The Collierville location is convenient. I buy some of my pet supplies from here. They carry dog/cat food. Mothers Milk, wormer, diatomaceous earth, lime, beds-bedding, collars, etc. They also have farm animal feed, baby chicks, tools, farm, lawn and garden equipment. Horse supplies. Even clothes-jewelry-shoes. Holiday and home decor, toys. Wood burning stoves etc and etc. My quick in-and-out for items needed in this category.

I don't go to TSC often because it's a little out of my way. However, I should go there more often. I've found things there that I can't find anywhere else and the price often is better than anywhere else. On top of that, the sales staff is great. What more could you ask for?

Greeted coming in the door, nice. Tractor parts a plenty. Three years ago the deck belts were very mixed up, my OCD kicked in and I arranged them all in the correct bins. I had the time and it calmed the brain. This year getting a belt for the deck was sooo easy. Looks like someone else had OCD and arranged all the belts correctly. Quick service to pay at the front counter. I did straighten the floor mats on the way out.😁

Customer service here is great! They always have things I didn't know I needed, until I find there here! :) Pet supplies this is the place to go to! Seasonal items too! When/if I ever move again, TSC location within reasonable distance is a requirement. Thanks TSC!

This store has a little bit of everything for a lot of animals, pets and people of all sizes. The quality of their products are top notch. If you're on a budget hit their end of each season sales. Really great deals then. My favorite time to shop there. I got a nice summer shirt. So cute and stylish. Paid $5. Marked down from $20. See what I mean? Enjoy!

Very helpful staff when I visited. My wife saw they had flea and tick for dogs. The worker didn't know exactly where the item was but didn't stop until we found it. He even gave options that I may consider later.

Loved it. Staff was so helpful! I literally got everything to grow gourmet mushrooms and change an alternator. They even had kayaks. Friendly staff. They have family size snacks at the front counter also if you show up with the munchies.

I'd give it a 5 if stuff wasn't so high priced , but they have what you need out there, I pick-up a lunge line a couple of PEX adapters and solar battery charger ,feed , and waterer tank heater... I get a little excited when I know I'm going there, end doing more wishing and window shopping then purchasing , love the place, they have my old 8N parts

I visited Tractor Supply Co. In Collierville, TN for the first time today and I had a wonderful experience. The staff helped me find everything I needed and made sure everything got loaded into the trailer. Very helpful people at the store. Appreciate their customer service!

I was looking for hardwood pellets and they went out in the back under a tent and loaded 5 40 lb bags for me. Good experience.

Wonderful experience shopping here. The cashier, Nikki, is amazing and is super knowledgeable about what she has in the store! The other cashiers don't care to help only get you checked out. Prices are high on feed versus going to a local co-op. They do however have most anything you need for a farm.

I love this store. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. I always feel like I am walking into a neighborhood store not a chain. Everyone works hard to help you out, and find answers to any question. They never make you feel dumb for asking. I enjoy having to make a TSC run.

I am a 70 yo recent transplant to Memphis TN from Connecticut. I've had a ranch and a farm in my life, so I pride myself on knowing a lot and being a problem solver. Well, at your Collierville store we had service from a ridiculously knowledgeable female employee who excelled for her helpfulness, knowledge, attitude, courtesy and overall customer service. Thank you for helping us sift through a myriad of animal problems/tasks and coming up with great results!

I just picked up a safe. as soon as opened the package, I found a dent on the top front right hand edge. Tractor should have let me inspect the safe before I picked it up. I know they are going to tell that the damage happened during transport. it did not. this is the first time, I am getting a safe and did not know..I will check again and not depend on the store to deliver quality.I do not have help to bring it back to store. overall not happy

Never have I dealt with complete ignorance from a cashier. I explained to her she over charged me on to 20 oz drinks it were a $89 apiece but if you bought to then they were $3. Van advise me no sir that's on soft drinks the sign said 20th owlets drinks weather was on lemonade or a Coke complete ignorance. If you're gonna work at the place you need to have knowledge of what you're selling or be able to read the dang sign that says what it is

One of my favorite stores and the staff is always so nice and knowledgeable. If you call and ask if they have a product in stock they will go and make sure not like a lot of places that will say naw don't thank so. They will will offer to hold it for you at the register.
