Last evening I experienced the BEST service from this Tractor Supply!!I needed help in deciding what product was best for my chicken. The gentleman I approached ( sorry I didn’t remember your name) and asked my question to told me that Jeanna (I hope I got your name right) was better at all things chicken.Jeanna however had over 5 customers in her line checking out … The gentleman told me that he would go up and help with the line so I could ask my question to Jeanna. Sure enough that is what happened!To the gentleman and Jeanna thank you for helping me and making it so no one got annoyed with me.The kindness and willingness to help was so appreciated!!!

For the majority of my life I never went into a Tractor Supply, now it’s my go to pet supply store. It carries a lot of stuff only dedicated pet stores have, and the prices are always lower than most. Top that off with the fact the staff are always friendly and stores always clean, this is a solid choice for years to come!

Wanted to give a shoutout to their Manager Leroy. I recently purchased a mower from him and the process was a breeze. He made sure I was well taken care of and satisfied with my purchase. His communication was great and was always happy to help with whatever I needed.

Literally the kindest store staff I've ever met. The store manager Daniel and his assistant Mary, helped me with ship-to-store order swiftly, at the best deal I could get. I felt awful when I had to cancel the order due to my lack of prior research on the item because they had really helped me out a lot. But everyone was so kind and understanding, the customer service rep on the phone included. Awesome people. 👌🏼

We went in to buy a grill and grill accessories. I wanted to buy a grill that was over $500, and was going to buy about as much in accessories. (All the charcoal, wood chips, cover, etc) As soon as we walked in we were greeted, and told the guy we wanted to buy this grill. He said he'd be right with us. Passed again about 10 mins later, said he just needed to ring the customer he was working with up. All other staff ignored us. Maybe because he already greeted us. Maybe because it was his section. After 20 mins of standing in front of this same grill, we left. We will purchase online.

This store never has anything in stock.Requested to speak to the Manager about a mower, he wouldn't come out to meet me personally.Not good business!Have to make trips to Cleveland to get supplies!Save time and go somewhere else!

Great place for all your outdoor projects whether farm, field, home or business they also have a excellent Hardware selection many items you won't find at the big box stores. They have a out of this world selection of items for animals, tractor, fencing, tools, boots, clothing, chainsaws, safes and the list goes on and on so take a few minutes go by and check them out I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised at what you might find.

Suddenly refuses to price match online prices that aren't "products shipped from or sold by third-party or Marketplace sellers on websites." Although their website says "Tractor Supply will match any competitor's online or in-store price on any identical item." This store claims to only price match "local" competitors. Never had a problem at any other Tractor Supply among different states except for this one.

The only place that carries the high protein dog food for my dog plus lots of Kong toys, horse supplies, and just about anything else you need! Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the rewards for being a member of neighbors club!

We have 2 rabbits and until we got them O had never been to a tractor supply store. I really like this store. The employees are helpful and friendly. They have gone to get stuff from the back for ne several times. And they have always had what we needed for our rabbits. Also, I think it's the best place to get rain boots for the family!

I go here at least once a week. They have the best prices on dog food, cat food, and litter. I get my dog shots here. staff is always excellent always friendly always a hello the minute you walked in the door. Stores always cleaned and organized. And it's right next to habitat restore. You can't beat that.

It takes next to forever for someone to come out to the propane fill using the app. Plus, in store app can only be activated when you walk towards the front of the store, not at the propane fill. The guy who finally showed up to fill our propane asked us the weirdest questions (have these been purged, what do you use them for, where did you last have them filled) before stating he wasn't comfortable filling them. Ace Hardware gets our business instead.

I was in last night. The store was a mess. No carts or buggies. Filled buggies all over store. Feed I was hunting had a pallet spot but no feed. Alternative feeds were marked one price on shelf but rang up over dollar more. 3 of 4 employees were totally clueless. One had to ask leader where everything was. This is not the first time I’ve been in there and it a disaster. Going to Cleveland today to get what I need

Online orders keep getting cancelled for no reason and today an order placed for curbside pickup was picked up by someone at 730pm according to my email notification. And it certainly was not me so they are obviously not checking ID when people are stealing others orders. Still waiting to hear back from customer service.Edit to add: Kayla at customer service was very helpful and store manager Jim helped correct the situation.

This store is very poorly managed. We have been here on many occasions to buy dog food for our dogs and there would be none of the brand and formula we needed on the shelves. On one occasion we went to the store and was told that there was some on the bottom of a pallet but refused to get it. A second time we went and was told there was none, not even in the back room. Went on the app and it showed in stock. I put in an order and was notified 2 hours later that my order was ready to be picked up. So not only do they not keep the shelves stocked they lie about the availability of product when asked if they have any more in the back room. We have gone elsewhere to make our purchases because we are tired of having to search other area stores for the items we need even though we have to drive a little further and pay a little more. In the long run I am saving money by not having to drive sometimes 30 miles to get what I need.

Quick visit to pick up some cattle panels. Prompt, polite service at checkout. Then prompt, polite, and efficient help loading them on trailer. Could've loaded by myself, but grateful for the help. Location is convenient to home, so we shop here frequently. Consistently courteous staff here.

Extremely friendly service from beginning to end. The employees just make you feel like family. Prices are good, selection is excellent, and when they have sales they are the real deal. Tractor Supply Company fills a niche every town needs. Where else can you buy a piece of angle iron for a metalworking project and get supplies to worm pups while you're kid looks at toys all at the same stop?

This location is awesome. Went in for a price match on a pressure washer (was quite a price difference based on somewhere else’s cyber Monday deal).Staff was very friendly but had to call the manager to confirm the price match due to the large difference in price. For some reason the deal I had wouldn’t even pull up on their computer (which they showed me on-site), though it would on my phone (repeatedly).I half expected the cold shoulder due to the issue and large price difference, but they took care of me with nothing but respect the whole way.I’ll surely make the trip out to Ooltewah to further support this place, they’re good folk all around. Thanks Mgr Jim and super helpful crew!

This store is in a prime area but it is always out of stock, from dog food to oil, hydraulic fluid, herbicide. When it opened it was great but the last few years it has been going downhill. I have started driving to stores further away to get what I need. I work 2 miles from this store but have to go to dalton or Cleveland to get what I need. Please fix this or invite Rural King into the area.

First time in this location, but needed pet food, and it was on the way home. Tractor supply Neihbors Club discounts, and just their everyday low prices on pet food, makes them the best place for dry dog, and cat food. They had just what I needed and it was in stock.

At one time, I was a very loyal customer of this location. I would spend approximately $699 to $800 per month here. But since the pandemic, no one at the store appears to enforce any masking requirements (if there are any). Too many customers come in here and act as if this pandemic is not real. Some of the employees also wear their mask down around their chins which negates the use of the mask. Very irresponsible and the people that are coming in here are the same. I will not shop here anymore.

We go there for vet services. They run on Saturdays. Quick in and out with no appointment. They have good quality dog food at really good prices. My family goes there for their equine needs.

It's that time of the year again! Chickens! Chicken everywhere. And not the deep fried, ranch kind. So greatful to be able to have a convenient place to get chicks to add to our farm. We picked up 5 quickly without hassle. It was also a day where they had in house dog vacations so that was an added plus as we were visiting as a family. It made for a good time!

Tractor supply is a great place to get all kinds of animal supplies from birds to horses. They have all kinds of things for the farm, clothing and boots too. They run specials and send out good coupons if your on their list. Every employee is friendly and helpful.
