ALWAYS closed at random times throughout the day. Sign on the door says sorry for the inconvience. Girl opened the door and told me “sorry I am the only one here so we are closed”I met four other people in the parking lot trying to go in and shop too. They had the same complaint. You never know if they are going to be open. You should close this store. Maybe put in a Dollar General. I never seem to have a problem running into a DG.

I was in this store today asking a simple question and out of no where this woman snapped at me I assume she was a manager of some sort ,Then she commenced to walking out the door to have a smoke break with another employee,I felt I was treated like I was trash over nothing,she however needs to look in the mirror herself. If this is how you run your stores I'm sorry for the patrons who come in here to shop,you don't deserve this 1 star.

I visited the Columbia, TN Family Dollar on March 17, 2020. The temporary manager was extremely rude to thepoint of saying she would lock the doors in the middle of the day and other unnecessary comments. Most unprofessional si xalled manager I've ever seen.I will never shop there again. People, go to Dollar General. At least you want get your head bitten off by staff members!

It's a dam joke all the employees are nothing but lier's I took a speaker back because it was the wrong one but before I bought it I ask because it was for my granddaughter I think they need to close that place down and the floors are nasty and the bathroom is also

Shelves are alway empty, but product is in crates waiting to be worked!! Cashier standing behind counter with no guest. Visited the store came out with not what I looking for
