So the young man who took out order was wonderful, gave a great recommendation and very friendly! Service time to get our drinks was very slow given the store was empty. Here the thing, this store was FILTHY! Spilled coffee on the counters, splattered coffee on the walls. Standing at the the pickup counter waiting and seeing trash and debris on the surfaces and floors where drinks are being made just makes you cringe. There was litter and food stuff all over the floor of the store. I'm sure they are short staffed like everywhere but it genuinely was uncomfortable and we left as soon as our drinks came up vs sitting and sipping in store.

They're usually (75% of the time) friendly at this location and the order is usually (not always, even when we order ahead, about 50% of the time) accurate and they usually (mostly) have what we want to order and they're usually (more often than not) fast. They're always nice to my dog, which is honestly why they get the 4th star.

I get coffee at this location almost everyday before I go to work. Yes, sometimes you have to wait. But the experience is always great for me. The baristas are always so nice and helpful. And they always make me feel welcome. Once, I got coffee before taking my daughter to a doc appointment. She accidentally spilled it as soon as we got there. So I went back to get another coffee afterwards. When I told the guy what happened, he gave me my coffee for free. It made my day. Love love love this location AND their employees!❤

This location clearly states it’s open until 8:30 pm, I work night shift and it’s the only place in town to get a coffee. However the employees decide to close whenever they choose. This is the second time this week that I’ve gone and it been closed. The first time they answered the speaker to tell me they were closed and when I asked why I received no response. Tonight I drive up and there’s a thiny sign on the speaker saying they closed at 7. As I passed the window there was a little blonde girl in there making drinks.

I get different experiences everytime I come here. I'm from out of state and never experienced horrible customer service like this at Starbucks back home.. These barista's need to learn professional customer service because they are RUDE! A few weeks ago I asked for extra chocolate drizzle..They made it and showed it to me and it did not look like they put any extra in there so I asked them to add more....one of the guys that was making it says "good lord." I said um I pay more for y'all to put extra drizzle in there...like what kind of response is that to a customer?! My family and I had other bad experiences here as well but too long to add in here. You should give the customers what they ask for especially if they are paying more for it..and apologize if you messed up and not rude to the customers who are the reason you have a job to go to. Fix you're attitudes!!

Let me start with my barista (she had no name tag..)handed me the wrong drink and when I brought this to her attention she says “Well that’s not what you ordered” and then proceeded to take the messed up drink back. We then get our correct drinks and they’re both probably the poorest tasting drinks I have every received from Starbucks. VERY disappointed in my experience here from the rude barista to the drinks.

The staff here is always polite, and I've never had a drink made incorrectly. The drive thru, however, is always slow-even during peak hours. I would recommend mobile ordering if you're in a hurry.

My daughter likes it. I only go if I have a gift card. Not too much that isn't completely sugar-filled. Disappointed that they don't allow for ANY indoor seating. 🙄 However, the staff is super friendly, and my low sugar drink was good.

I went inside because the drive thru line is ridiculous long. I had to wait on my order inside which was fine by me I was waiting on my banana nut bread to be warm. Why was it given to me cold. I literally watched her take it out and put in the bag. Now I have to do their job and warm it up.

My son and I visited this location for the first time on mother's day and we were not dissapointed! Service was fast and friendly, our drinks were made to perfection and food was absolutely delicious! Only gripe I have are the prices, but, honestly the quality was so good I kind of understand why it costs more. We will definitely be returning soon!

The girl @ drive thru window was very nice. My cappuccino was delicious . The egg,bacon & gouda sandwich was a failure, the bacon was almost nonexistent and it was the same with the gouda. I wasn't expecting alot but it could have at least been as good as a breakfast sandwich from McDonald's.

My son and I came on Mother's Day this past year (2020) and it was both of our first ever experience with Starbucks amd I must say, it was a great first impression! The employees were super friendly, the drive thru moved very quickly despite being rather busy and the barista didn't make you feel as though she was rushing you thru the line. The food and frappuccinos we got were amazing and we've actually returned several times since because everything is so good and such high quality!

I travel on business all over the nation and I do mobile ordering because it's quick and easy. Here it's slow. I put my mobile order in and waited while people who came in and ordered after me got their orders well before I did. Well at least it's better than the wannabe Starbucks at Kroger and it's large but this is Columbia not New York they could do with a smaller location.

I love this Starbucks, always quick and nice service even if the line is long. Today was a busy day which was fine, but one employee was yelling at the customers in the lobby saying it was going to be a wait and telling the drive thru no one can order frappes or cold foam until they catch up. My order ended up being wrong but I didn’t want to make her bad day worse. Hope it gets better with better staffing and attitudes 🙏🏼
