We just got a new washing machine delivered today. Angel and Kevin were the best delivery guys we have ever met. They were so professional, friendly, and careful. We purchased all appliances from Lowes but the delivery was not that smooth. We bought Maytag dryer that had a steaming option 10 months ago and the delivery guys said we had to call plumber to get it installed. They couldn’t do it for us. It was in my mind since then so I asked Angel if he had any recommendations for plumber because we still have to get the water hose connected to the dryer. He said that was not true. The delivery guys should be able to do it for you. You don’t need a plumber to do that. Yes…Angel did it for us! Wow…he is truly an angel walking on earth. Thank you again for going above and beyond! You guys deserve a 5-stars review.

Within a year we have had to order two different appliances from here. A washer and a refrigerator. Each time we pay for delivery and disposal of previous appliance. The ordering process is easy and quick. The delivery people both times were amazing. They have went above and beyond, especially for our fridge. They had to take our door off to take the old one out, and I swear our door works even better now. 😂.We have a wild toddler that wants to be everyone's friend and they were so sweet to him.I will always suggest Lowe's and their delivery.

I asked the gentleman (child) working the "self chechout" if I were to purchase a trailer, would there be any issues getting it (as they are understandably locked). Was told there would be no problem at all.. After paying 1100 for a trailer, guess what... Nobody has a key to unlock it. Waited 45min outside beside the trailers just to be told "there's only one key and NOBODY knows where it is".. I left and returned to store later that evening (assuming someone would show up with a key to unlock the trailer I had purchased).. Still no key, and NOTHING THEY COULD DO.. I'm not sure which part was worse, the child just STANDING there as the customers scan there items and tells me there "would be no issue if you purchase a trailer", or if it was the lack of urgency and concern regarding the issue of getting my trailer unlocked by WHOEVER HAS THE KEY, or if it was the attitude I received from the other children at customer service as they RUSHED through my refund. Either way, a horrible experience from start to finish. I've shopped this location for 20 years and it has quickly become a JOKE of a home improvement store. This was it for me. ZERO stars should be an option... They take 'lack of ACCOUNTABILITY' to another level and I'd be embarrassed to call them my employees. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE TRIP TO SPRING HILL!!!

Let people know on the front end where seams will be OR if they can even cut the size that you need BEFORE taking money. I had to pay in full for stoneworld (not lowes) to tell me that the people that Lowes uses can't cut the slab for our island that is 72inches (and needs a 1 inch over hang on both sides). Then the refund lady was so rude. I told her I did not want to process a refund because I may go ahead with part of the projection. She kept arguing with me so I told her I do not authorize a refund and hung up. She still refunded me the money. Also, I didn't receive the email stating I paid my deposit (almost a month after the fact) and received an email that I had paid in full (almost a week after I had done so) until I talked to someone at Lowes letting them know it was a problem. This should've been told to me at the consultation and quote stage. So now I am out the discounted price and have to start from square one of my whole process. Lowes wasted 3 months of time and took 120 dollars to measure my space that they cannot provide material for. Not only am I out the time and money, I now have to pay double the price AND pay for measuring again because they would not give me a copy of the drawing that I paid for. Also, other companies are not running the sales that would apply to my countertops. I would not recommend Lowes for countertop services or any future projects.

This is not my normal Lowes I go to but my normal one that's close by didn't have what I needed in stock. The store is laid out a little different than what I'm used to but I still found everything I was looking for. A couple times I had an employee asked if they could help me find anything, which was nice. The store was clean and the lady at the checkout was nice.

Clean store. Very friendly clerk at the Self Scan ( I RARELY do Self Scan registers) The line I was in was not self scan but rather busy. The clerk came by me and said shed be happy to help me at the self scan. I had to get gift cards before finishing at the register and she watched my things and took care of ringing up the cards. I wish I got her name because she deserves recognition! The store had exactly what I needed and they were simple to locate. Very pleasant shopping experience! 🎄

This poor rating is not reflective of Columbia location per se but corporate in general. Do NOT buy flooring from them. I had a premature failure of a carpet and after exhausting all sources of contact I was told it was out of warranty and no one could help me. Carpet should not fail in two years after spending that much money. I will not trust Lowes with my money anymore. Lowes- please do not say sorry and to contact customer service unless you provide a specific person who can help. I did that and was told they only can help with returns within 90 days. Lowes does not stand behind what they sell. GET YOUR FLOORING ELSEWHERE!!

I just tried to return a Kobalt 40 torx socket at the Columbia Lowes. Was told that I had to bring the entire set back. But I don't have the entire set.Harbor Freight will replace any single socket or tool of any kind no questions asked. I will never buy another Kobalt tool. Unless Harbor Freight starts selling them.

We have had several wonderful experiences in the appliance departmentat the Lowe’s in Columbia TN. Colby Lowe is the associate that has helped us both times. He is quick, knowledgeable, multitasking and a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I are very pleased. Thanks Lowe’s and thank you Colby Lowe. Just realized the name coincidence!T.B&R.B.

Hunter in paint Was a pleasure to speak with not only was he knowledgeable of the products I ask about he he offered new information on other products that I had not considered . I purchased this product and will put them to good use and write a review on them as soon as I'm done. Thank you for the customer service experience!I also visited the garden department looking for fencing I got the fence defense and I am driving home with these beautiful flowers .

I ordered carpet on November 4th they had to come out 3 different times to install it becouse they kept on sending me the wrong size of carpet well Jan 10th and I guess 4 times is a charm supposedly jan 17 th they will attempted to come out again, they ruined my christmas along with the happiness of getting new carpet,

Don't take your Dewalt tools here for warranty work. They had my drill for 3 weeks and when I went to check in on it they told me they don't do Dewalt warranty. Worst part was is the gentleman who brought me my drill and told me this was acting like it was my issue. Unprofessional

Arrive here for a drop off .. it’s a locked gate blocked the entrance and it’s seem to be the only entrance to the location ….. small lot at the Office Depot probably can park overnight and it’s look like a Walmart across the street

We bought a washer and dryer and it was delivered on a Wednesday….after hooking them up the washer did wash but would not spin. I called Lowe’s and they directed me to the delivery team. The delivery team/customer service said we will have someone call you tomorrow to set up another delivery. The next day I called back and they said we can deliver a new washer and pick up the old one on Saturday. Saturday comes and they come and get the old one but did not deliver the new one so again, I get on the phone with customer service/warehouse and they said we do not do swap outs anymore and we can deliver this on Monday. Monday comes and we are still not on the delivery and they now say it will be delivered Tuesday. They have the worst communication internally and lost our business for life

The only reason this place is still in business is because Home Depot is so far away.Buy carts, I counted 3 flat lumber carts for the entire store.Hire some cashiers, shouldn't have to wait 25-30 mins for one cashier at the lumber desk EVERY time while the pro desk people sit at their stool like they own the place.

Just had an amazing experience with an older fellow named Ken in the Columbia Tennessee store He helped me out with choosing the right sander and finding me a great special on a free impact wrench with the purchase of the same battery and charger that I needed for the sander. I wish every employee was like this gentleman! Hopefully somebody in upper management sees this and gets this guy, a gift card or something for his exemplary service.

We shop at Lowe’s regularly because we are building a house. We usually go in the evenings on weekends. We found the most wonderful employee. His name is Jimmy and he is a veteran. No matter what you need he will help you with a smile on his face. We go there now because of him. I hope Lowe’s knows what a great asset he is to their company. Thank you Jimmy!

This location needs some attention; a number of the displays are always empty and even when the inventory shows stock; it can’t be found. My disappointment in the last year or so has been the removal of the benches inside. Once some normalcy returned after the lockdown; it became apparent that the benches had gone away. There had been one by the paint desk and another near the pro desk . Today I saw only one stool at the pro desk. Having gone through hip replacement there are times when I want to sit while my husband shops. And I can’t do that anymore. Unless it’s when there is patio furniture on display lol. People shop in pairs and sometimes one of us would like to sit and wait. I see this as a lack of courtesy for your customers. And please do better when it comes to stock. I do check ahead of time and am greatly annoyed when there is no help and no explanation as to why the bin is empty. And someone in corporate needs to make sure that the description of an item online is accurate. I purchased an outdoor bin from store stock relying on the information online. I got it home and found it was 5” shorter than as described. Returned it. Tried to explain why but the clerk wasn’t interested.
