On friday I, visited a mower repair shop, that I found a couple of months ago, while scoping out the many missed Industrial park businesses. Not knowing at the time, but a friend from church, is the owner of this well known establishment. We, had a great discussion about many interesting topics. They have quite the inventory of all different types of mowing and pressure washing equipment. They also have several great mechanics to meet all of your needs. They offer parts, service, professional blade sharpening for all types of mowers and chainsaws. When you walk into the office, you will see a woman behind the counter and she will help you find what you are looking for. When I came in for the first time, I told her that I was looking for a different type of air filter. So, I drew a picture of it on a piece of paper. To my surprise, she already new what box it was in. What I like most about this place, is intelligent personnel, knowing what you need and how they can serve you. Just remember, to write down all of those hidden part numbers. Or, if you don't know what numbers that you need, just bring the mower and/or equipment with you. I want to thank Brian and his son for their commitment to customer satisfaction. I find the both of them to be honest and hard working people and will do their best to be fare for everyone. At times, I did find the shop to be several weeks out from having work completed, which can be an inconvenience to the customer but that is also a strong testament to how many people trust them and they are willing to be inconvenienced for the hometown, personal care you receive. Brian is the gentleman you can do business with today and feel very comfortable eating dinner at a restaurant that night with Brian a table or two away from you and you feel good to know him. We had a Husqvarna blower that would run then die. We took to Shop Dogs Lawnmowers to see if it could be fixed. They were able to completely repair and return within a timely manner. Brian has fixed our mowers, chainsaws, weed eaters and tillers for more than 25 years. I know that when we get them back they will work! I feel like they charge a fair price for the service provided. It's great that he and his son have opened a shop together.

I dropped off my Ryobi weed trimmer on a Thursday. They are an authorized service center. My unit was still under warranty I was told because they were busy it would be 2-3 weeks.I called at the 3 week mark and was told they didn’t know when it would be done. I called at the 4 week mark and a very rude man also claimed they didn’t know when it would be done.I finally picked it up at the 5 week mark. No one had even looked at it. It was probably a one or two hour job on a 2 stroke gas engine. I truly believe it wasn’t a priority for them because it was a warranty job. When I picked it up the guy at the desk apologized. Not good enough.I would not recommend this business. Highly disappointed and I will be following up with Ryobi.

The best lawn equipment repair shop in Columbia! I have had my Snapper mower in the shop twice this year. Once for service and the other to replace the drive belt. I got my mower back quicker than expected, considering that it is the busy season for lawn equipment repair. They also offered free chainsaw sharpening when the bad storm came through a few months ago. They seem to care about people and the community.

I would not drop anything off there to get fixed i did and my stuff got sold and they said they tried to call but my phone has no record of them calling and i was told that it would take til the end of aug to get fixed sept 2 my stuff was sold did not try to contact me by letter and when i called pretty much said everything i was saying was a lie there are better people than this it has to be

These guys know small engines backwards and forwards. I’ve used them many , many times and they first of all work on Christian principles, and second, they have have been doing this all their lives. I just hope they never go out of business.

This shop was opened by the top small engine mechanic in this area and in less than a year they have cornered the market. Very nice people and they treat you fairly and know what they are doing with many years of experience.

As much business as this place has you'd think they'd been around for fifty years - they've been around for 2. Tons of parts, lots of repair jobs, and all the guys were working extremely hard. They had what I needed and is go back to them!
