Average wait time to be seen w appointment is 45 min & the 1 time payment for vaccinations is a scam. The catch is you have to pay a 30$ exam fee before they will administer the shots you've already paid for. Not an honest practice

Great vet. My pup decided to drink toilet bowl cleaner and Dr Collier pumped her stomach in house and I know most would have sent her out of town to the emergency vet. Couldn't recommend them enough

I wish they had a infinite star button. My dog Berry got really sick and I brought him in Dr. Derrberry and her team took really good care of him found what it was. He is doing way better. They love how cute he is and he is a big flirt. Thank you all at Eastside Animal Hospital for all that you do for Berry.

The team was awesome. Usually, loki stresses going to the vet and almost in panic mode the whole time. Here the staff made him feel at him feel at home and made feel comfy tbh that's a win for me!!! Thanks everyone!!!

I have taken multiple pets here for routine visits and emergencies as well. The staff is always kind and compassionate, and the vets are excellent at their job. Both Dr. Collier and Dr. Derryberry are great with my cats and have always been helpful no matter what the issue. Highly recommend.

This is the greatest group of animal lovers you will find. Everyone I have ever dealt with has treated me and my fur babies like family. I have been with Eastside since I moved to Columbia 14 years ago.Sherry, Kyla and Tabitha are the best!

A good vet. They were very thorough in checking out our new Pit Bull puppy. They are priced a little on the high side and tend to stretch out their sessions over time which I think could be done in fewer appointments. Over all they are a quality service.

My family has gone to this clinic since we moved to Columbia in the early 2000’s for our pets and their needs and I continued to do so once I had my own cat. I can say the staff is truly wonderful and incredibly helpful! They answered all my questions as a concerned pet parent and took the time to explain what I needed or wanted to know. Their Paws Points program was a great help to me as well when it came time to fix Fae (my cat). This past July I moved for work and recently brought Fae over to live with me. If I could take the vet clinic with me I would, haha! If I ever move back closer to Columbia without a doubt I’ll be coming back here!!

I've been both a client and an intern at this hospital, allowing me a unique perspective on the doctors and technicians. After all the time I've spent there, I feel 100% comfortable leaving my own pets in their care. I have never met a more dedicated, caring, and humorous staff. The technicians take the time to make visits as comfortable as possible for patients and truly care about their well-being. They make it a point to remember client and patient preferences. The doctors are as different as day and night, but both Dr. Collier and Dr. Pardon are EXCELLENT veterinarians who truly care about their clients and patients. They are not out to nickel and dime people, as someone else mentioned earlier. They actually work very hard to make care affordable for clients. And the receptionist? She is THE friendliest person you will ever meet in your entire life. Altogether, this hospital is one of the best around.

This place is an unorganized mess. I made an appointment to take my dog and since I had my son that day I asked about a timeline for new customers, I was assured we would be in and out in 30 minutes. We get there early to fill out the paperwork and we are taken to an examination room immediately which was a good sign. The nurse tells me that they lost my dogs paperwork and would have to call our old vet and get them to fax it again. 20 minutes later someone comes in with some paperwork for me to fill out. I fill it out and wait another 15 minutes for her to come back and get it. When she comes back in she tells me that she will enter my information and the Dr will be in shortly. After about 10 minutes I go out and ask what is taking so long, she tells me they still have to call my old vet to get my dogs records. I start to get a little annoyed at this point. I'm stuck in a hot, stuffy room with my dog and 10 month old and we haven't even started. On top of that any time the door opens you can see 4 employees hanging around reception chatting it up. Finally the Dr comes in and finished the yearly exam and gives my dog shots. 1 hour and 20 minutes after being taken into the exam room we leave. I wish this were the end. When I got home I noticed they did not put her medicine or records in the bag. I called and asked them to fax the records to my groomer (we had an appointment the next morning) and told them I would be by the next day to get my dogs meds. When I get to the groomer the next morning the records had not been sent. I wait at the groomer with my 10 month old and dog for 15 minutes or so for them to send the records. They never send them. The groomer then calls and just asks for verbal confirmation that my dog got her shots. I leave the groomer and drive across town to get the medicine that they forgot to put in our bag. I understand that making mistakes is a part of life and I can overlook them when the person is sympathetic or apologetic but nobody at this vet was. I was not apologized to once throughout this whole process. I won't be going back and I would recommend other people to look for another vet.

If you purchase the lifetime vaccinations they will automatically deactivate your plan if you have not gotten the vaccines within a years' time. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the plan. The staff is nice but it seems the way the clinic is managed intends to take advantage of human nature instead of actually caring for the patient.

Felt I was deceived by their staff. Paid close to $200 for lifetime vaccines, when I went back for what the vet tech told me was "a booster shot" there was a charge for more vaccines and an examination fee. I specifically asked the vet tech if I would have to pay anything for the booster at the time of the first visit and was told no. That wasn't the case because when you sign up for their "lifetime" vaccines the contract says you have to pay for examination fees. By the time you do that you have paid more for their vaccines than your would elsewhere. Because I felt it was somewhat dishonest I asked them to forgo an exam and just give me the vaccine I'd already paid for so we could part ways amicably. They refused. I will never do business with them again and I suggest everyone look closely at their practices before you do.As they say, consumer beware!

I had found a stray dog and she was sick . She was throwing up and pooping blood and wouldn't eat or drink.I brought her in to be seen and was told that she only had 15% chance to live and that she will die in 2-3 days if she's not hospitalized. The cost was $1,500 -$3,000 depending on how long she would get better in the hospital. I am a single mother of three kids and I don't have that kind of money , so I paid the bill of $215 and was told they can have her put to sleep the next day but I would have to pay for it. So I took the dog home and gave her pedialite through a syringe and basically babied her all day and night . Well here we are three months later and she's still alive, very alert, playful and happy puppy. I felt like they just wanted my money and didn't care about the dogs health at all . Theywanted to have her put to sleep! I'm glad I didn't agree with them.

In my opinion, Eastside Animal Hospital is the BEST animal hospital that Columbia, TN has. I was lucky to rotate through this clinic while I was a student at Columbia State. I can tell you that both doctors are amazing with the animals and they both show compassion to every critter that comes through their door...not only to the animals but to the people too! Both the technicians are awesome and I learned so much through them. Oh! can't forget the receptionist...she's pretty amazing too! I would gladly recommend this clinic to anybody because they are AWESOME and because I would know that my animal is in safe hands. :-)

Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Still, felt like I was spending more money per visit than any other vet. Each visit would be no less than $100. Even for a simple yearly check up. Other vets in town offer same procedures with better pricing.
