I just had to add this review today because I am Soooooo Happy!!! I had run out of my favorite Red Seedless Grapes, and I was REALLY hoping Walmart had some!!!! I stopped in that section first before making my usual trek through the store. To my dismay I found none! BUT I left Walmart smiling from ear to ear because I stopped back in that section before leaving to checkout AND GUESS WHAT!!!???I saw a few employees in that area talking, so I asked this WONDERFUL WOMAN if by chance there were any red grapes in the back, because I saw green grapes being presented. She exited to the back, and within minutes she was like Wonder Woman pushing a variety of produce, BUT on top were RED SEEDLESS GRAPES!!!She made my Day!!!!I wish I had gotten her name!!!!Thank You so much, You know who YOU ARE!!!!Walmart’s Wonderful Wonder Woman!!!!!💜💜💜

I needed to pay for items at checkout but the lines were too long upfront. I went back to electronics where I shopped my first item, to check out and was denied. The same gender couple being serviced in front of me was kindly offered to check out all of their items along with their electronics items although they refused the offer and stated that they had more shopping to do.I on the other hand was denied service after I stood in line. I have never been refused to checkout at any department with none weighing items until today. I feel like Rosa Parks right now because I was made to go to the back of the bus by a Caucasian human; meaning I was made to get back in line, check myself out, only for the self checkout machine to stop me, accusing me of stealing an item worth $0.76 that I had already scanned. For several reasons I have been discriminated against. My purchase time was 13:23:12. Register #29In addition to that I have disabled plates on my car for a reason. Sitting in my writing this review because I’m in too much physical pain to drive off just now. I’m really feeling like my money isn’t good here and that is a major problem in 2024.🤦🏽‍♀️

A clean well spaced store. It is kept looking newer despite being an older store. I know the staff is caring and hard working always. I like the extra bit of variety they seem to offer at this location. I did also see the stranger things vegan chicken nuggets that are so very delicious and worthy of a meat eaters critique. I have not tried the pizza by stranger things but hear it is most tasty also. I am sure I will give this store another visit before my stay here is over.

I think the people here don’t care about keeping their jobs because I just left there and there were giant lines of carts just blocking peoples cars in which is very stupid and the worse thing is there was NOBODY doing anything about it, I didn't see one employee outside even trying to move them I had to get out of my car to push them out of the way they could’ve scratched my car when I was trying to leave. Please DO NOT go to this walmart any other walmart in collierville for a better experience but I guess if you want to get stuck in a walmart parking lot for an hour you can go to this one.

i waited OVER TWO hours for my pick up order. I had cold stuff. I saw people getting their orders that had arrived AFTER i did. DO NOT RECOMMEND. i will not be doing it anymore. I did this because I work over 40hrs a week and have limited time to get things done when im off. I thought this would be the quickest way. I WAS WRONG. shame on you walmart.

The young man who brought my purchases to my truck, "Dev", is an excellent customer facing representative for your company. Mr Dev has outstanding customer service etiquette and is very personable. This young man has a bright future in whatever career he pursues with his very approachable demeanor and positive attitude. Great experience for me as I am usually not the one who does the pick-up of groceries. Thank you kindly, Dev, I appreciate you!

I would give -1 star if I could! IF YOU’RE PICKING UP A UBER EATS ORDER, AVOID! They do NOT prioritize online orders AT ALL! I waited over an hour and I seen 3 NEW SET of cars that came AFTER me. Why offer orders for UberEats and not prioritize us and value our time? Full of bull!

Made a order on line got a txt stating order was ready get there sit 20 min call #was told 10 people ahead of me I could've went inside and waited in line if that was the case. Walmart nees several workers foe pick up they are deceiving saying they will be right out walmart is one of the worst stores.treat your employees right then you will have good help. Knowing hundreds of people order on line then Walmart have 2 people working pick up why customers have to wait so long its terrible

Don’t expect a quick pick up when you order groceries. Ppl order giant tvs, and grills to be picked up and apparently loaded into their trucks….and that takes FORVER! The past few weeks have been getting slower and slower with only Kenny working. He’s doing his best but when ppl wait 45 mins or over an hour, this service is not worth it. Aldi never has a long wait…btw. Walmart, hire more ppl, or don’t allow as many ppl to order in one time frame. This wait is insane.

This has to do specifically with the store operator. I tried calling so I could be transferred to sporting and hunting goods to ask if they have an item before I drive 30 minutes. The phone was either left ringing (for up to 10 minutes at one point) or they would answer and immediately hang up. I just wanted to be directed to another area of the store I couldn’t call myself. Online isn’t reliable for whether what I needed was in stock- I was told by multiple stores when I went and they said they were out- so I needed to call to confirm. Yet I cannot confirm because I can’t get a single dang employee on the phone, shipping and delivery has been the only one to answer and they can’t really assist, I don’t blame them for that. I’m just tired of this, it’s a simple ask. Jeez

They are always fully stocked as opposed to the location closest to my home. Friendly and helpful employees. Not enough cashiers but this location is heavily equipped with self check stations. When I have spent 45 minutes shopping and have a basket full of items I really don’t want to self check. That’s the only thing negative about this location.

You guys shouldn't be allowing people to park in pick-up unless they're picking up. You had a lot of people waiting and no spaces. I set waiting for over an hour for a 20 dollar delivery. If I canceled that would be 4$. I drove too far. You guys costed me money. Delivery drivers I know I'm not the only one. It was a few of us. Leave reviews so corporate can see. Where was management?

Newly reorganized. You should need a few visits to learn the new organization of their products. It's better and seems more roomy to move your cart without a collision. I find the employees both amenable and expedient.

It's Walmart. A bit busy as usual, almost all self checkout with a few cashier's. Maybe that will change. Produce is usually good and the selection for food is always better than Kroger.

I AM A 15 YEAR PLUS WALMART SHOPPER AT COLLIERVILLE, THIS WAS MY GO TO STORE. I LOVE THE NEW FLOOR PLAN BUT I HATE NOT HAVING ANY CASHIERS TO CHECK YOU OUT. I HAVE BEEN IN TWICE THIS LAST WEEK, HAD A BASKET FULL EACH TIME BUT WENT TO CHECK OUT AND NO CASHIERS. IF I SPEND MY MONEY I WANT SOMEONE TO CHECK ME OUT LIKE THEY USED TO DO!

Great store, kinda lost that Walmart feel though ever since they remodeled it to look like a target store. Great grocery store & so glad they've updated their health food options.Also beautiful home goods department. 😊

Every time you need an item from one of those locked shelves, it’s a pain.Instead of having a button for you to call for help, you have to go to customer service, they will call for help on the speaker, and nobody ever shows up on to unlock it.

Sitting here now waiting on an oil change. I got here @ 6 so I would not be here all day. They open up at 7 and it’s 730 now. Still waiting for someone to open the door and for service. Just bad business

Visited the Garden Center. All of the plants look healthy. I selected a nice fern, a couple of hanging baskets, and some herbs. I will be back for more! There was a large selection of outdoor cushions and chairs. I was able to find a store associate easily for checkout. No complaints!

Every outdoor light at the front of the parking lot is out. It is so dark in the parking lot that as a driver, you can’t see pedestrians. Horrible and unsafe.

Don't shop here early in the morning or late evening if you have to buy a full cart. They will not have any cashier registers open and self checkout can't hold but 4 bags worth of stuff. Gets messy quick. The 3 employees watching and telling me they don't agree the way its run either, but not doing anything either. Kroger here I come.

If I could leave a negative 10 star review I would. Every year for 5 years I’ve bought my son an ice cream birthday cake decorated with whatever theme he wanted. Last year we did one with spider man. This year the young man at the bakery told me they don’t design ice cream cakes. He then called his manager and put her on speaker phone and she had the audacity to call me a liar ! Saying they have never theme decorated an Ice cream cake and that I was lying! You can guarantee you have lost a customer and I will drive an extra 15 mins out of my way even for groceries because I will never return to this Walmart again. ALSO NONE OF YOUR LOCATIONS IN MEMPHIS ANSWER THE PHONE!
