Nice store clean customer service friendly however, I tried their dog bath facility and was not pleased. Never could get hot water and the dryer would not generate heat. I reported to front desk

Me and my pup love this place. They have high quality products and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Had a lengthy conversation with a nice young staffer there Sunday, long brown ponytail, and she helped explain the difference between a few dog brands and helped me. Definetly a great place to get things for your pets!

I love Hollywood Feed!!! I always get exactly what I'm looking for. My visit today was tiresome because I had to give my 5 year old 75lbs pit bull a bath! I love that they have that wash station on site because my baby doesn't do well at your typical groomer. Thanks Hollywood Feed for simplifying bath time for my fur baby!

I've come into this store multiple times over the past couple months. I've noticed that the managers belittle and berate the employees quiet a bit. Honestly kind of disgusting. I have seen great customer service from the employees, it's just a shame they get treated so badly. I ginuenly hope these employees find a better work environment, they deserve it. And for the management staff. You should be a leader. Not a tyrant, do better.

Very helpful staff (as usual). The only minor problem was that my pup was unable to sniff out and eat any food kibble from opened bags on the floor or under the racking. (Very clean store). Fortunately they did have treats on the counter for her to enjoy.

This place was great the cashier where nice the lady, gosh I can't remember her name, but thank you. She added more items that where on sale to my order to make my sale go down. Love the products they offer. They have a wide selection of natural treats, however I do wish they had a variety of vegetarian treats for my dogs available as well. The staff is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.
