For those who use the Collegedale location it's important to know it's closed for renovations. I discovered this after driving 15 minutes out of the way from home Tuesday afternoon.Hopefully the location reopens soon and retains the staff. Each time I've been a patron at the store they've been quite helpful. This is best illustrated by their significant knowledge regarding the eclectic products associated with vaping. In addition, the willingness to admit they don't know the answer, but will endeavor to find the solution.I highly recommend the company as a whole having visited multiple locations and received similar customer service each time. It's also convenient because of their extensive inventory of hardware and juice solutions.

This specific store is the best. The staff are always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. I always recommend folks here, even if they aren't local, because their service is just that good! Great atmosphere, lovely artwork on the walls- absolute 10/10. Stop by there, they'll take great care of ya!

Honestly never dealing with these people ever again, first my gf goes in there and they sell her the wrong thing. I go and try to return it, mind it’s been 10 minutes and hasn’t been opened or anything. They start arguing that they can’t and blah blah. Just making sure they get the sale. Finally I give up and just ask him to exchange it for me and I tell him what I need. Once again gave me not what I needed and the JUICE was expired since 09/22. These people are ridiculous and rude. I rather drive 30 minutes to Cleveland to deal with another store than 5 minutes down the road and deal with them.

Friendly, very knowledgeable staff. Lots of choices, products labeled nicely so that you know if you're looking at menthol or other. Good sales every month, and a customer appreciation discount after a certain amount spent.

Wonderful staff. The manager is more than excellent. They go above and beyond to meet and exceed your expectations as soon as you walk in the door. Fantastic customer service. Spectacular selection of liquids, vapes, and mods. Perfect atmosphere unlike any other. When you have a problem, they listen and do their best to give you honest recommendations to fit your needs. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Really clean store and the staff was knowledgeable. I bought a basic rig and they directed me to a cheaper smaller rig because of my frequency of use and size I needed and they did not try to push anything I didn't want. I recommend them if your in the market.

Alex and Will are awesome! My wife had an ecig juice emergency that she didn't tell me about until about 10 til 8 pm, which is when CVC closes. I knew it would take me about 12 minutes to get there so I called and asked if they would please stay open until 8:10. If I didn't make it by then, by all means shut it down. They graciously agreed. I arrived before 8:10, and they had a recommended raspberry flavored juice ready to go. Thank you, guys, so much for helping us! It was greatly appreciated!

Due to these new federal laws much that this company had to offer has been reduced, however; they still remain rock solid in customer service and great attitudes.A great place for all your vaping needs.

Love the company but the employee was rude and a smart a$$. Very disappointed on this trip. He just walked off after i spent over 100 dollars i had to ask for a bag 8 bottles of juice dont you think i need a bag. I asked a few questions about tanks and he ignored me do not come to this store go to a different shop

Overpriced and unintelligent, I went to buy a specific device and they clearly don't know what they're talking about, the thing I ended up buying is a piece of garbage and it's 19.99 online where as 35 dollars in the shop. I will never return here. They won't even answer my phone call at 1pm on a Friday. Pathetic.

Gotta say, a lot of flavors and fantastic prices but I was sitting there for 10 mins trying a few flavors while the gentleman helped me but then up and left to help another customer without saying anything to me. I had questions to ask and didn't want to spend a long time here.

I go here a lot and they are so helpful if you need an atomizer or mod. They will help you find the one most suited to your needs. Same with juice they help you make sure your getting a juice that you like.
