I have shopped here on several occasions to support local business. As a business owner myself in several states and an interior designer for commercial spaces, I have always enjoyed coming here until my last experience here. I saw a beautiful goose down filled Chanel pillow that I really wanted...it was $465 so I decided to wait and ask my husband for it for Valentine's day. He went back and purchased it. Its now June and I noticed a rip at the seam and because its an overfilled pillow that sits right in the middle of my bed, its noticeable. I called the store to let them know and ask what to do? They gave me a number to someone at the store and said to text them and send pictures which I did. I didn't hear back for over a week so I reached out via text again. The person I text stated they called the manufacturer and heard nothing back. A week later, I called again...still nothing so I suggested they refund me and I'd take it elsewhere to fix. The person, who I assume is the owner, told me she wouldn't refund me anything, nor would she fix it and that I need to call the manufacturer myself. I was appalled. If the pillow was $50-100 I'd probably understand but an almost $500 pillow????Terrible customer service is an understatement. They've lost a customer in me because there are alot of other home decor stores in the area that treat their customers kindly first and foremost. As a business owner, their approach by using text and not at the very least offering to fix a Chanel pillow...disgraceful. I'll be making this known in the decorator community.

Best Couch I Have Ever Owned! Most creative, attentive, unique designer I have ever met! This is more than a store front, this is a design studio and furniture store all in one! This place is amazing! A gem hidden right here on the edge of Nashville! Their designs unique, they listen, helped me organize a small space and get all of the exact pieces of furniture I needed. Look no farther. This is EXACTLY where you want to go for furniture, coaches, sofa, tables, chairs, design services, top quality and fair prices!

Beautiful furniture and home decor. The items are displayed so well really giving me a sense of what I could do in my own home. I plan on hiring one of the decorators to help me with one of my spaces. The service is very reasonable. Also the clothing boutique has a ton of super stylish clothes and jewelry also at very reasonable prices. So glad to have this place in Columbia. I highly recommend !!

Love, love, love this store and employees! Wonderful selection of furniture and assessories. Items are updated regularly so each time I go in it's like going into a new store! I had the pleasure of working with their designer for our new home and could not have been more pleased. She saw my vision and listened to my needs. She came to my home and transformed it into our dream home. I highly recommend anyone to shop this store!

It feels like you’re walking into a magazine cover when you walk into this store! The prices on the furniture pieces that are chosen by the designer are amazing and at least half the price of what they would be in Nashville or downtown Franklin. Clothes range in a great variety of sizes from S-XL and are actually affordable, which makes it nice to be able to buy a whole outfit and not just one new piece! It’s a must see/experience!

It’s so cute in there and it’s every girls dream. They’re so nice and kind and it’s all around a great experience. Not only do they sell cute things but even the outside of the shop is so cute.
