Went to purchase a lap top, asked questions about a certain product and it seemed to take forever for the associate to find the answers. Upon returning I was informed that the model I was interested in was out of stock. I believe if an item is not available it should be removed from display or at the very least an out of stock sign should be placed on that item. Far to much time was spent waiting on answers that could have been avoided.

Make sure to ask for Richard. Fabulous person who's quite knowledgeable of the appliances and electronics . If you choose to go thru Acima ask for Madison. The regional director, pretends to care about your decision and after you sign, she changes into someone that makes you feel like you're stupid for calling to ask questions. She doesn't return phone calls and when you reach her she always says, " I was just getting ready to call you". I was thrilled with my purchases but extremely overjoyed to pay it off just so I didn't have to deal with her plus her attitude . She won't tell you about trying to pay everything off within 90 days. I purchased a Midea washer and dryer $799.As well as a laptop $499., so around $1200 right. Well, making payments of $128 every 2 weeks for 24 monthsThe total paid would have been over $ 3,500..!!!!!!!Make sure to look at the final paid out amount and be wary of the over priced extended warranty. ( it may be a necessary evil. Think wisely. Take your time and do the math).Oh yeah, by the way, my washer and dryer are wonderful. They're also quiet.Best wishes.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a midea refrigerator, it leaked loaded it up and changed it out. This one leaked as well. Bought another one and was assured it would be delivered sat. Well apparently the delivery company knew nothing about bringing it!! So now I have a leaking refrigerator and another won't be here till next Saturday!! All they could say is sorry, not acceptable.

I want to thank Richard and Austin for their kind professionalism in selling and programming my recently purchased laptop at the Electronic Express in Columbia, Tennessee. In selling me the laptop, Richard was courteous and patient in answering my questions and recommending the perfect product for my needs. Austin also exhibited the same traits in installing several programs for me. I was most pleased with my experience.

I called the store in Columbia and spoke with a Lady and told her I was handicapped and could not come in the store. I sent my wife in to pay for the item I wanted. She is also handicapped having suffered a stroke. I Was told to go around back to be loaded. The individual around back refused to load it on my small trailer because I couldn't get out to drop the ramp. Told me to just go get my money back. This ###Person was going to load it over the side of the trailer. I will never shop at this place Again. Doug Martin

I bought the LiveFree earbuds. I could not get them to stay in. So today I tried to return them. They refused to do a refund stating sanitary reasons. There is no signage stating for no returns on such items. Steven is the one I spoke with and being so rude and short with me. He stated that the policies of returns are on the website. I had no idea of their website, nor was their policy return told to me when I bought the product. I would not recommend this store for buying anything. Bad customer service!!!

I think this was a great purchase. The only problem with the TV Stand that purchased for my flat screen tv, was the assembly. It was very difficult to put together. The basic instructions were not easy to follow. It took 5 of us to put our heads together to get it done. But at the end it was worth it and my grandmother loves it. I am really thankful that Electronic Express was still carrying this item because everywhere I went they said that they were no longer being made because they were trying to get people to purchase wall mounts, which my 86 year old grandmother was not going for. So, thank you very much electronic express.

This place is a joke they will not cover products they sale but for 30 days . My wife bought a washer and dryer in October and it smells like it is on fire now they want me to contact the manufacturer for repairs. Not them they are straight up wrong for how they do business

Haven't been in this Electronic Express in years. Had a bad odor when we went there, and it kinda looked like a thrift store, to be honest. The lady who helped us was nice, but the rest of the staff looked like they could careless if anyone came in or not. It seemed like the same worker was standing by the outside of the front door smoking. Like before the last time we went there, a bet a year ago, smh dude not everyone wants to smell your cigarette smoke as their walking in or out. Really don't think the owners would want you doing that, that close to the main entrance.

I recently purchased a new home in Columbia and found myself in kind of a rush to purchase a new refrigerator, not realizing how much Biden's inept administration has affected even such seemingly simple things as purchasing such a common product. Anyhow, I contacted Electronic Express in Columbia & spoke to Natalie. I had never dealt with the store before, but I must say, I was very impressed with them from the start. Natalie was very professional & efficient in handling my inquiry and let me know what they had available as well as how the purchase & delivery is handled. I called back a few days later after finding no lower price elsewhere & verified availability. I then went to the store, met with Natalie in person & ordered my fridge. Again, Natalie was very professional & easy to deal with. A few days later, the delivery/installers showed up as scheduled. I wasn't there, but it went very smooth with my wife.Later, I discovered a few minor issues with a shelf & drawer not being very secure, so I called the store to inquire & spoke to Natalie again. She quickly arranged for the installers to return & remedy the problems, which they did. They were great as well, by the way. All 'n all, my experience with Natalie, the installers & the purchase overall were excellent, so II would highly recommend them!

Customer service is awful. I arrived to pick up an order I placed online. When I got in the store, no one greeted me. I waited in line at the front desk where an associate was putting a television back into its box for another customer. Never once did he greet me, ask if I needed help or told me he would be with me soon. (Keep in mind, my order is sitting right there.) Finally, another associate sees me, asks what I need and I tell her. She says she isn’t authorized to do in-store pick ups. She calls out to another associate across the floor, who yells back that he’s busy with another customer. That same associate eventually tried to process the order, but he said the order number had an extra digit and he couldn’t figure it out. Finally a fourth associate comes to help. He was very polite and had no issues processing it. I have no idea why an online order takes four people and fifteen minutes to pick up. A simple “I’ll be right with you” or “so sorry for the wait” would have gone a long ways in all this.

It is sad you buy a 1200.00 computer for college. Not counting that you got a 3 year warranty for 179.00. Let alone when we bought the computer the guy told us we could return it if it was to ever mess up. When something goes wrong with it and they want to send you to another warranty place to get it fixed. But when you buy the warranty they never say anything about sending the computer off to another place. Poor advertisement and service. All they saw was $$sign. You better believe we won't ever buy anything else from this place. I will make sure my family and friends know about this.

Customer Service at its best! Tori went above & beyond to help! I visited the Columbia, Tn location & was pleased from start to finish. Tori spent the time to research what I was looking for & made it happen. I want to include Will, the manager in this review as well.. He and Tori both were very knowledgeable & really great to work with. I will definitely be visiting the Columbia location again! Thank you Tori & Will!!

We were helped by Josh and he was great! He answered all of our questions and made sure we knew exactly what we were buying. He was patient and very knowledgeable on everything. He also didn’t try to push anything on us that we didn’t want. All of the guys were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend working with these guys!

Electronic Express always has exactly what I need and their employees are very helpful and courteous. So far in the past 12 months I've bought 2 TVs and a soundbar and each transaction was very pleasant then I was helped out to my car with the new goods. Say goodbye to Best Buy and give these guys a look, all their inventory is on display so you can test drive before you buy.

Usually you walk in and have sales people offer to help. Not here, we walked in looking for theater seating. Nobody offered to help us. No there weren't a lot of people in the store; there were three people with salespeople. The rest were at the desk doing whatever. We had to ask for help. She, the only female salesmember, said that what we picked was sold. She punched a few buttons told us they were all sold sorry. She then walked away. While walking out of the store we were able to go to the website, found our seating and ordered it. Nobody earned commission. If it hadn't been the exact set I wouldn't have ordered from them. I've never had the absolute ignoring by sales people that I experienced this day. A good sales team would have checked to see if it could be ordered, she did not. In retrospect I'm sorry we bothered her.

Went to Electronic Express today to help my Mother find a new mattress. Natalie Geiger greeted us and took some time to answer all of our initial questions. We explained that we were going to a couple of other places but may be back. After ruling out other options we returned to Electronic Express to find Natalie and purchase our first choice. As we parked to enter the store we saw Natalie in her car leaving.We waved and she rolled down window and explained that she was headed to lunch but promptly agreed to postpone her lunch and come back in to help us. Natalie was patient and helpful and answered all our questions and despite many systems issues, she stuck with us to the end, (about 2 hours) and made sure everything she told us we would receive we did! Everything she did was with joy and patience. I've worked in retail for many years and in my book she exemplified Excellent Customer Service! If I ever go back to Electronic Express in the near future I will only work with Natalie Geiger! Thank you Natalie!!

Bought a CD player not even a year ago with a 2 year extended warranty. CD player was making a buzzing sound with the truck off. Went to the store they wouldn’t even touch it said I had to go through the warranty people. Took the CD player out ourselves took it back to the store with box and receipt still want do anything about it said I had to wait on the warranty people. At this time as a customer this is not on me. I followed all of the stores guidelines yet they will still do nothing about it. This is our 2nd CD player we have purchased from electronic express and both have blown in less than 2 years. I advised everyone to never purchase anything from them they do not care about there customers all they want is your money and they do not back up there product.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our experience at Electronic Express. Loved the fact they were observing social distancing guidelines. But, even with all that being said i CANNOT say enough about Nate. He went above and beyond being helpful and was very knowledgeable about each of the products for which we were shopping. He made it easy and we felt comfortable with our purchases after being utterly confused with the shear number of options we had to choose from lol. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each item and guided us to making an informed decision that fit our budget without being pushy. I highly recommend Electronic Express and we will be making future purchases.

The reason I am scoring the score a 3 is simply due to lack of communication. The online store and actual store should be able to interact as one entity. They DO NOT. If you make an online purchase, the store has ZERO details about your purchase, and can not help you in locating it or tell you when it was shipped. If your item is sitting in the store, and you have Proof of purchase, they can not release the item that you have paid for, due to lack of communication between the two locations. Items ordered online and shipped to stores without giving any knowledge to the store that an item has been paid for. Everything else about shopping experience, pricing and in store customer service while shopping is superb.If you are looking to better your customer service, THIS IS WHERE YOU START.

The router/modem combo that I had played out so after confirming this with my internet provider I started shopping for a replacement. I made a trip to your business to gather information on price range and brands that were recommended, the salesperson was very knowledgeable, helpful and recommended one brand and I left the store to do more research. I confirmed that the product that was suggested was indeed what I was looking for and went back to purchase the product. I went back to the store and picked up the product that I wanted and another salesperson waited on me and asked the question "who is your service provider", I told them and they replied "the router you chose will not work with that provider", they then suggested another brand that was as good as the product that I had chosen, so I purchased it, took it home, installed it and have been satisfied ever since.
