I love this location. The people are always friendly and it's much easier to get in-and-out of than the one in Murfreesboro. We visit this store about once a week for chicken feed and other basic farm needs. I would much rather come here for or basic needs instead of the big Box home improvement stores. Great garden selection as well. They even have toys for my little one :)

We live halfway between Triune and Murfreesboro, and will go to this College Grove location whenever possible to avoid Boro traffic. It's convenient, clean, and the folks are always friendly.

Need some customer service trainingGuy wouldn't even offer to help look for some certain screws I needed. Figured that would make it quicker so he could get out of there. But kept reminding me was closing in 15 min.

I have come out on 2 separate occasions being told that the propane service is functional and each time I’ve arrived was told by staff that it “just stopped working” tractor supply needs to fix their propane fill tank or stop telling customers that their services is available. This has been a huge waste of my time. Thanks a lot tractor supply.

I have purchased a FIMCO INDUSTRIES 15 gallon electric pump sprayer. Each year since 2009 we have had to replace the entire $90 unit. I only spray the Farm Works weed spray that is sold for this sprayer. I also purchased and use the pump flush solution and winterize my pump! Each year no matter what I do the chemicals from the Farm Works destroy the diaphrapms in the electric pump. I don't understand why chemicals from weed killer would damage a chemical pump. Each year I replace the pump and the manufacturer does not have a warranty, Tractor Supply does not offer a warranty and I cannot get a refund.In the past 10 years I have spent over $1,500 on these sprayers, Farm Works and cleaning solutions!If anyone has had the same problems with these pumps please contact me so we can get Tractor Supply to correct this problem!

Let me tell you about the amazing customer service I received from both Carly and Angie at this store on Triune…On this cold night I lost one of my gloves and stopped to get a pair here… struggling to separate the pair (as they were for some reason stapled together) both Angie and Carly took there time to help me get them serpeares so I could enjoy nice warm hands on my journey home… Gotta love TSC and it’s employees… came back the same night to get some boots they had on sale for 50%.

I love this store! The staff is always so helpful and their service and commitment to helping the customer go well beyond what other similar stores offer. Specifically Tyler and Rachel helped me get my new Coleman motor bike service issues fixed same day and were more than help me. I recommend shopping at this location.

I've been purchasing Pedigree Adult dog food for a while now. Up until last month the dog food came in a 50lb. bag priced at $25.99 per bag. The original bag said "50lb. Bonus Bag 3lbs. Free." Today I purchased what I thought was the same thing I always purchased from the same floor location and same price $25.99 per bag. I got home the bag was 44lbs. The bag said, "44lb. Bonus Bag with 4lbs. Free." Now how in the world is (-6lbs.) (-12%) (-$3.12) considered a BONUS. this is 12% inflation in one month. I gonna assume that the quality of the product of container went increased to reflect the price increase.Thank you

Awesome store. Clean, well stocked, friendly and knowledgeable employees. I have nearly always had a great experience during my visits to this store. Recently they have been allowing local craftspeople setup and I got to sample some amazing local honey.I give this location an A+ for service, stock, and community involvement.

Not my closest Tractor Supply, so I've only been here a few times. Great selection of stuff. Staff's generally helpful and nice. Good prices on most things, although some things can be a little pricey, especially if you're on a budget.

Helped me get a Mr. Buddy conversion kit and a tank. Its snowy outside, roads are icy. This place is busy and the phones are ringing off the hook. They took the time to go in the back. Search through pallets and find my parts so my family doesn't freeze. They even got out there and found a tank for me. I appreciate everything you did. Lorenzo.... pick up your clothes!

Even on Christmas Eve Brian the store manager was patient with me on pulling up a receipt on an item I purchased two months ago. I really like Tractor supply’s and this store is ran exceptionally well.If you special order an item and need to return it, just take it back to the specific store you bought it at.Brian & Malcolm in triune & Murfreesboro have great stores. They do a good job and that’s why I’ll give them my business time and time again.They are great to their customers ... even ones like me that give them headaches!!

This is a place were you are treated like family, atleast the family members you like.I am always surprised that Tractor Supply has what I am looking for. I will check at Tractor Supply which is 2 miles from my home first before driving 10 miles to Home Depot. Tractor Supply never disappoints.

Drove 15 miles to pick up a couple replacement lights for my trailer. They only had 1 on shelf but computer showed 7 in stock. They "can't find" the other 6 so send me on my way with only half of what I need. I get home, and the 1 I did buy did not work! Closer inspection showed it was used. Very disappointed all around.

Friendly helpful staff. HOWEVER! have equipment all around handicapped parking spaces including on the sidewalk. NO PLACE for a wheel chair. One handicapped parking place CANNOT be used. Have complained about this but has fallen on deaf ears. They really need to be fined. Maybe that would get their attention!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE expertize when it comes to something as simple as a water bucket! Just went in to buy a small heater for my horse's water, because it is so cold. Guy tells me what to buy & as I'm checking out at the register I read the heater says not to use it with the plastic bucket he just told me it would work with. So I go back & exchange the plastic bucket for a metal bucket the guy recommended. THEN as I'm leaving the store I notice that the metal bucket only holds dry goods, not water! I went back into the store, walked to the bucket section & found a heated bucket for horses. It was all one piece & perfect. The guy came back over & said he didn't even know they had any of them! My final request was to get some kind of tether to hang my horse bucket. I tried in great detail to describe a hook on the end of a rope; a dog leash at this point, and the same guy had NO idea what I was referring to. He showed me some hooks, and when I grabbed one off the display, the whole display came down! End of TSC for me for now! Bonnie's Barnyard is right down the road! KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS AND BE HELPFUL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

Went to Tsc today and will never go back. Been going to this Tsc since it opened up years ago and never treated like I was today. Was talking to an employee about my donkey and what I needed to feed him since he quit eating what he did. As I was talking to him my granddaughter came up a pretty 32year old woman and told him she had a question also but she was with me. Instead of finishing waiting on me he walks off and waits on her loads her feed and ever was going to take it to the counter while I am 70yrs old trying to load my 50lb bag by myself did get it on the bottom of the cart when he came over with her feed on a cart and informed me she was going to used that cart he loaded for her . Never will I go back until then everyone there was so precious and kind

Tractor supply has a good selection of animal feed, which is my primary reason for going to TSC. Their bird supply row is also well stocked and I believe their prices are good. My biggest beef with TSC is that they never offer to help you take stuff to your car. I find that lack of service frustrating when I am commonly buying large, bulky bags of food. And since they dont help you, you have to take a cart to your car and there is no cart return so you have to walk back in. If you're gonna make me schlep my own stuff, at least give me a a convenient place to park my cart.

Purchased an order online and went to the store to pick it up. I parked in the assigned pickup spot they provide, and called and told them I was there ready to get my order. I was told by the employee that I had to come inside to get my purchase. That's not what their signage says. If they don't want to bring your purchase out to you, they shouldn't advertise that they do.

Company policy for truckers is to leave the truck for the unload so I leavebthe truck and slip on ice and now im on the phone for safety to file a injury report... never would have happened if we could stay in our trucks
