We love Sara for our grooming! She's the only person we've found that does a great job with our temperamental pups grooming. He has always hated being groomed but being long haired has to have it done. It's still not his favorite but Sara is the only person we've gone to that doesn't seem to leave him traumatized after the experience. She has a passion for her job and is very skilled and experienced working with not so cooperative dogs. We drive over an hour to see her now! Highly recommend!

Had two dogs groomed by Amber. One big dog and a medium sized. They hadn’t been groomed in over a year and really needed cleaning up. She did such a great job! She was very thorough and took her time getting all their matted hair trimmed out and spent a lot of time cutting their fur to a length that suited the breed and was comfortable for summer. She was friendly and you can tell she loves her career. Will be back for sure!

They did an Amazing job with my Mini Baby Pepper. They cleaned her up and now she looks and feels awesome. They even help set up a regular maintenance schedule for her to get her primp on.

Just discovered Petsense & TSC do price match..(HUGE GAME CHANGER ) ** Because of Mehgan a employee ❤️🙏& then took great care in helping me find a dog food that I needed & price matching it ..which made it more affordable for me. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because prices are a bit high & I'm sure due to size of store are unable to carry some items I've looked for.. but have been able to find @ TSC

Always the very nicest employees here! Have had Patch The Golden in several times for the whole shebang and they love him and vice versa. They do need a better quality selection of dog collars that don't fade. I just wish there was some kind of patronage program for their customers. Will continue with them as we always have a great experience.

Absolutely the best place in town to go for your animals the employees are very friendly very friendly very helpful extremely polite and patient they help with any question you may have The price is great and all in all I give them 110%. The only thing I wish they would do is put a little bit of livestock stuff in the stores like feed for chickens etc.. The tractor supply is only maybe a mile or so down the road so no biggie

Hey guys this is Brittany assistant manager here at petsense. We open at 8. I kno it says 9 on the website we have tried to change it. It just keeps changing it back but we are open Monday through Saturday 8am to 9pm then Sunday’s 10am to 7pm. I just want to give a shout out to our amazing customers!!! I take my baby boy Atticus here all the time. They employees LOVE him. He's a young German sheperd. Been taking him here since he was 4 months old. Blessed to have such an amazing food selection. Victor dog food is the best honestly. My GSD is high performance high protein and he does amazing on it. And the kitties are the best too. Everyone here. Just amazing. Same with grooming. Never had an issue. :) the kind employees also walked my dog out to my car and another one carried the dog food. SO CONSIDERATE. Cause Atticus is crazy LOL

I used to bring my dog here to be groomed. One time she was not groomed well, I don’t even think he bathed her, but when I brought this up to the manager, they regroomed her for free. They have most pet supplies you’ll be looking for. Very friendly staff and clean store.

I have been going there for the past 2 year and love the staff. There growers are amazing and I highly recommend.Just be careful to not to leave your dog's in the car or the employees will give you a hard time for not letting them give your Puppies lots of love. love thus store.

Had my dog groomed, the groomer did awful job. She took him so shirt it looked like he was hairless. Then lied and said he was matted , I had brushed him the night before, he was not.

I take my dog here to have his nail ground, because clipping make them split and snag the carpet and furniture. Anyway they always do such a good job and are so nice to Blu, and they are quick,never have been there longer than 10 or 15 minutes waiting for them to finish and they bring him right to me. Really happy with there groomers

I’ve waited a few days to think this through before posting. We have been bringing our pups here for groom and nails for a year now. The service has typically been friendly enough. I called ahead to see if there was a groomer available to get a nail grind for both of my pups. I have two large pups, so it is an adventure for me. I was told to bring them in by one of the groomers, so I loaded up and headed over. When I got there, I unloaded one pup and got to the groomers door. There was a lady in there, but no pup. I waited outside the door to be courteous thinking she was picking up. I stood there for close to 10 minutes as she was just talking. Three groomers were there. One grooming, one sitting, and one at the computer. With large windows and me able to make eye contact, they saw me standing there. The lady finally turned and opened the door to leave, saw me and said she would just call her husband to bring her dogs in. At this point, I walked into the drop off area and stood there for another 5 or so minutes while she chatted away. Not one time did any employee acknowledge that I was even there. Not a, how can I help you or even we’ll be right with you. I have gone in several other times to purchase other items for my pups as well. Normally - I chalk up bad service to a bad day, but this was at 9am, and was just outright ignoring a customer. I believe I’ll find a new place to take my pups.

Would give 0 stars if available. Had an appointment at 9 am for a very small dog for a full groom I would think when making appointments they would allow for how much time it will take to do each dog instead of trying to do 4 dogs all at once. I waited 3 hours for my dog !! It normally takes 1 hour !! Not happy at all and will not bring my baby back here !

Amazing groom shop. Thanks for taking care of my babies. You can tell Shelby and Amber love there job. They are great with my dogs. Great price and love the Bows and bandanas. Brian (maybe the manager)was also great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. My dogs love it here.

The people were great 👍 they clipped my fur baby Beefy's nails in a timely manner and it was reasonable priced. Then the male associate I didn't get his name was so nice as well and even helped me out with fitting my baby for his harness and even put it on for me and adjusted it to his size. They were very professional and answered all of my questions when asked. They were knowledgeable about the products as well. Everyone that worked in that store today on Monday 08/23/2021 deserves a raise just tbh. I wish more places had such professional employees. Kudos to pet sense...we will be back.

Went in today Nov. 9th, 2018. Had the hardest time finding a good senior cat food at other retail locations. Sherry P. The general Store manager was absolutely awesome! Very friendly made a great choice for my cat Cheeto. He has had some stomach problems and a bit of gum issues as well. She was very informative and hes handling the food quite well. He is usually a very picky eater.Thank you Sherry for your help! Love The store and very well taken care of. Great customer service will be coming back!

The staff here are always top notch and willing to help with any questions you may have about the products they have (or don’t have). It’s a little pricey compared to other stores, but they have higher quality products and service. Thankful that we have Petsense!

As I watched two teens walk across the parking lot from 3 stores away... the two teens enter and a worker steps out and immediately ask if he can help them find something. I'm like WTH? Booked a grooming appointment a few days ahead online for a nail trim at 6pm. Received email confirmation and waited 15 minutes in an empty grooming salon only to be told everyone had gone home. Not a bad store. They're convenient and carry Merrick dog food. Customer service is sometimes great and sometimes meh. Sometimes you're greeted right away, other times you need to find someone. My biggest complaint is not one of the chews for dogs that they carry is made in the USA. I spent about 20 minutes one day with an employee trying to find a rawhide type of chew for my dogs and none of them were made here. With all the issues with illness and deaths from food, treats and chews made in China, you would think a pet store wouldn't even carry them. So i either drive a half hour or order online.

Did a good job on my collie/ Pyrenees very difficult fur to deal with. I commend groomer for her patience. My dog left relaxed. I've taken her elsewhere in the past and my dog was upset for 2 weeks.

They fish were kept in tiny little round bowls. I feel sad for them. Please don't ever put your fish in a rounded bowl, it messes with their vision. Also, a little bowl is not an appropriate size for a fish. These fish were kept in something even smaller than a fish bowl. This is sad. Pet stores need to do a better job at taking care of fish. Stop selling little small cages for hamsters and more when they need more. Stop keeping fish in the wrong size tank. Do better.

Sherry is very kind, and you could tell actually enjoys her job. The other old, gray haired lady, Donna, was rude. If I were the owner of the dog she was working on, it would not have been pretty. She was jerking the dog, and was handling the dog roughly. Maybe I am just too sensitive when it comes to dogs-but I will never go back to that place again.

This store will not do refunds without a receipt the only thing they will do is issue you a store credit so people hang on to your receipts even if they tell you yes we will take it back they Are lying to you because they told me the same thing I bought a tie out stake never screwed into the ground my husband came home and said it would not hold my dog so I took it back to the store only to be told that they would not give me my money back. I will not be going back to the store ever again they just lost out about $80 a week on dog food all because because the manager I spoke with Is A Jerk.
