We have literally spent $100,s in this store at a time and have never had issues. Always great customer service until today. We drive an hour to and from this store to visit and make purchases. Today, we lost track of time and instead of a friendly announcement overhead or a kind reminder of the time, two ladies barge at us yelling we are closed we are closed if you want to buy any of that you need to take it to the front of the store now. Another elderly lady was done the same way. This is absolutely ridiculous and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced here.

So much stuff! I can spend so much money in this store and not mean to LOL. It's easy to do when everything is only a dollar. And it's pretty good quality stuff. I like to peruse the arts and crafts my self. It's a nice store. Not sure if this store has increased their prices the way dollar tree has. I haven't been in a while. I hope not. I'll update when I go back.

Super cute, high quality gift bags. Some really good deals..and I love a good DEAL! Store was in fair condition and the floor was wonky and it was a bit hard not to fall, very uneven. They had a lot of cute stuff and it was differently worth my time to stop and shop there! We will go back😍

They have a large selection of balloons which they fill with their own helium. They have a large variety Kitchen items, stationery items, Party supplies, seasonal supplies and a large variety of craft items.If you like costume jewelry they have it!Need to run in to a dollar store this is locally owned and operated. Often plays Christian or country music on there overhead sound system.

Very inexpensive, nice people. Also balloons!! Very nice ladies that are able to help when you need it, good prices and there are some gems here amoung the everyday objects. Nearly everything in here is one $1.00 or less unlike the dollar general store where everything is way over priced and hardly anything at all cost one$1.00, so why not call the dollar general store, the $10.00 plus general store and it would be closer to the truth. DOLLAR Mart beats the dollar general store by a ratio of 10 to1 every single time. Don't waste your time and money at the dollar general store, come to the Dollar Mart, you'll be glad you did!.

So much stuff for $1. Be aware though that the "Plus" in the name means there are some things that are more than $1. These are clearly marked and range from $1.25 - 2.50.This particular store has a bigger craft section than the Dollar Tree with lots of scrapbooking supplies. It's also a great place for party supplies including helium balloons and other decorative items.

If you need a place to find various household items and crafting supplies that wont break the babk, this is your place. Paint brushes and rollers are very inexpensive and effective. They also sell balloons and fill them on site.

Stopped in there today to pick up batteries for my camera when mine died while having a birthday party for my granddaughter a few doors away. Wasn't expecting them to last forever but took 1 picture and my camera told me to replace the batteries. Put in the other 2 from the 4 pack I purchased and the same thing happened again. As I said, I wasn't expecting them to last for 100 photos but Panasonic batteries, Super Heavy Duty Power, should last for longer than 1 photo per 2 batteries especially when it wasn't even using the flash! Not at all happy with this purchase. The sales clerk who checked out my purchase was very nice which is all I can say for the store. It was a shambles inside. I wasn't even sure about prices until I asked another customer because, unless you know the store, there's no way to know the dollar deal on items. Very disappointing!!!

I would give more stars, but the Manager or Owner doesn't follow though with Customers when Customers send letters requesting a call when they get in certain merchandise. I live 30 miles away from the Columbia Store. Just a quick call from either a manager or a sales associate would have been nice. They do have a lot of great values especially every thing is $ 1.25 per item. Some of their household cleaning products doesn't do much. They change their prices depending on who checks you out. That is not right. I went in 2 with in a week of each other and bought the same items and the same amount and the first time I paid 8 dollars and the second time I paid 6. Whats up with that??

Dollar Mart is great. I love getting the things I need an affordable price. I can always count on finding items that I can use. Not to mention balloons for parties and decorations. They're the best place to go 2.

I will never ship there again, it's back to Dollar General for me. Snarky employees and just not as good quality as the general. You get what you pay for! Employees were more interested in their phones than helping customers. Worst customer service skills I have seen. I shant be back!

I was harrassed about my service dog by a woman who had no name tag and no identification showing she works there and in a red Chief's t-shirt that looked like she had slept in it.. She was EXTREMELY rude and did NOT KNOW the ADA laws, and tried to say she could ask me to leave when I told her there was only 2 questions she could ask me.. Then after I had a different employee (who was very nice and apologetic) checked me out and I left the store she followed me out and took pictures/video Of me and my vehicle as we were leaving.

Has several items other dollar stores dont have but lady doing balloons was absolutely HATEFUL! Even to the point I asked her if she was having a bad day or just didnt like me.If I hadnt needed the items in less than an hour, I would have definitely shopped around somewhere else. Wont be back unless absolutely have to.

I'm giving 1 star because i went to the Columbia location and they don't allow you to use the restroom. We are paying customers and can't even use the restroom? "Because it's in the back of the store with the stock" plenty of stores are the same way and guess what? They allow you to go ... fred's for example. I have 4 small kids who go with me shopping and after looking stopping for so long at least 1 has to go ... i have to sit my cart aside just to take them down to kroger then come back. I don't want to give my money to a place like that, so i will stick with Dollar Tree unless i absolutely need something from Dollar Mart.

This place has all the party supplies you'll ever need for any birthday party or event you want to put together Its like a dollar tree but some items are over a few dollars but not too much and better party selections.There balloons you purchase here are blown up here as well with helium here and they have balloons for every occasion and party supplies on almost every aisle.

Great place to get card's & other items at a more than reasonable price. I stop at the Dollar Mart Plus store everytime I'm in Columbia, because it's a fun place to explore & find oddball stuff.
