Worst pharmacy ever... Truly so very bad. 40 minute wait at the pharmacy and still didn't get my medicine. Had one prescription sent in Monday, it is now Friday and still not filled, even after receiving a text saying it was ready. The Pharmacist said they've been "busy." Never heard of a pharmacy taking so long to fill a normal, generic, common medication.

The staff at this pharmacy tries to help but pharmacist David is rude. I feel like they are overworked and he is always stressed and is not very helpful.

Nashville highway Cvs - Columbia tn-My three year old son is sick we didn’t get out of the doctor until almost six at night , got to the pharmacy and gave his prescription and my daughters they put it in the computer right in front of me and told me to give them 20-30 mins max I said ok and went back outside and waited with my kids for about 30-35 mins to give them enough time when I finally go back in , the man then decides to tell me oh well we didn’t have the amoxicillin for your son , so I sent it over to the other pharmacy but I’m sure you want it tonight so I can give it back to you .I said go ahead and send it . Bc in my mind it’s already to late to go anywhere else and the fact you make us put our numbers on there so you could have told me when I was standing there for ten mins that y’all didn’t have it or called me while I was outside to let me know so I could have drove to the other one while waiting for the other medications to be getting done no you wait five mins until closing time to tell me this . LIVID THEN- Trotwood Columbia tn Cvs- I decided well they didn’t get it until this morning so I’m gonna wait to pick it up now I remind you they sent it last night , here it is 3:55 pm and I go in and sat in line for 35 mins being patience for them to tell me oh it’s not ready yet give us 30 mins . You have had this all day. Now my 3 yr old is going without his medication again bc there is no communication no where and apparently have workers in there that have no idea what they are doing they need to get there self together . Bc when it comes to my sick children that is nothing to play with . DO BETTER ! Or get better employees!!

We sat in line like 25 minutes for 4 cars. When we got up there I told the lady my information and she went to get it. Well she was gone and gone then I see her coming back and she walked past the window. This happened 2 or 3 more times. In the meantime we're watching 2 women working at the counter filling prescriptions. The one closest to the window was tossing bottles around and counting pills putting them in a bottle then tossing it over towards the middle. Finally I see the one searching she comes over between this 2 and bend down like she's looking under the table. And that's when she comes up with my bottle of amoxacillion. She comes to the window and bags it up. I said looks like y'all are having problems today. She just ignored me and put the medicine out the window. I've never seen it so unorganized.

Heather was so helpful and kind! She stayed late to make sure I had what I needed! We talked on the phone several times and she called the doctor’s office on my behalf more than once, I really appreciate her!

Waited in line for about 20 minutes (3 cars) For a prescription that was called in two hours prior. The woman at the drive thru said “it’s not ready. We just received it. Try back in twenty minutes”. Honestly they’re just so overwhelmed busy and short staffed. Gotta find a new one

Dropped of a prescription at 140pm and asked when would you like to pick up. We said it is from an emergency room visit so need ASAP. They said very busy one hour. Went home and had one dose from ER. Came back at 745pm. Yes 6 hours later and told two are not ready can we come back in 15 min. Lady was rude when I said we dropped this off over 6 hours ago. We've been busy sir. Really???? FYI Walgreens is just a min up road. I mention because that is now where I will be going from now on.
