My pup had such a blast at this facility!I love that I can occasionally check in and see how she’s doing via the webcams.My pup also really loves water so that was a huge win with the pool!I saw the review below where the person mentioned they were turned away because they didn't have their pups vaccine records. The easiest thing to do is to get them from your vet and take a picture with your phone to provide the vaccination dates when you arrive to a place that will need them. Every daycare that I've been to around here need them. This daycare is new and busy and some vets can be hard to reach as well with them being just as busy. The review doesn't actually review the daycare - so I highly recommend to give this daycare a chance. We are so glad we did!

These guys were great with grumpy old mensch of a pup during his first boarding experience. They recognized his needs and respected his boundaries and really went above and beyond making him comfy. Seriously every time I’d tune into the cameras the staff were just amazing with all the dogs! They also were amazing with me too!! They literally called my vet for me to get his vaccine records which I don’t think any other place will do that for you. I also came late to pick up my pup they didn’t charge us the late pick up fee which was really sweet (-:This will definitely be the place I bring my dog or any other future dogs. Thank you guys (-:

We brought our fur baby for a first day try and he loved it and the staff was and is amazing! Our fur baby is a little nervous and anxious and they did great with him. While everyone we’ve met so far have been amazing I have to give a big shout out to our fur babies “favorite aunt” Tracy, she’s amazing! Can’t wait to bring him in for some play dates and we feel so comfortable for his upcoming boarding.

The staff here is great, very welcoming, and treat our dogs exceptionally. They do an excellent job managing the dogs during playtime and having the ability to watch them do so on the cameras is great. We really enjoy taking our dogs here for daycare.

We love this place. Highly recommend….Everyone is very kind and been very patient with our new Golden Doodle fur baby. She has been several times and been groomed and nails trimmed and we have never been disappointed. We also love they offer extra add ons for your pup. Chloe loves to get her ice cream. Oh and did i mention you can check on your fur baby anytime by webcams. How awesome is that. No extra charge.(BONUS ) You will not be disappointed whether you were dropping off for the day or boarding.

My baby loves Pet Paradise!! She has suffered from separation anxiety in the past now she whines if I’m not getting her out the car to go to day camp fast enough. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’m very particular about my pup, they don’t mind my questions and were happy to guide me through the new transition. We are working my pup up to boarding and I can honestly say I feel comfortable with my baby staying overnight with the staff here. Highly Recommend!!

Amazing experience for pets with anxiety. Very informed staff. I had a lot of questions at first coming here but now I'm at total ease. Staff is very patient with my anxious German shepherd. Place is always clean and id say the vip suites are almost better than some hotels with all that it comes with. Will be coming back on a regular basis.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN SO MANY DIFFERENT ASPECTS AFTER JUST GOING THERE A FEW DAYS.So many other daycares in the area. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.1- DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR: this daycare consists of indoor and outdoor play time, as I was given the info when I first took a tour. . My little dog was there a few times and never got to play in the little dog outdoor play yard because they still had “construction” going on. This was over a week..I addressed this to them because if you over a service that includes outside play yard time and that play yard can’t be used then I expect that the dogs are taken to another of the 8! Play yards… but no instead they just never got to run and play outside in the play yard at all. So I’m paying full price for a service but only getting half the service. If you can’t open the play yard and can’t put them in another play yard then don’t charge full price or better yet if the facility isn’t done yet don’t open.2- WORST COMMUNICATION: A-PHONE: out of the few times I called (which at first is a automated service) after listening to all the options and then selecting that need to talk to someone it says no one is available … please leave a message.. so I did but no call back. People have their babies here , if you are going to make them go to a timely automated phone recording then atleast have someone available to answer the phone. B-E-MAIL: don’t bother writing them a e-mail… they just simply never reply.3- NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL / NOT TRUSTWORTHY / RUDE / ATTACKING CUSTOMER FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE: After my dogs being there a few days I received a call from manager saying that they just found out one of my dogs was not neutered and that I even put on my online profile that he WAS neutered. Basically attacking me saying that I lied and put false Information in about my dog. And that from now on he will need to go to individual daycare.FIRST of all, get your information correct before you come at me… the day I created my profile and added my dogs I put neutered for one and not neutered or as they call it “unaltered” for the other. I did this days before they even came there for the first time. Then a day before my first reservation I e-mailed them with a few questions , one of them being in regards to one of my dogs not being neutered. To which also I NEVER even got a reply. Ever. SO, I informed them 2 times and in 2 different ways that one of my dogs was not neutered so sorry you missed that but that’s on you and not on me by even 1%.ALSO- think about how mad someone else who has their dog in there would be if they found out there was a non neutered male playing with all the other dogs.., that’s something they are suppose to make sure to check and attend to but obviously their lack of attention to detail made them completely miss that…4- OUTRAGEOUS PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET FOR INDIVIDUAL DAY CARE: Then they said individual play someone getting my dog out TWICE a day! And that’s $40!!!So I’m paying $40 for someone to give attention to my dog just twice in the day!???Oh and a normal boarding indoor sweet is $38 a day and that also includes them being taken out just twice a day but it also includes overnight stay…. So individual day care is more than a night of boarding which both including taking the dog out twice.That’s a JOKE!!!SO MANY MORE DAYCARES IN THE AREA… go to a different one, trust me.

My German Shepherd absolutely loves going here! The staff have been absolutely amazing every time I've been in. I love getting to watch my dog play on the live cameras through out the day while she's there!

Wasn't told before I went to my appointment that they couldn't get vaccine records from my vet.Loaded three dogs into the car and found out when I arrived.Waist of time. Not going back.
