Quick and easy. Sometimes it can be pretty packed. They usually have more than one cashier so it flies. Easy to find what you are looking for. They stay on top of merchandising. I can get in and out depending on how much I want to spend.

I got a great pair of shoes that were a perfect fit, and very comfortable. And my favorite thing was getting my Sonic the hedghog picture! It was exactly what I needed for my gaming area.

This is a PSA for anyone shopping at TJ Maxx.This is an update to my previous review: I wound up with a CC that I never wanted. I asked if a rewards program was available for new customers and proceeded to sign up for what I thought was such a rewards program. After I realized what had happened, I went back to this location the very next day & told them what happened and that I never wanted a CREDIT CARD. They didn't help me at all. The gentleman behind the counter didn't seem to care. He told me if I canceled the CC it would probably mess up my credit, etc etc. YOU USE DECEPTIVE LANGUAGE to get folks to sign up for a CC and it's not right. I am so upset by this, I'm considering legal action now.

It was clean, neat. Most importantly it was Staffed! Mother and I stopped in here cause well....mothers shop at TJ max lol. She often talks about this location. So going off of what I saw and from here opinion I would say a solid 4 star. If I shopped here often I would consider 5 stars! Keep up the cleanliness and the staffing y'all. It's the key to keeping guests happy!

If I’m shopping for someone other than me and want unquestionably ok options, TJ Maxx is the place (the extra ‘x’ is for xcellence.)The men’s section is lackluster, but the kids section is much better than Ross next door. Both in quality and quantity.I don’t buy many women’s clothing (I’m not judging you, Tom, sure it’s for your wife) but the sections look clean and well organized. And it takes up 3/4 of the store.They have a big pets section, but I have no pets so I’ll let Tom post about that in his review as he seems to shop in that section a lot.Overall, 4 stars. Add a few dress shirts to the men’s section and I’ll throw in a bonus star for ya.

Who can resist it?! I love to shop there because there is usually a great selection at a good price. Even thought this was right after Christmas, the store was clean, organized, good displays & has something for everyone. Personally, I can't resist the English soap from Peckinsniff!

Really nice. With the pandemic they ask you to wear a mask and clean every cart after they are used. It's always clean and the people are really nice. Also the handicapped stall for the restroom is a good size for me and my chair with no issues. Always a plus for me

If you care about your credit or your money, do not shop at the store. On two different occasions, the “customer service associates“ signed me up for a credit card while I explicitly told them I did not want a credit card!!

Worst store ever. Employees are not just apathetic but rude and mean. Watched the manager yell at two of them on the floor, using offensive language and then disappear back into the offices even though there was a line at the cashier station. Could not get any help on two different visits. They r just done and defeated. I’ll go somewhere else before being subjected to that managers poorly run store. She definitely needs to get a job where she can be isolated, away from people and customer service.

We had a great shopping trip here. Appears to be a newer store, clean and well stocked with merchandise. Staff was friendly and helpful and plenty of things to shop for.

Need more cashiers. I went on my lunch break was going to buy 2 items. Had to put them back because the line was to long and they only had 2 cashiers. They clean after each customer which is good, but took to long to check out.

The store has really pretty things and also pretty prices. Some unique items and things that you can't live without.The only problem was at the checkout when I got ready to leave. I had to go back and find granny (mother-in-law) she was trying to check out but the lady said she could not take her check without an ID. TDOT took her license and now she can't drive. She is 88 years old and I think it's very disrespectful to even ask an elderly person. Well anyway they said they would take it, by then she said I'm sorry to have put you through all of this and we thanked her and left. Granny had the cash but we left...

T. J. Maxx usually has a pretty good selection of things. I generally like to go in to find new clothes for the season for myself or school clothes for my son. Best 15 and a little harder to buy for now, but he always finds something he likes. Shoes are either a hit or miss, but they just get what's sent to them. I definitely love to come in for the home goods and bedding. You cant really beat the prices, and they usually have a decent selection. The home decore is always a wide variety. Things I wouldnt go searching for on my own, but I just fall in love with after seeing. 113And they do generally have a small selection of furniture, but that's just like office chairs and cute little end tables. We had actually been looking for bedroom furniture for my daughter today but didnt find very much.One other thing that I enjoy about t j maxx is that they usually have a good selection of holiday items, but this year seems to be a little different unfortunately they didnt have very much yet this year. I dont know if they will get more things in or of there is a shortage because of covid. I hope they dont cancel Halloween.

This is the largest and most completely stocked T.J.Max store that I have seen in any city that I have lived in throughout the South. The staff were so friendly and helpful even with the store having so many Christmas shoppers visiting this particular location. It seemed like the store layout was well organized, and the inventory was neatly arranged anywhere we went throughout the store. I'd certainly recommend this particular T.J. Max location in Columbia, TN.

This store is pretty good. It has a good selection, from good to furniture, and all at reasonable prices. It’s a fun store to go in and do a little shopping in, as it always has something new in it.

They have great clothing but I gave them 4 stars because they dont have a variety of sizes. If you wear a extra large or above there isnt much to choice from. And you can forget about pants unless you are a ten or below

awful store. the customer service is terrible, just ran by a bunch of little girls. two of the girls followed me and my friend around the store acting like they were gonna throw a ball at us, and we were ignored by two other girls when we went up to the register.

Great Store! The bathroom was clean, the store was stocked and somewhat organized " it's a discount store some disorganization is to be expected" the check out line was long, but moved quickly and the cashier was friendly.

I had to drag myself out of the TJ Maxx today. They had so many cute items, tons of clothes as usual. Tons of really cute llama items. We are a llama and alpaca family so it was very hard not to buy all of the Llama items they had in the store. they had Easter llamas of all things who ever heard of an Easter llama! Adorable!

What is up with this store lately?! There are so any closed crammed in the racks you can't even look. Not to mention it looks like a thrift store with items just everywhere, who cares where it's really supposed to go.
