What a great place! Forgot what a cool place it is. Cashier said that every guy who comes in says it's his favorite toy store and I agree! Plenty of handy stuff at good prices. The help at the store is pleasant and fun. Gotta do some Christmas shopping for the boys!

Felt discriminated at the fact that they couldn’t help me with out no receipt and they never asked me for my phone number when I came in to purchase a socket set $120. When I came in to return the socket set I returned it in perfect condition and they didn’t want to help me at all. So I called customer support for the receipt that itself was a hassle. Later on I came back with the receipt and they still made it difficult to give me the full refund. They tried charging me a refund fee even though the set was in perfect condition NEVER USED. What made my experience worse was there was another customer with out the receipt or phone number returning a product and they immediately helped them. I talked to management about the situation and they still did nothing about the situation. All in all I felt discriminated at the fact they didn’t want to help me at all from the beginning and they didn’t want to give me the full refund even though I had full proof of the transaction and the set was in perfect condition NEVER USED

Great staff, friendly and quick to help you find something, most are knowledgeable about their products and can get you what you need to do the job right for the right price as well. The price has to be the best second best part, because the lifetime warranties on their hand tools and the hassle free return process associated with it is by far the best part. Even the Snap On guy will try to hassle you a bit on how you broke it, the people at harbor freight know when you break something, you need a new one and probably need it now, no time to file a claim, or send something back to the manufacturer, just go home that day with a new one.

This one isn't too bad. Stuff is always stocked most of the employees are helpful and it's clean enough for a harbor freight.

Some stock issues, otherwise great. Lowest cost brands they have for the product you're looking for should be avoided if you need to get a tough job done (or multiple jobs with the same item) but I like the low cost items for the most part. Middle of the road cost items work well for multiple uses. Highest cost items can easily go up against all the major brands out there.

Good place to find most parts and supplies you might need around the house or for your vehicle or usually without much of a wait. Again I would like to just say I don't like the restocking fee charges that they apply but I guess there's a reason for a lot of people buy stuff and bring back after they use it I wish people would be more honorable so that stores did not have to be less honorable.

My experience at this harbor freight was appalling to say the least i have never felt more vulnerable and discriminated against an employee outright refused to help me with my transaction when returning a socket set i thought we left discrimination in the okden times i guess not

Love harbor freight, especially for hand tools! I was informed by the helpful staff here a lot of the screw drivers, and electrical hand tools have life time warranties, I've been getting these products for years, and never new, when u run a construction crew this place is a inexpensive way to get basic tools for your guys that you don't have to give your first born for! Store was clean a orderly and staff was extremely helpful!

My son shops there often and loves it. I don't need most of what they sell, as a retired woman! But my husband occasionally buys from them and likes what he buys. The 5 stars are based on their response; I was just with them.

I love the prices and deals! It is nice to have a store in a smaller town like Columbia, TN. I live in a much larger city, and we only have one there! The Columbia location is very convenient, and I visit and buy items often when I am visiting.

The staff is friendly and kind. But the products are miss sized and barely usable. I would only buy very select tools from here. Nothing sized. Be sure to keep your receipts and double check it's operation before you leave or before you throw away the box or receipts.

Tools of every kind. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not sure of quality of tools but they are priced cheap. Wanted to buy a gantry crane but didn't keep them in stock and wanted me to pay ahead and call me when it came in but no definite date when it would be there so I had to pass on that purchase. Did purchase a few items though.

Really enjoy shopping at my local Harbor Freight store. Lots of goodies to checkout, some new tools and other items, etc. Generally can get in and out quickly and staff is friendly and helpful with questions.

It's harbor freight great place to buy any kind of hand tools, with a lifetime warranty, and lots of other stuff however usually only have one clerk at checkout, and if you buy any electrical tool expect for it to die after you finish the job then you'll either be pleasantly surprised or happy it finished that one job before it died, air tools are about the same but at least harbor freight doesn't have a problem refunding as long as you keep your receipts overall I love harbor freight,

Horrible freight. Spend alot of money here and the one time there employees don't ask for a phone number and I need a warranty on a quality Daytona 3ton jack they won't do it but will warranty anything else in the store without a receipt. Just have to find out else where to buy a lifetime warranty, Jack. Ps. Jack has a 1 - or 2-year warranty on it, whichever one you buy, but because they never asked for a phone number, they can't warranty
