turn mower and Rose the manager was amazing and she has the best customer service around!! Rose even came in on her day off to make sure that the mower was ready for us for pick up!! Rose, along with the entire staff, went above and beyond our expectations… We will definitely be shopping at this location from here on out

Order online because they don’t seem to have 1/2 the things the website says they have / went to the store today to get my order that said ready for pick up : 15 minutes later and employees radioing each other still nobody knows anything - they kept asking for Anna, I went and found Anna myself and she was clueless, like a deer in the headlights, did not care that I was rather aggravatedNormally I’m a big TSC fan, such a shame

What a joke of a store, went in to buy an item and the sale associate Dave made every excuse so he wouldn't have to go into the back to see if it was there the web site said they had them but he said to go online to order it. It's a shame that 1 employee can destroy a stores reputation. Have had good experiences here in the past but will never come back. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Hey Tractor Supply on Ashwood Dr, I just wanted to say thank you for having that hot dog guy out there in your parking lot. I pulled in hungry I saw him I went in did my shopping the entire staff was very helpful and friendly, I came out ate a great Polish sausage and left happy. Now I know where to go to get my Polish sausage fix and do some shopping. Way to go guys!

This store has a wide variety of merchandise. It sells gardening gear, pet supplies, sporting goods, some clothing, home and barn decor, even large colorful metal roosters!

Won't be visiting for awhile, management and co management thought highly of themselves. If management would learn to be as friendly as the team the TCS would be a great place to shop almost as good as Walmart.

Came in for feline vaccines and stood in the checkout line , since vaccines are right there by them. Asked the girl if she had feline vaccines, simply because I thought the cabinet stayed locked. I didn't need her help otherwise. This is Amber's response" ya we got some but that basket is in the way and I'm doing something." Yes Amber your job is to check me out and I feel certain you could walk 10 feet and get the vaccine. Or simply say the vaccines are right there. When you find what you need come back to the front of the line. Poor response on her part.

If you recently received an email about saving up to 50% off and were told it doesn't work or that you said you have to spend $100 dollars for an after Christmas sale if you have a recipe contact there customer service and make a complaint or call the store or get a hold of the district manager this store likes to argue with it's customers. It’s ok. We have gone there numerous times and they didn’t have what we needed. The staff are nice enough and helpful. The location is a little hard to maneuver when it’s a high traffic time. Also, they need to give military discounts like Lowe’s.

They have a lot of things a farmer might need as well as city folks. Prices vary and you are not bombarded with salesmen unless you ask them for help which they are eager to do. Their credit card is excellent. The big money items are often interest free if played off within 6 months. It's basicly a walk mart for cowboys.

Always fun to shop at TSC. The new store in Columbia is very nice and staff is friendly and helpful. We buy all our dog food there as they have a great selection.Prices are pretty much on a par with other farm supply stores. I usually compare prices on large ticket items on line. TSC is usually competitive. Not always cheapest but they are also in a convenient location.

I love to go to TSC to get my great nieces and nephews Christmas presents. For their 1st Christmas I've bought a really cute rocking horse that can whinny and wags his tail. This year i bought a rocking chicken! How fun is that !

We ordered a zero turn mower from the website and paid for delivery to our house. First the delivery was scheduled and rescheduled several times. Every time they would just not show up. We reached out to TSC and finally got our delivery fee back. When the zero turn was finally delivered, it was not put together, which we did not know this was the case. This was not a big deal if they would have at least given us the bolts to assemble it, the owners manual, and the KEY!! My husband had to drive to the nearest TSC which is 30 minutes away and get a generic key and bolts off a different mower. No owners manual. Never again!!

They always have what we need. Lawn mower parts, weed eater string, dog and goat food, an American flag, work boots, gloves, etc. Chicks are in now too. Staff is always friendly at the Columbia, TN store.
