I needed assistance loading my cart with bottled drinks, plus help pushing the cart to the register & also assistance unloading those many drinks into my car, as I had major shoulder surgery the end of October.The lady in customer service was very understanding & most accommodating. She paged for assistance for me & the super nice man was incredibly prompt, such a friendly person, he was truly wonderful! His name was Eric & he definitely needs commended for just how marvelous he really is & for his superb treatment to Kroger's customers!I was beyond impressed & he made me feel so valued & his genuine concern for me was so heartwarming indeed!I will always cherish this experience!For all of your grocery shopping needs this Kroger is the place to go!

JACOB IN THE PRODUCE SECTION IS THE BEST! Every time I visit this Kroger, Jacob in the produce section goes above and beyond to be helpful and absolutely makes my day. 10/10 recommended going to this Kroger and this Kroger only JUST for Jacob in the produce section. I got 2 products that were 20 DAYS out of code. I understand accidents or overlooking because we are all human, BUT.. this is not the 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd time this has happened here. It is not my job to look at every code for every item I buy. How wild. That would take me 3 plus hours of shopping to do. I have a household of 5, who has that time? And if the excuse is short handed or no employees then this company needs to get their corporate greed together and hire for a damn liveable wage, because this is absolutely ridiculous. My household is fed up.It's not just the in store purchases either. The pick up orders are awful always something missing every time. I've gone back in and the item was there. What's the point of a pick up order if you aren't doing the job? And that's almost every time as well. I hate to write a review, but I've reached out to the store manager several times. Yes he's nice, but nice isn't anything if nothing is done or changes. It's just a fake face if nothing is done. On top of it the online agent was even worse. So passive and didn't show any action or concern. I could have gotten so sick. I just needed a refund at this point to take my business elsewhere, because a company that doesn't care does not need to be supported.

It's one of my favorite Krogers. The store is very neat and clean. They stayed stocked pretty well. As an instacart shopper, this store is my favorite to shop at in Columbia because I have to replace less than other grocers around meaning my customers are happier getting exactly what they asked for, the employees seem happy and satisfied with their jobs and are more than happy to help, and it's usually a quick and easy experience for me due to the store being stocked and tidy, which puts more money in my pocket.Thank you, guys, for taking pride in your store and job. tried to get some sandwich meat sliced at deli. Apparently there’s only one person in Kroger that can slice deli meat. And they were on break indefinitely. was told to come back in a half hour. After being told they’ll be back in a half an hour and they were not. i’m glad kroger doesn’t care about customer service anymore because they are doing a piss poor job of it.

Well Kroger's bought out Albertsons assembly down there to second largest chain behind walmart. That being said I would put Publix in whole foods above these two stores for buying fresh items. You can still buy stuff in cans or frozen goods or in plastic bags but producing milk and stuff does not hold up as well as and other stores like Publix and whole foods.

Random, but the young woman working the self-checkout area at noon on 8/20/23 absolutely made my day for being so kind and genuine to me. She wouldn’t have known, but it was a horrid day for me and her act of kindness for no other reason than just to be kind did more than she will ever know. I can only hope I can do the same as her for others and be as good of a person as her one day. Thank you stranger!

Location on James Campbell is too bright, way too hot, restrooms hot with no toilet paper or paper towels, INTERCOM TOO LOUD AND DISTURBING " MUSIC/SINGING" choices are horrible, most mgmt aren't fit, good employees run off or done dirty, bad employees that guests despise are kept to make life hell and drama on good employees. Kroger wastes money on big shopping carts and doesn't have enough small and accessible carts. Kroger constantly reorganizes where it doesn't make sense to put things, just stupid; I'll go elsewhere to shop that cares about guests before I play stupid games. Kroger constantly WASTES money on new, horrid self check-out scanners that don't work, and can't read ink on clearance items, They ONLY good self checkout scanners had an upper level rack and a lower revolving wheel; BRING THEM BACK. Kroger doesn't listen to guests or good employees and comply when problems are brought to their attention that need to be addressed; Kroger doesn't do good employees or guests right, doesn't pay well enough, and messes up employees pay. Nashville Hwy location is AWESOME!

This is easily one of the worst Kroger's have ever stepped in, dirty, no one works . The pharmacy can NEVER do anything correctly . The management at this Kroger doesn’t care either. Wife and I tried to talk to the management about a guy picking his nose while stocking produce;I mean digging and hacking, not covering his mouth. The manager looked high (even asked if he was paying attention)and didn’t even care about the name of the person. I mean…. I didn’t even know how to respond to his lack of caring.Google wanted me to give an update and well, is anyone working on the pharmacy

Self checkout is disgustingly cramped. But the line for the cashiers is 3+ people deep. I minimize the times I go here. Go somewhere else if you can. Otherwise, it's an okay Kroger's.

I've changed my mind due to the pharmacy. The lack of customer service which leads to hour long check out times. Kroger headquarters pushing pharmacist to due all these flu shots on top of the copious other shots, leaving no time for their actual job. ETA moving from 3 hours to now reflecting days from being filled. The revolving door of service techs and their judgment tone on reading my medical information. Finally the issues with the app which I don't reflect on them or this location.Love this place! Easy lay out, friendly employees, and low price. Everything you need right here on the north side of town without habing to go to Wal-Mart. If you use the Kroger Card, it has endless deals to fit a budget. Mail store coupons on top of the digital manufacturer coupons waiting to be uploaded to your card. Never miss a chance to try a product with the FREE FRIDAY coupon they offer to all their loyalty card members. After you save all you can inside, you go get gas to see even more chance to save while at the pump. Even use your cent off per gallon at a Shell station if your not by Kroger's. This place is a couponers dream.

Overcrowded store with narrow aisles and only one cashier open. When I tried to use my reusable bag, it fried the self-checkout brain, and the line got even longer while I waited for assistance. They make it even harder to avoid another plastic bag.

Was supposed to get my groceries yesterday at 7pm and got a call saying they needed to move my pickup time to the next day anytime after 10am. They said come at anytime and let the store know you are there. So that’s exactly what I did and I ended up waiting for two hours and left the store with no groceries. I talked to 3 different employees who had stopped by my car asking for my name and saying they’d have my order out. Once it hit the 2 hour mark, I called the store and talked to an employee in the pickup area. I was told they had an employee shortage and something had happened with their system the day prior. I was then told I had to come back at 4pm if I wanted my groceries today. My order was already almost a day late, I had been there for 2 hours waiting, and I was told that was the only way I’d get my groceries today. If I didn’t call, they would have let me sit out there for another 3 hours! Ridiculous. I understand an employee shortage and system problems. I don’t understand them not responsibly taking care of the orders they had to move from the day before and letting me wait for hours with no call.

All the fuss about who makes supervisor like the position comes with more pay. Or has a promising future. Even teenagers see the need to have two jobs. Scratching my head now regarding me encouraging my daughter to stay. Started asking myself did I make the right decision. All the employees are happier now that Kathy is gone. Never seen a time like this adults literally hating on the very capable young adults. Every corporation should want to Mold their young employees on how to run things open to close. Not all of them have the know how. Focus on having a fully stocked and fully staffed store. Stop all the childish non sense and keep the right amount of registers open 😊

Has gone way down hill since covid and curbside pickup . only 1 or 2 lanes open they want you to self check . prices are sky high . never and store products in stock except can veggies n fruits . 4 bags of groceries 100 bucks out the door

Any given Saturday morning at about 9 o'clock: 700 customers, 1 checkout lane (if that), no bagger, and two upper level employees chatting within a few feet just sitting there looking at me and the 5 customers in line behind me. Kroger, come on. You've raised the prices 25+%, don't force me to work here for free too. It's fine, make me ring up my own groceries, and bag 'em too. Just give me an employee discount.

Something needs to be done with this Kroger - every time I go in no matter what time of day it is there are lines backed up to the very back of the store because there’s only one cashier open. Grabbing two items should take about 5 minutes not 30 to 45 minutes because I have to stand and wait to check out for that long.
